    Hi Sir/Madam,

    My residence is in Bannerghatta road, Doddakammanahalli.
    I shifted to this residence about 7 months back and from then, i am facing the broadband problem.

    The connection is flickering every 5 minutes and i complained more than 10 times to BSNL.
    But no action is taken. They say it is too far from exchange and hence the problem. However, my neighbors have broadband with the same exchange without any such problems.

    Some say line problem and JE asks me to talk to lineman. When i talk to lineman, he asks me to talk to JE.
    No one is taking any action.

    nokia siemens networks — connection problem

    i cant get net conection as soon as i on the system. it takes 1 or 2 hrs to get connection.so slow to get thew connection. we could not get immediate connection...pls repair it...

      Dear Sir,

      I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
      I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

      Dear Sir,
      I am Ramjee Pallela, working as a Senior Researcher in Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad. I have purchased NOKIA 3230 mobile (S.no: [protected]) at Habsiguda Branch of PCH Zone, on[protected].
      Since my mobile handset is giving hanging problems while incoming and outgoing call are on and also double call charges for outgoing calls when I spoke for a period of 55 to 59 seconds; I have given it for the service at NOKIA Care (Job sheet No: [protected]), panjagutta junction on[protected] and after a 5 days gap, I have received it back, as the technical people certified that my mobile is repaired.
      Again the problem persists and recently I have given my mobile handset for the Nokia Care people again (Job sheet No: [protected]). After a weekdays gap, I am called (by HCL) for my handset at Nokia service and delivery of Handsets (Topaz Building) but I told the Nokia Care people, that the case may be same. Then, based on my clear explanation of rare problem like this, they advised me to come on Thursday[protected] for a SWAP. As I have experienced previously for the swap (with new original handsets) of my scientist’s mobile handsets, I was in the impression that Nokia will provide New 3230 mobile in the place of my damaged ones. When I went to Nokia Care on the said date (Thursday), they have asked me to collect my handset first from the Topaz building and hey are going to change the handset. When I collected my Handset from the servicing people and asked the concerned people at NOKIA Care, they took my handset (S.no: [protected]) and given another mobile (3230: S.no; [protected]) with damaged scratchy panel, told that was the mobile with changed Motehrboard. And also told that SWAP means the mobile replacement by an old mobile with changed motherboard. As I was not guided previously about this and also abide by the Nokia, I have done the same at least by believing NOKIA, but since then it is giving the hell problem of switching off once for every half an hr and as I suffered so much as it is asking through a display of “Invalid Sim card or Sim card registration failed” for many times.
      Then, the very next day[protected], I rushed all the way from my laboratory and explained my pain out of the given mobile usage and got a word by the concerned person that they will give new handset. Yesterday, I want to NOKIA and the scene is same and asked me to take another mobile handset, which is also an OLD ones. I refused to take it and asked about the new ones and at least my original mobile handset, which was given to NOKIA that is 100 times better than any other old handset. It is very surprised that they don’t know where my handset went… this is the panic situation of mine, who wasted my valuable research TIME than my spent money (towards fuel) and my energy; I sincerely requesting you kindly look in to this and expedite matter, thinking You In My Position and arrange a new mobile handset for my 3230 mobile, as it is under warranty considering my original handset damaged, misplaced by NOKIA or whatever u understand. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

      I brought N70 on 15th Sep 2007 thinking Nokia is the BEST among all the other companies, but I was wrong and now I believe your handsets are not only Dabba, But Nokia Service is also Hopeless.

      On 23rd of Sep 2007 I had a problem with my Memory card, for which I had to visit Nokia Service Center at Skylink (Chinchwad). I was told I will get the replacement of Memory card within next 2 weeks and still I haven’t got my New Memory card back. I am in follow up with your center People and today was 23rd of Oct. 2007. One month has passed and still I haven’t got my Memory card back.

      I had called up today morning (23.10.2007: 12:30) and the same answer I got was will check the details and I will get the Memory card next week.

      What the Hell is this. Man if Nokia Calls it as Professional and Best Where are the customer happy.

      If no Serious Action is taken from any one I want my complete Money back, and i would prefer taking Sony.

      I guess Since Nokia has a name it doesnt bothers what are customers problem.

      i purched nokia mobile phone model no 6080 from k.d.electronics ,M.I. Road Rjaipur/rajasthan/india on date 04.10.07 & started to use on 14.10.07 after 3 days number keys started to work automatacally without pressing . I submitted it at nokia servise center CARE ZONE, sidti vinayak complex, new sanganer road, opp. sanginani hospital ,sodala,Jaipur on 22.10.07 .Iwas assured to return with in 2days, but still till today no satifactory answer is given. Irequest nokia care to look into this.

      I bought a New Nokia 2630 Phone , But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly(Display problem) and also I am without a phone for past 4 days, which is a basic need for life.
      I submit the phone to Nokia care ,Joycell,perambur ,chennai -600011 on 30th Oct07 but their the handset is not repaired. I visited many times to nokia care center But still my mobile is not sent for service . Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. . My jobsheet number is[protected]/071030/15 given by Nokia care. Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for past 4 days .The customer service person at this nokia care center is so rude also not reposnding if anything is asked ,she was always doing her personal job making the customer to wait at Q.

      My name is Vikrant Chaudhary. I have mailed u earlier also regarding my nokia handset model no. 7610. Which i have purchased on 12/05/06. I have taken the AMC for this handset whose contratc no. is [protected] , from your chandigarh office. Repair coverage for this mobile is from 08/06/07 to 07/06/08.

      On 13th Sep. 2007 i have submitted my handset to your green park ext. office for repairing. After a long time n makin a lot of requests to your customer care officers, your geen park ext. office and talking to your Manager Mr. Prakash Manen Shristav i got back my hand set on 27 Oct. 2007.

      They were saying that the mother board of my handset has been changed and we will fix a new mother board in the handset but when i took the delivery of the handset i come to know that the mother board is not new it is old and they have fixed it in my mobile. After that they said that we have repaired your handset and now your AMC has been swapped.

      But after reachin at my home i found that my mobile still not working properly. Its ringer, vibrator are not working properly and after 10 to 15 minutes the display is going to be blank means no display on the mobile. On 31 Oct. i have visited your green park ext. office but they refused to entertain my problem and said me to contact Mr. Prakash Manen regarding this, Who is Manager in your Noida Head ofice.
      On contacting Mr. Prakash, he also said the same thing to me that we cant do anything now.

      Now Please tell me what sholud i have to do now. I have mailed you before also n talk to your offciers also that i want my handset back unrepaired but nobody gives some concern to my problem and today i have no use of this mobile accept using it as a toy.

      So i request you to please give me a solution regarding my problem or atleast say that you people cant do anything i have to manage it myself.

      I've given my cdma mobile (nokia 6265) for repair in Bright point centre,phoenix mills,lower parel, mumbai (which is the head office of nokia) on 24th of sep 2007 .(Job no. MUM 0242386 , ESN No. - [protected])

      i was told that i will receive it on 1st oct.

      i had to move out of india(to US) for 2 months on 5th oct,so i planned everything accordingly , and to my horror they didn't repaied it before i left.

      i asked my cousin to collect it (as they said it will be ready in 10 days as they're waiting for the stock from delhi as my mobile's mother board whyas to be changed.)

      from that day my cousin keeps calling them (they dont pick up the phone whole day on any of the 5 given nos.,we could get them after much difficulty) and they keep on increasing the time period to collect the mob.last time he called on 1st nov and they again asked to call after 10 days.

      I'm without my mob phone is US only because of this. i'm not able to contact anybody , even my family/friends r not able to contact me (nobody will be in contact with me on diwali and my birthday only because of them)

      i havent received my mob yet. I'm returning to india on 2nd dec , so i need my mob to be repaired prior to that.

      I purchased Nokia mobile (Model No1255) on 26th March 2007. It has a warranty for one year. In the first week of October 2007, the mobile became disfunctional. Then I went to the Nokia Care and told them about the problem. They verified the history of the set in their system and told me that the warranty period is over. I showed them the bill that I have purchased just 6-7 months back and the warrant period still exists. They did not accept. Then I went to the shop (Big C) where I purchased the set. They told us they would get it serviced. I gave the set on October 11, 2007. They returned the set on October 29th. But the problem still persists. Again I went to the shop and told the problem. They have taken the set again. But so far they have not returned my mobile. I was told that your Nokia Care has not accepted the set for repair.

      For the last one month I have been without mobile. What to do ? You, the MNC boasts of many achievements. But you do not know how the customers like me face problems with your mobiles. Your people at service centre are highly indifferent to the customer problems. There is no courtesy at least.

      I purchased the mobile on March 26, 2007. How can the warranty period be over?

      Should I take to legal recourse ?

      I feel that the innocence of our people is exploited to your advantage. May God help our people.
      Ah... And i thought i was the only one unhappy with the nokia care centre service quality and the so perfectly trained and qualified customer care executives who have an excellent communication skill that is more than enough to assure you of a fast and express repair / replacement service but does that really happen ?

      Hasnt yet with me !

      I bought a nokia N 91 - 6 4 GB handset with its striking body , slider design and respectable storage capacity which unfortunately is not for my use even though i paid Rs 20,000 /- ONLY ! for it.

      One fine morning , my phone stopped responding completely and after a nervous attempt to make it work , i switched off the handset and tried to switch it on again.. but did that happen ? NO !

      I rushed to the nearest nokia care centre immediately and waited for 2 HOURS for my turn after which i had to shove aside several desperate shoulders anxiously awaiting their turn.The executive there responded with a bored voice and noted down my complaint without trying to listen a single word apart from what she wanted to hear! you believe that ? but i was already worried and tired with all the waiting so i quietly listened to her and gave in my phone for repair with a promise that it was a minor software fault and would be fixed in 2 days.I went back to collect my phone after 2 days and was said that the internal HARD DRIVE has crashed and will take 10 days to repair the phone and install it with a new hard drive.I waited for 10 days and then was said that it will take another 10 days for the part to arrive from Delhi.That makes it 22 days in total now.Theres more to it... Please bear with me.

      After 22 days , i was said that it cannot be repaired and will have to be sent to delhi for replacement.Allright! Allright ! i asked how long will it take ? 15 days sir...

      that makes it 37 days now.. I waited for another 15 days and called the care centre with my JOB ID NO and asked them if the phone has arrived.Nope! they said will take another 10 days... okay...

      47 days now..

      Finally the phone arrived and i inserted my sim and battery in the new swapped handset and my pleasure lasted for say 3 minutes... maybe 4... THE LOCK UNLOCK KEY ON THE TOP WASNOT WORKING.

      The care centre had shifted to a new place which happens to be 14 kms from my residence and the old centre with which i was dealing till now were not taking any new handsets.So i was sent away to the new centre with the faulty swapped handset and that was the next day.That makes it 48 days now...

      I waited for another 1.5 hours for my turn and when it finally came , i rushed in with my handset and there again i was sitting telling them my 48 days story to which they had just one single awswer!

      " Sir it cannot be repaired here , we will have it sent to the high priority L3 nokia care centre in pune "

      Allright! and how long will it take ? we cannot say sir but please leave your contact number and we will get in touch with you as soon as we have any updates on your handset.Fine ! but how long could it take possibly ? sir atleast 1 month.Okay.. please do it. ( didnt have much of a choice there )

      and that makes it 48 + 31 days = 79 days = 2 months and 19 days.

      Today i went in to collect my handset after the one month time duration they have promised within which my handset would be ready.

      But was i so lucky ?

      NOPE !


      Another 1 month from today ! so if its in nokia's will , i might just be so lucky to get my handset back by december 8th.If no then maybe i'd get to use it in my grave for communication with God! heh !

      I hope i wasnt a bother and i thankyou very much for your patience in reading but believe me it was more of a pain typing for me :)

      I certainly hope for some help here...

In fact buying the brand NOKIA was to escape the inconveniences we are facing today. kindly help me out of this everyday torture and the great loss of money, as now the prices of the same model has also fallen. we were told that nokia has an international warranty, even if not .. can u please help us by responding and telling the true story to save our harrasment. please respond soon.

      I purchased a nokia new N70 model from a delhi retailer. Just after two days of my purchase I discovered that there is a black spot on camera lence due to which I get black sign on every picture I take through this camera. Retailer asked me to go to Nokia Service Centre. I deposited my set wih Nokia Service Centre and they asked me to take it back after two weeks. After two weeks when I visisted them I found that problem was not resolved. They said, take it to noida customer care centre. After wasting my two weeks and two visits to them, they again want me to waste further time. I am a salaried class person and it costs me Rs.1000 per day if I take leave from office. Already two half days I have taken for my phone. Is it all nokia customer care famous for. In one month since I purchased the cell, I lost my salary, time and use of mobile. Who is going to pay for them? Cell problem is still not resolved.

      its been a pleasure to have been associated with nokia. however, in the past few years although the sales have shot up, the after sales services have gone from bad to worse, and at present they are totally horrifying. i m the owner of a nokia n 91, which i have purchased by paying a hefty amount. however, the phone is the weirdest models ever developed by nokia (must be a by product o[censored]r service centres). it continuosly hangs and takes hours to start (only when it wishes to it starts). on contacting the service centre personally (shivajinagar branch, opp sakaal office, pune) i was in store for a bunch full of surprises. firstly ,the owner is a liar. he has given me his contact number ,both mobile and landline ,but he never bothers to pick up the phone, secondly he coolly passes off any problem approached to him by saying it will take min 10-15 days as he is not competent enough to handle the problems(ever wonder why and what the outlet is for).
      sir i request u to please look into the problem as i m very sure that nokia is not as bad as these bunch of jokers are makin it look like.

      I had purchased a Nokia 6155 CDMA on the 22nd June 2006. The flap of this cell developed cracks on usage 5 times during a period of 1 year i.e. the period of warrantee. The service center repaired the defect without cost but as this was a inbuilt defect in this model, what would be that status after the warrantee expires. I was assured that the warrantee would be extended and as predicted the flap once more developed cracks in October 2007. Nokia care wrote to me that I should hand over the cell to and authorised service center and the number of the jpb should be intimated to them. As per the instruction I did the needful and handed over the cell phone to Brightpoint Pvt. Ltd. on the 13th of November 2007 and sent this required information to Nokia Care customer center on the same day. I have sent two reminders and have not yet received any reply from them. I am left totally stranded without a cell phone. the inconveniance caused is un-immaginable. Just for the sake of information the job no. is MUM016008 given to Brightpoint and I have told them to go ahead with the repair of the cell and that I would pay for the cost. I hope that proper sense would prevail and the cost would be refunded by Nokia. Here in Nokia it is the case of the BIGGER THEY GET THE SMALLER WE GET

      Your customer service is pathetic. You are known to have number one supply chain network all over the world but I have had a real bad experience. MY mobile model 8800 Silver color is with Nokia care centre since 14th Nov. 2007. The problem is it needs a new battery. Today its 2nd Dec and till now they have not been able to arrange for a battery. Simple reason they give is "since model is no more being manufactured so battery not available". I called up Nokia care too my compalint number " 2-2MMYKB " and I wa told my case is of high pririty since its a high end model. But no use.....My Service Job Sheet number "[protected]/071114/10. I have arranged for my battery from outside shop so just wanted to say yuor service is the worst I have been through ever.       I have purchase it on 31/10/07 after twenty days there was problem in display. The phone was not showing display any more. I went to that dealer, I told all the problems regarding display. The behaviour of the dealer was very rude with me ant the way he was talking was very rude.
      I told him that to take back & give me replacement of the model. And the phone is in warrenty period of one year. He took back my phone & he given me stand back phone which is very old one. Then he told me that you can come after 3-4 days. After that I called him, again the communication problem. Dealers way of talking was realy insulting me. Still I did not get phone on which I have paid 12000/

      I want a new piece. Pls tell him to give me new one.
      Due to this problem I ma going through mental stress & lot of inconvenience as I have other important work to do.

      You pls. tell him to give me the replacement of new model. Otherwise I will go to consumer court under consumer protection act of 1986

      I have purchased above mentioned Nokia model on Date: 10/06/2007. After four month from purchase I observed that their is a cross lines are appearing on screen in camera mode and hence I have to decided to give to NOKIA care center at Jamnagar as phone is in WARRANTY period. I have given to NOKIA care on date: 18-Oct-2007 and received on 2-Dec-2007 after very long time. After receiving phone I observed that lines are disappeared, but my phones screen gad is removed and phone's outer body is full of scratches and seems to be old, when I open Gallery it takes so much time to open, it means phone's functionality gets slow, also phone is not able to read any memory card. In place of resolved my one problem NOKIA care Ahmedabad center gifted me with so many, Hence I am expected a new replacement from NOKIA.

      Re: - Replacement of Nokia 6300 set Color silver IMEI NO.[protected].

      I have purchased above mentioned Nokia model on Date: 10/06/2007. After four month from purchase I observed that their is a cross lines are appearing on screen in camera mode and hence I have to decided to give to NOKIA care center at Jamnagar as phone is in WARRANTY period. I have given to NOKIA care on date: 18-Oct-2007 and received on 2-Dec-2007 after very long time. After receiving phone I observed that lines are disappeared, but my phones screen gad is removed and phone's outer body is full of scratches and seems to be old, when I open Gallery it takes so much time to open, it means phone's functionality gets slow, also phone is not able to read any memory card. In place of resolved my one problem NOKIA care Ahmedabad center gifted me with so many, Hence I am expected a new replacement from NOKIA.

      used Nokia 1100 Mobile phone for last three & half years, it is very good one. Am not
      done any service for that three years.and am enjoyed to use that mobile. And it will help
      me like one of the partner in my business and my growth.

      Than I like to use color mobile so decided to buy nokia brand, and went to Univercell show room in pondy Bazzar on 5th of Nov 07, Sales executive suggested Nokia 6080 mobile. In that time is not bother about that shopkeeper suggestion, I am only believe that Nokia brand and bought (bill enclosed).

      But I cannot use that mobile a day. I get trouble in that mobile, the problem is when am talking (using) to some one automatically dialing some number and disturbing, am not talk or hear clearly. I asked about this to shopkeeper next day, he told that some software problem in that. And asked to take it into Nokia Service station. I don’t know why I should? I bought new one and I used only one day. Am so disappointed about this.
      We are buying only the brand name of NOKIA in that we are not get any satisfaction than what is the meaning of brand? How can company release the mobiles without quality checking?

      What is solution for me?

      Nokia Priority Dealer's behaviour is very very bad and unreasonable. They say clearly that their job is only to sell and after sell, they wash their hand. Even after one hour of purchase, they willnot give replacemnt. NOKIA's such policy deserve condemnation. I bought a N72 set from " Nokia Priority Dealer" " TIrupati Communication, GS Road, Guwahati 781007 phone:[protected]. The concernened owner he says he is Mr Mayank Sureka, I donot know whether he has told truth or lie or the delarship is in whose name, because he doesnot tell anything about complaint and simply tells to go to Nokia Service Centre. He openly tells " Our duty is to sell and take our commission. We cannot do anything abpout replacemnt or servicning. Donot come to us with complaint. We only sell.
      Such a rude vbehaviour from the owner !
      Then I went to Nokia Care in Guwahati, but I came to know that, the Nokia care is in contract with HCL. So ! Great Nokia ! There is nobody to complain. Everywhere there are huindreds of people to money from you. But where are you NOkia ? I want to donate my non a single day working set to the Head of NOKIA, India or to the chairman NOKIA. Can you hear me NOKIA. Your brandnew costly set is also of no quality now. It can fail after an hour itself. So you will repair and give me back. I shall have to go on going to Nokia Care again and again.
      No complaint book system with Nokia Dealer. No approach to Nokia. I donot know , I have some how written this, but donot know if it will reach to concerned person of Nokia Quality Centre. If your costly N series brand new set goes bad after an hour, you call yours a QUALITY !

      sir, i have nokia 5200 which in warranty but still when i went to nokia care just because of some problem in its internal hardware(cord which connects upper slide to lower side) for which i had paid Rs 599/- now if my phone is in warranty then why should i have to pay repairing charges for that,i am not understanding the policy,provided by nokia care can you please clear my doubt.

      I am really fed up with Nokia service. I have given my Nokia 6260 phone for repair due to display problems on 19th Nov 2007. My job sheet number is[protected]/071119/53 The phone was returned to me on 7/12/2007. In spite of that the display problem was persistent. So I returned the phone for a second time which was returned to me the next day. But still the issue continues. Do we have to expect such poor incompetent service from Nokia?

      I am Nokia Customer and I have purchased a Nokia 1112 D Blue IMEI Number [protected] and battery number 06704954379950306111501236 from your authorized dealer M/S Shri Rajeshwar Telecom & Photocopiers at Jodhpur (Rajasthan) on October 10, 2007.
      I have felt some problems in this set after purchasing it. I told about the problems to your dealer. He has taken the battery for replacement but I observed that the Nokia Mobile set given to me has some problems and is not working properly also. I am not satisfied with this Set because I have tested this set with new battery from another new set. I again told about this to Dealer but he has refused to change this Set and told me that "Once we sold the set we do not have any responsibility therefore customer should go to NOKIA service center directly".
      Sir, I am Nokia Customer since last ten yrs and now I am facing the problems in your branded Mobile Set. I need your assistance for resolving my problem
      I have original bill of this set from your dealer's shop. Neither I have received replaced battery yet nor any response from the Dealer.       Very Bad ! I am quite unhappy with the Nokia pertaining to the replacement of default battery BL-5C :[protected]N[protected] for which I had lodged my on-line request on 24/08/2007 and regret to inform that till date no replacement yet received despite of several phone calls on their customer care lines. At Jaipur their Service Centres are also refusing the replacement by showing unavailability of the stock of batteries.
      Kindly seriously look into the matter and guide me what should I do. Friends its my humble request to all the readers , pls. put Nokia in your black list.

      The mobile set was not working since 15 days and it was handed over to Bansal agencies for
      repair. But the mobile set could not be repaired in Jabalpur customer care,Jabalpur.M.P

The phone hangs several times a day. Since we have purchased the phone from pune I have visited Nokia care center once in Pune & once in Ahmednagar as they replaced the current softwares but in vain, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest.

        i bought my mobile n5610 1d on april 2008 and from the month of septmber it is lying there in nokia care.they have swapped my mobile after visiting nokia care so many times but in that swapped mobile also we are having problems.they usually say that the swapped mobile goes under intensive care so that it does not creat any problem but then also the mobile is creating a lot of problem.customer care of nokia only gather information from us about the details of my set and make false promise.in one yr warranty they hav kept my mobile for 4 or 5 months.sir may i go to the consumer court regarding this what we have to do.if you take any action against them then i shall be highly obiiged to you for this kind act of yours.

                I have purchased Nokia 5220 Xpress music like a normal consumer but it contains a manufacturing defect that the images clicked recently can't be deleted.

                this problem is suffered by many nokia consumer & no action is taken against it, neither there is proper response from nokia.

                      This is to bring into your kind notice that I have purchased the above mentioned bluetooth handset of Nokia from one of yours local dealer in Noida(UP).After using the same for some days(15-20days), the ear holder of the device got broken.Since then I have been trying to get a replaccement of it without any success.I had tried hard to find the same with most of the Nokia dealerships in and around Delhi NCR.There has been a negative response from all of your marketing agensts/dealers forcing me to write this mail.
                      Nokia, due to its good quality of products and better support has always been a preffered brand for me.

                              I purchase new Nokia handset model no. 5610d-1(IEMI no 358652/01/524862/4) vide bill no 038 on[protected] from M/s Guru Kripa Telecom, 24, New Market Timar pur, Delhi-54.

                              After one week it starts getting problem. Then I contact with M/s Guru Kripa Telecom owner, he said it is not a big problem, you go to the Nokia Care & they sort out your problem definitely. They update your handset software.

                              On 3.4.08 first time i visit in Nokia Care Centre- Durga Communication, Shop No - 126, Mall Road, Kingsway Camp, Delhi. They format my handset software & return back. & next day the handset getting same type of problem.
                              They submit my handset against JOB SHEET NO[protected]/080430/4 DT 30.4.08
                              I collect handset on 19.5.08 from them. After 4 days is again creating problem.
                              I again submit set against Job sheet no is[protected]/080523/11 dated 23.5.08. i also call in Nokia Customer care & registered a complaint. COMPLAINT ID is 2-31TSJL. I collect handset on 7.6.08.

                              Two times they update software & two times submit my handset. The problem is the same.

                              The service centre was unable to repair the set and they said we cannot give a personal request of the customer. One of the service executive said you can go to your handset at Nokia Care-HCL. S- 10, Green Park extn, New Delhi.

                              I submit my handset 14.6.08 at HCL Nokia care against job sheet no [protected] dated 14.6.08

                              2nd time I again visit on 21.6.08 they update the software

                              My handset still having same problem.

                              Every time when talked Nokia customer care executive they said submit your handset in service centre, & then call us. We take this on priority basis. They insisted on submit the handset.

                              My cell now having restarting problem, hanging problem. Its lead point also not working.

                              The unit suffered from manufacturing defects, hence it was sent to the several times to Nokia authorized service center

                              Plz suggest me what can i do now???

                              I m working in a MNC company & i already spare much time for repairing my handset.

                              where i go & registered my complaint..

                              Nokia 5610 — getting hanged twice in a week almost

                              Last month i bought nokia 5610. Since then i am suffering with this hang problem. It has hanged more than 6 times in three week. It is irritating to remove the batary to get rid of from this problem as u know the back side cover is so tough to open.
                              How could i solve this problem. Is this related with the memory card or i need to be formated the entire phone's memory?

                                  My name is Tarun jain. I recently purchased Nokia 7610 supernova, Dated[protected]. My problem is that in my phone there is some problem in the Panel that there is a gap between the slider and when i press then some sound comes. I was going in the Nokia care in Ashok vihar, they send me to the another nokia care that is in Pitampura, they said that this can't be Repaired or corrected. This problem was since when i purchased the phone, i went to the dealer from whom i purchased he said go to the Nokia care but they will not solved my problem. Since one month is not completed and there is problem arrise.

                                  So please tell me what to do and who will resolve my problem.

                                  Nokia — MISLEADING PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY

                                  I HAD PURCHASED N 70 M EDITION OF NOKIA MOBILE FROM A DEALER IN KOLKATA. FROM THE 5TH DAY OF PURCHASE, MOBILE PHONE GIVING THE PROBLEM. WHEN CONTACTED, COMPANY TELLS TO SUBMIT WITH CARE CENTRE. CARE CENTRE PEOPLE WITHOUT TAKING PHONE IN HAND TELLS TO FORMAT THE MEMORY CARD. AS PER COMPANY INFORMATION, MEMORY CARD CONTAIN IMPORTANT SOFTWARES, WHICH SHOULD NOT BE FORMATTED. FOR THE SWITCH PROBLEM IN PHONE - WHY MEMORY CARD SHOULD BE FORMATTED. EVEN THEREAFTER SUBMISSION OF THE PHONE TWICE WITH THE CENRE, CARE CENTRE FAILED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND MYSELF GOT CHEATED BY THE NOKIA.
                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  Sub: NOKIA PAY BACK THE LOSSES SUFFERED DUE TO YOUR SHEER NEGLIGENCE AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE.

                                  I purchased a new Nokia mobile with model No 6131 on 26/10/2006, from Nokia priority authorized dealer for a sum of Rs11000/- with a warranty. From the date of purchase there is a problem with the phone i.e., low charging capacity & fast drain of Battery . When I approached the dealer, he replaced the battery with new one but the problem remained same. Again I contacted the dealer, this time he asked me to contact Nokia care centre. I contacted M/s. HCL Infinet Ltd - Nokia Professional Center , Panjagutta. and after inspection they informed that the problem is with the phone and not with the Battery . As per their advice I handed over the phone to M/s. HCL Infinet Ltd, Panjagutta for correction and they allotted a service job sheet no 41/149286.They kept it for 10 days and returned saying that the problem is rectified. But when I started using it the same problem is repeated. Again the dealer on his behalf asked the Nokia care line – HCL Infinet to rectify the problem. From there onwards each time I used to submit the phone for repair and they used to keep it for 10 to 15 days every time and returning the same faulty phone. I requested Nokia customer care centre several times for replacement of piece, but they simply said they are helpless. I submitted the phone to the Nokia centre four times under service job sheet no’s 41/149286, 41/154260, 41/158148, 41/162612 but of no use. Finally I handed over the phone to HCL INFINET, Panjagutta on 9-3-2007 for replacement and they issued a service job sheet no [protected] and informed that it will take one month for getting sanction from the concerned office, for replacement . But even after one month whenever I contacted them, every time they took time with some or other pretext but not replaced.

                                  After purchasing I hardly used my mobile where under it is with the NOKIA CARE,Panjagutta for several months within the warranty period yet the problem is not solved.

                                  I kindly requested Nokia to take appropriate action to provide proper customer care and replace my phone & be responsible for the losses suffered by me through Deccan Chronicle dated 28-jan-2008.

                                  After seeing the complaint in Deccan Chronicle they called me up and asked me submit the phone for replacement. I submitted the phone the next day and the job sheet number given is 71213 ( computer no – [protected]). They did not respond for a month and now they again are saying that they have repaired the same phone which they could not do for the whole one year. Its really ridiculous on their part to say like this.

                                  The Manager at Nokia Care, Venkat Plaza , panjagutta – Mr Sharma is responsible for this kind of service and is troubling number of customers. Many customers who are victims of Mr.Sharma are in rage for his negative responses in a way of bothering the customers. “Nokia please replace the manager Sharma in order not to lose your reputation.”


                                  I purchased NOKIA with trust on it though it’s costly than other brands. But nobody will forgive this kind of customer service from NOKIA. I want to penalize NOKIA and responsible persons for the unfillable losses suffered by me as given below


                                  1. Unable to use the phone from the day one of purchase.
                                  2. Running after nokia care center number of times leaving my work.
                                  3. Calling nokia customer care no of times thus wasting my money.
                                  4. My investment is waste becoz I could not use the phone when needed which even caused heavy losses due to its switching off due to low charge when I am on call.
                                  5. Mental Tension I suffered due to this unforgivable service from NOKIA.


                                  I demand NOKIA to compensate all the losses incurred to me becoz of their service and pay back the money I spent in purchasing the phone.

                                  If Nokia has concern over their customers Please take immediate action .

                                  I have purchased Nokia mobile model 7610 supernova just few days ago and battery backup is too low. The cell cant even retain its battery for full one day. Nokia person claim that standby time is 2 days and talktime 3.5 to 4 hrs continous. Are there claims really true I dont think so.

                                  Nokia 7610supernova — Complaints with the set

                                  I had bought Nokia 7610supernova in october2008 from Nokia priority dealer, Peenya, Bangalore.. Right within a month the phone had an issue with its music player and headphone plug and that it did not swith on after it abruptly got switched off . I had got it clarified frm the dealer who had taken it to the nokia care centre. I had asked for replacing my set with a new one because the system had complaints with its headphone plug..But they said that this cannot be done after a week o[censored]sing the set. After i got the set repaired the set continued to hae problems with its head phone and last day it again had issues with its music player, loudspeaker and volume keys and it got switched off abruptly. Ihave given it again at the nokia care to get it repaired..

                                  Is there any chance by which i can get a replacement of my handset? Is this not a consumer right to get product with complaint replaced? If so what do i have to do for it. I need the set replaced.

                                  I purchased a NOKIA mobile SUPER NOVA 7610 from VENKATESHWARA DISTRIBUTORS PVT. LTD (NPD) on 03/05/2009 (IEMI NO [protected] )and with in tohour pf purchase I informed to the dealer about noise in speaker phone when I was listening FM in speaker mode.
                                  I approached to the NPD next day i.e 04/05/2009 and I was given an another phone (IEMI NO [protected]) with same problem with reply that It is manufacturing problem of Supernova 7610 as it has a TV output and you have to bear it.

                                  Nokia 7610supernova — Repeated problem in mobile handset

                                  I had bought a Nokia 7610 supernova on January 09 [imei-[protected]] In the month of july,09 i submitted my phone as it was getting overheated thrice the local service centre could not repair it then they had sent the handset to their main service centre on 25th july it could not be repaired so i was given a new handset in october,09 [new Imei-[protected]] . Recently my phone refused to switch on.On consulting nokia care centre they said that the handset was faulty , they had tried to repair but they failed again the next day the same problem appeared, i am sick of this harrasment every time the phone is submitted to the the centre it takes a few months to get it back. It would be nice if i will be issued any aother model of similar features.This model seems to be faulty.However the Nokia helpline told me that issue of another model is the discretion of the company.I think it is not justified as the ,odel seems to be disrupting every time i am trying to use it or else they should refund me the price i had bought the phone for.

But I'm totally dissatisfied the battery backup of thye mobile as thecompany claims a standby of 2days in comparison it stand only for a day. and even the outer cover of the mobile is very light & it has been cracked with a small damage. If possible then please mail me that the physical damage is in under warranty or the outer body could be changed under warranty.

                                  Nokia 7610 Supernova — Misleading information

                                  Hi,
                                  I bought Nokia 7610 Supernova is Aug 2009 and today (3 July 2010) under warranty wet to Nokia Care in West Delhi-Jawala Hedi market.
                                  My handset could not be switched on and there was a minor fault in the On off button as per Nokia Care reps and even though its UNDER WARRANTY they asked me to pay Rs650 for this.
                                  I do not understand the meaning of being under warranty and being paid.
                                  I'm facing a big issue with the kind o Customer Service we get with brands like NOKIA.I and my family have been using Nokia for last 7 years now and was so detremined to this brand but now I hate to recommend this.

                                  Can some one please help us here and let me know what kind of customer service do you alk about when you boast about NOKIA.
