I purchased my nokia 3110c mobile during feb-08. One month later I inserted 1 GB amco memory card. Suddenly yesterday I could not access contents of memory card. It displays as "memory card not formated". I had stored my memorable family videos and images in the memory card. Can anybody help me to recover data stored in my memory card?

i purchase new cell Nokia 6300 as on 15/06/2008 at Choksi Mobile Anklwshwar. after one Month some problem occur in my cell that is keypad not work.i gave my nokia 6300 for repair as it was not starting, at Khushi nokia care Bharuch-Gujarat. then after seven days i got it and it working properly but after 1 day this problem rise again.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is working and then after 2 days this problem occur again and i give to Khushi Nokia care at Bharuch &again they asked me to come after few days. the after few days i got my cell i found that they working 4 day properly and then same problem raised.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 3 times, it had several problems created from nokia care's side. in return following were problem created by them.these are...

1. keypad not working.


i have complain the manager of nokia care also but no response from them.
i am harrassed by their poor service they repair the cell and cell working for one or three days and then after same problem is occur.i had to go there 3 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in go working condition.please help me for that.

SO LET ME TELL THE WHOLE STORY
1. I GAVE MY NOKIA N81 8GB TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE JAIPUR.IN TONK ROAD ON 26/AUG/08 WITH FAULTS IN PHONE
..WASN'T ABLE TO UPGRADE MY NGAGE SOFTWARE
..SLIDER POOR FIT
..INCOMING VOICE IN SPEAKER LOW DURING ATTENDING CALL
i was told to remove all the lamination on the phone and they gave me my phone battry and the sim card


2.THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR PHONE WILL BE CHECKED IF WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT WE WILL FORWARD IT TO NOIDA. MAIN OFICE CALLED SOMEYHING LIKE L3
THEY TOLD ME THET THE WHOLE PROSCESS WILL TAKE 15 TO 17 DAYS.

3.. I CALLED THEM AGAIN THEY WERE JUST AVOIDING THE DATE FINALLY AFTER I MONTH AND SOME DAYS THY RANG ME UP. AND CALLED TO CENTRE TO COLLECT THE PHONE THE DATE WAS 29 SEPTEMBER.

3.. WHEN I VISITED THERE THEY HANDED MY PHONE AND THEY TOLD ME TO SIGN. THE RECEIVING. SO I DID. THE PHONE WAS COVERED WITH BLUE LAMINATION ON SCREEN..THE SLIDER WAS FIT. WHEN I SAW THE BACK SIDE OF MY PHONE IT WAS FULL OF SCRACHS. SO I THOUGHT TO REMOVE THE BLUE LAMINATION.ON SCREEN DURING REMOVING THE UPPER TWO BUTTONS OF NGAGE GAMING CAME OUT WITH IT I WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED.AND AFTER REMOVING FURTHERI SAW THE SCRREN WAS BADLY AFFECTED BY THE SCRACHS . I WASNT ABLE TO SEE THE SCRREN CLEAR. SO I HANDED IT BACK TO THE RECEIVING OFFICER. HE TOLD ME THAT U HAVE REMOVED THE COVER VIGROUSLY..I SAID WHAT ARE U SAYING..
ARE U SEEING THE CONDITION OF MY PHONE . I TOLD HIM TO TAKE ME TO MANAGER NOKIA CARE JAIPUR TONK ROAD.
THEN CAME THE ONOTHER EXECUTIVE NAMELY MR. BUBNESH. HE GAVE ME BACK THE SLIP. AND TOLD ME WE WILL MAKE ITS REPLACEMENT WITHIN 10 DAYS. I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE STAFF OUT THERE SO I CALLED ON 15 RATHER AFTER 15 DAYS THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR PHONE IS IN NOIDA AGAIN IT WILL BE DELIVERED IN NEXT WEEK..


IT HAS BEEN NOW IMONTH+20 DAYS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PHONE. . SO U TELL ME WHAT TO DO.. PLEASE..
TAKE IT A SERIOUS COMPLAINT.. AND MAKE THE SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM

I have one 2GB transand microSD card with this phone.
Since last 2 days I am getting a problem that my phone is getting restarting frequently. Recently it is not starting.

I went to nokia care on 20-Oct-08, address kolkata saltlake, sector-v, Iternity building to report this issue. They checked my phone and told to update the software regarding this restarting issue. While checking they told one of the chip in the circuit board has been repaired from outside so they have identified my mobile as tampered and so the warranty has been cancelled, which is impossible because I bought it by opening the seal and this is the first time I went to nokia priority care. And why will I repair it from outside within warrenty period? I have not get any solutions from them as they were asking for charge to update the software and I am not ready to pay as my phone is under warranty period. Till now my mobile is not working.

I am really surprised for this behavior. And hopefully I expect a fruitful result because till now I have belief on nokia. I don’t know whether nokia will keep it or not.

And also I am also very unhappy to the shop P S TRADING from where I had bought the mobile for selling this repairing product.

Please help me…

Nokia 6300 the worst handset, within 6 months of purchase battery started draining, submitted it to service centre on 13th sep and after several followups got it back 2 days before took a long time still the same problem is there, will my problem be resolved, i reside in faridabad n go to guragaon everyday so cant waste my time by visiting service centre again and again.

i have Nokia 3105 CDMA, Nokia 2865 CDMA, Nokia 6275 CDMA. I brought one new nokia 6275 CDMA mobile and i used reliance subscriber in this.. but my message box is full (only 100) messages only in phone memory. and not able to store messages in memory card or unable to copy messages from Phone by using PC suite... then why this unwanted phone . dont but any one very very waste mobile all Nokia CDMA mobiles (Nokia 3105 CDMA, Nokia 2865 CDMA, Nokia 6275 CDMA)...

i have purchased nokia 3110c from mobile store before six month. the camera of my mobile is not working properly. i have given that mobile 2 time their for repairing purpose but when i get my mobile phone the problem of the mobile not solved. the third time on date 12/september/2008 i submeted my mobile there by job sheet no[protected]/080912/19. and the rsn no of the phone is [protected]. and the call me on 27/septenber/2008 to pick the phone and i went there to pick the phone on 20/october/2008. they said to me that " the problem of camera is not solved properly and we'll send the phone to head office". i have to always wait in nokia care for 1 hour . now what i do? suggest me

I had given my E51 for a minor key pad repair on Sep 11 '08. I didnt get to hear from Nokia care for almost a month and after constant follow up when i went to collect my set on Oct 8th to my greatest surprise the handset failed to start. I was shocked to find the set into a new set of problems for something as small as keypad issues.

I was given a new job sheet and assured a replacement if needed.[protected]/081008/36
The whole purpose of buying a business phone is defeated since I have been unable to move out of the city due to this small constraint. Having the phone with the nokia care for more than 40 days, I assume a loss of waranty period as well.

My sincere request is to take the matter in utmost urgency and return the refurbished cell by the earliest.

I have a Nokia N 93i heandset which was purcheged from orissa last Apr. 2007 by Rs. 38950.00 ( Thirty Eight Thousands Nine Hundred Fifty Only ). In this period my disply was changed around 4 times. Its automiticaly blackdown. 1st time i got free service from kolkata nokia care & there after all 3 changes i paid the bill amount. But now i was again facing the problem the same but in the 4 th service i got 0ne month service warrinty from HCL Nokia Care, guwahati. I was changed my LCD of disply on 23rd Sept. 2008 by the amount of Rs 2000.00 Invoice No. 3908/Dt.23/09/08 My Mobile Sl. No Is [protected] through job sheet no- [protected] Over here i got the service warrinty one month. but its serprising when my disply again facing the same problem i diposited at same place where i changed the last time but the concern person/service Eng./Branch Head all the three guys behaving in bad manners & told that it will not changed & as per them ( App nay Yah Set kharid kar bohot hi bhul kiya hay ) we cant do any thing. so that i diposited my heandset there & i got the job sheet for the judisial procidure. My job Sheet no - 4018 code - 0540948 Dt. 13/10/2008.
i am already luched one consumer case agnaist the Nokia & HCL & also the conserns persons who are badbehaving me.

So its for your acknowledgement is do settle it in urgent basis otherwise we will see in court.

I have had problems with a brand new Nokia handsent - CDMA 6088. The handset was bought 3 months back out of which, the handset has spent almost 2 months at Nokia Care !!! The battery used to get discharged in 5-6 hours even if the handset was not being used. The first time I gave it to repair at the Koramangala (Bangalore) branch of Nokia Care. I got back the phone after about 3 weeks!!! But the problem didn't seem to have got solved at all which obviously I got to know after using it for a day. So had to give it for repair again. This time I gave it to the Tippasandra (Bangalore) branch of Nokia Care. The staff over there is completely inefficient to say the least! When I called them after about 16 days, the front office lady didn't know the status on my phone. She said she would call back the next day. Bit as it happens with so many other customer care centres, she never called back. I kept calling her for the next 3 days. Every time her answer and later her senior's answer was also the same that they will let me know after the phone gets back from HO. On the 4th day again when I call I got the same reply. I got furious and spoke to her senior. He said that the phone has come and that I should come the next day (a Saturday) any time after 11am and collect the phone. Knowing them, I reached the Nokia Care centre at 5.30pm. They made me wait for 1/2 hour to say that the phone has still not come from HO and that I should come only on Monday!!! If at all I get the phone on Mon, it would be 25 days since I gave the phone for repair and that's how long Nokia Care takes to repair a brand new phone. If its taking that long to fix the problem in a brand new phone, they ought to give me a replacement for the product.

I am extremely pained and disappointed because my expectations from a brand like Nokia was very different. I don't think I will ever buy a Nokia phone in the future since their Customer Care is extremely poor with very inefficient staff who are not even able to communicate properly with the customers!!!

I got a nokia 1209 set on 18th of august o8 and within twenty days of purchase it developed display problems. There is a pink patch right in the centre of the screen. I went to the nearby nokia care but their respone was hardly good. They said they cant repair or do anything and it will take 15- 20 days for them to send it to Kolkata and get repaired.
Is this the kind of service your company boast off??

The nokia model no. 5610 xpressmusic mobile IMEI No [protected] was submitted with the complaint of blank display problem at nokia care centre HCl Infosystems ltd Green Park Extention (Near Uphar Cinema), New Delhi on 06/10/08 & the due date for delivering the duly rectified set was 10/10/08. Even after the lapse of more than 12 days & four /five personal visit nothing has been done. The staff is most uhhelping & aloof to customer problems, Moreover this problem is recurring repeatedly & this is for the third time in less tahn six months from the date of purchase that the set has been sent for repair.

Pl. look in to the matter immediately & arrange for urgent repair of the set
