The volume level of the phone should be kept at 1, which is very low, available volume levels are 5. If it is more than 1, resound comes and I am unable to understand the other person’s voice. When I contacted Nokia service centre within one week (brought on 5th April 2009 @ Mobile store), they said, it was because speaker and ringer were side by side and it was a technical design problem, so my problem could not be solved.
Also I asked them about the solution from Nokia Company then they said that “the design itself is like that and customer brought it on his wish, so it cannot be exchanged with other piece". How can I know about the interior design of it, am I a technical guy? More over we cannot see the operation of the piece without purchasing it, nobody will open the sealed box and show it to the customer.
If the volume feature of a phone cannot be used fully, why should they release that piece in to the market?
Please solve my problem.
