This is to bring to your notice our sad experiences at one of your service centres..


I bought a new 5610d-1 express music edition from global access, koramangla on 6th of april. Unfortunately within two days of purchase it started givin problems.When contacted, the dealers adviced us to give it to your service centres.The first time we gave the cell to the service centre in kormangla where the sofware was upgraded n battery replaced which did not rectify the problem.

We then gave it to the service center in tippasandra where we faced many unpleasant experiences.

When we gave the cell the first time, we were assured that if they find any problem with the handset they would replace the set.While collecting the cell, after about 2-3 days, they told us that they'd upgraded the software with a new version n the cell would work fine.but on usage the problems still persisted.when contacted the next day your representative Mr.Ram requested us to use the cell for 2 more days n if v still had the same issues asked us to return the cell as he would send it to the Main NOKIA care center for replacement.On his request we used it for 3 more days n since we were not satisfied whit it we gave it to the same service centre again.

Mr.Ram collected the handset from us on the 29th of april sayin he would be sending it to
the main NOKIA care center immediately so that further action could be taken n would keep
us informed about the developments as well as give a call when the handset would be ready for us to collect.but nothing of the sort happened..

Finally on may 12th when i went to enquire about the cell Mr.Ram was not available.another
representative who also happened to be the manager of the center Mr.Sarvesh attended us after
nearly an hour's wait.i was schocked to know that all these days the cell was lying in the office at tippasandra service center where as i was told that it would be sent to main NOKIA care center. When i asked him what was done about the handset he told me tat the software was upgraded n i could take it back.They did not even have the coutesy to inform tat the cell was in their office for nearly 2 weeks.When i told him tat the software was upgraded 3 times already n asked y wasn't it sent for further investigations, the reply i got was "some other employee collected the cell not me, so i've no idea bout it!".Upon my further insistance they finally aggreed to send it to their Main NOKIA center in Chennai.

As it is the customer service is horrible at the service center..just to know tat nothin had been done bout my cell i had to wait for more than 2 hours.The biggest shock was tat the employees were not even bothered about customer satisfaction..when i kept askin them how could they be so irrresponsible n not send the handset as was told to us, the reply i got was "ok fine i[censored] want you take the handset back n give it to some other service center!"
Another surprising thing is, it is very difficult to contact the service center by phone, not because the phone is busy but because they keep it off hook!!! n so when we call, we get an engaged tone!!


From april 29th to May 27th the cell was with them.Whenever i enquired i was told that the cell was ready n i could collect it.After going there, i get to know tat the handset has not been received yetl.One of the times i happened to visit them in the noon on 22 may, a thursday n Mr.Ram showed me a status sheet n told me that my cell had been dispatched n it would be received by evening the same day n asked me to come back in the evenin.When i went in the evenin he tells me the cell hasn't been received yet n to come back on monday, 26th of may..i stay 20kms away from the service center n its not a joke to keep travellin to indranagar every now n then.Also when i asked Mr.Ram why hadnt he sent the cell to the main NOKIA center the previous time, his reply was "ya ok but its been sent now right!!"

Nokia is considered to be a good brand because of which i chose to buy Nokia over other brands..
but now i regret my this decision so much..if this is the kind of service you provide to your customers who have made the mistake of buyin cells from ur brand i am very sorry to say tat the day is not very far when Nokia will be rated as one of the worst brands available..when someone pays so much and buys something, the least they expect from the company is some good service when required..n i dont think they're wrong in expecting it..but in which you have failed miserably..i really hope tat you consider this a little seriously n take some action because without any customer satisfaction there is no way your brand can grow..

Yes, i have had several such bad experiences too with the 5610 express music phone so much that i sold it off and bought a sony ericsson phone. just like sumitha, i too had to experience many horrible experiences at the nokia centres of which the tippasandra nokia care center is the worst...

i feel very sorry for you but i dont think NOKIA is going to do anything about your problem...thats what i have always seen so far...so de best advice i could give you is to switch to sony erricson brand..

hi i md akheel secunderabad i repair a mobile phone nokia 1600,
in nokia center here in secunderabad my bill is around Rs.375/ but i given a Rs 400 that too they return me a amount of rupees 20 in place of 25 ...
perches n72 dated on 27/7/2008 with no. [protected] and next week it gets hang
I immediate reported my complent to nokia care at Shree Communication (Shop No-1 & 2,
Yashogita Building, Near Mhatre Bridge, Next to Matai Chembers, Erandwane, Pune)After
the long period of two weeks i received my handset with the new serial no.[protected]
(that was Repaired) with the(exchanged) old key pad.again after eight day it gets hang
and i submitted to nokia care dated at he same place on 16/8/2008 and still i am not able
to receiving my handset they are still post ponding the dates( Now its 9/09/2008) i am
geting tiered with those peoples a very very poor & thired class service
And i must get the New one (Not repaired)against my faulty & repaired handset I all ready
paid for the new one and not for the repaid handset I already given a chance to repair and
after repair its stuck again And now i am not agree to get my faoulty had set again to face
problem and a thried class service.

I WANT NEW HAND SET INSTEAD OF REPAIRED

I would like to mention my total use of handset
Total days from perches is 71 days
Total use day 33
and for repair it takes 38 days

I am ferm upon to get extended warranty of 38 days on my handset.
The nokia care center of saharanpur(U.P) is not provideing a good service. I had given my cell phone in the center and 20 days gone away. They didn, t performed a little bit task.

I have a similar story to share..! A horrifying experience with Nokia service center located at INDRANAGAR (tippasandra) Bangalore.

ISSUE: The display does not work (however the display would work now and then if the handset heats up)..
WARRANTY: 18th April 2009 to 18th April 2010.
Handset Model: 5800 music express(Touch screen).

On 16th April 2010 I had been to the Nokia service center located at INDRANAGAR (tippasandra) Bangalore.

>The lady at the reception asked me to wait for 10 minutes while the technicians will diagnose the mobile and isolate what the issue is.
>The lady came back and told me that its a "HANGING PROBLEM"
>She asked me to mention it as "HANGING PROBLEM" in the job sheet. I mentioned it as she instructed me to.
>I was asked to come back after 10 days to collect the phone.
>I had to call Mr.Raju the supervisor incharge of the store requesting him to fasten the repair process. He spoke to the executive and asked him to return the mobile in 4 days. However the pick up date on the job sheet was 25th April.

On 22nd @ 11am I went to the store (I had to board a flight the same evening):
>I was asked to wait for another 20minutes. (At this point the executives had realized that my mobile issue is yet to be fixed. So they just updated the mobile software to the latest version.)
>The mobile was handed over to me and i found that they had restored the mobile and update the software. And the mobile seems to be working.
>I also confirmed about the after service warranty with the technician and he said if i happen to face the same issue i can come back with in 30 days and they'll fix it.
>Reached home only to find my mobile display back to the same old issue.
>"I was so frustrated and upset. Because these days its not so easy to get time out from work to visit these center to get issue fixed. And now even after I managed to compromise the phone and time, they haven't bothered to fix the issue."

Way to the airport:
>I'm not able to use the phone. Display isn't working.
>Hope NOKIA realizes how horrible it is to travel with a phone which is not in a working condition.
>I've had to compromise with so many things. I even had to face hard time to get in-touch with the person who had come to pick me up at the airport.

Back To Bangalore On 20th May:
>Went back to the store and informed the same technician about the issue not fixed.
>""__What shocked me was the technician completely denied that i had given the mobile for display issue. He said the mobile had HANGING PROBLEM which cannot be considered as display issue.__""

1) Now who informed me that its a HANGING PROBLEM..??
Ans: It was the technician who had isolated the issue after diagnosing and named the display problem as HANGING PROBLEM.

2) Though display issue, i was instructed to mention it as HANGING PROBLEM in the job sheet.
Ans: Though it was a clear display issue the executive instructed me to mention the issue as HANGING PROBLEM in the job sheet. I did so, expecting that the technician knows the actually issue as he had diagnosed the handset.

>AM I SO DUMB THAT I WOULD SET UP A REPAIR FOR AN ISSUE THAT DIDN'T EXIST..!

>As there is only 2 days left for the warranty to expire,
They claim that they cannot fix the issue as the mobile was not given for a display issue. "(which is absolutely false)"

Now they want me to cough up Rs.3000 if i wanted them to fix it.

>Spoke to the supervisor Mr.Raju over the phone. (who was acting like executive's puppet and he was of no help too.!) for over 2 hrs trying to explain him the truth. However, he proved to be just like any other irresponsible officials we meet now and then..!!

Now i have thrown the mobile in a garbage.! I avoid using nokia phones and also suggest friends and people not to buy any nokia product as its the worst product once sold.!!!
maine apna nokia 5130 saharanpur nokia centre me dia tha, usme bahut problems aa rahi thi, maine do baar diya par fhir b problem fully solved nahi ho saki...fhir meri 1 month ki guarantee bachi thi, mera mobile thik chal rha tha, par music player me problem thi, unke unskilled labour ne kha ki mere mobile ki display kharab hai, they will change it, maine unhe deposit kara diya...

aur fhir 1 week baad jab mai lene gya to unhone kha ki, mere mobile ki online guarantee katm ho gayi hai, isiliye ab 1600 rs lagege, to maine kha, ki maine jaisa mobile diya tha mujhe vaisa hi vapas kar do...

unhone mujhe 3hrs nokia care centre par wait karwaya, kyunki unhe mera mobile mil hi nhi rha tha...

fhir unhone, mobile diya, maine check kiya, to dhekha ki uski display break thi, maine complain ki, to unhone fhir se koi kharab display daal di...

meri display bilkul thik thi, bas music player me problem thi, jo ki thik nahi ho saki, aur na hi mujhe apni thik waali display mil rahi hai...

now still mere mobile ki guarantee10 days hai, par vo keh rahe hai, they check date online, it's okay...

par jaisa maine unhe mobile diya tha, mujhe usi condition me wapas to milna chaiye na...

to ab mai kya karu, so poor service, i am very much disappointed...plz take neccesary action against saharanpur nokia care centre, , , ,

koi to batao mujhe insaff k liye kya karna chaiye...
hum mehnat karke paise kamate hai, aur ye hume majak samajte hai...

hum sabko aik sath hokar hi kuch krna hoga...

ab sir[censored]nity hi hume justice dila sakti hai...

    SPEAKER PROBLEM

    Dear Sir,
    My nokia 5300 speaker is not working properly since last one month. i Have purchased it from jhansi on 29-8-07. Imei no. is [protected] . The nokia care Jhansi (up) allways told me sice one month that the spare is not in stock you may come after 7 or 15 days & same thing they told me today.
    My phone is in guaranty period. Please take necesory action on my prob & give the instruction to Nokia Care Jeevan...

    Hi,

    This is in reference to my Nokia mobile model 6300 & IMEI /ESN
    number [protected], which is not working properly since 14th of
    June 2008 .
    I submitted this mobile to Nokia Service Centre District Commercial
    Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi .on 14th June 2008, Since that day I am
    following up for the same however I have not got a satisfactory
    answer.
    I purchased this mobile on 11th May 2008 from Mahandiratta
    communication Yamunanagar Haryana-135001.

    It is quite surprising that what kind of service centers are
    associated with your organization .

    Would appreciate if you could help me to resolve the same .

      I received my first NOKIA shock when my only five month old handset(NOKIA2630)suddenly failed while talking.Next day I went to Nokia Care center. Another shock was waiting for me when I found that till 12 noon no one was available at Nokia Care, G1 Usha Arcade, Near Lalita Hotel, East Boring Canal Road, PATNA. I took my Q-number but another carelessnes I saw that in spite of Q- Number lots of people were going without taking number. Anyhow my turn came, when I showed my handset the attendant openned all the parts and told me to come after three days. When I met on the said date they told me that we have to send the set to the company and it will take another 15 days.My question is that I handed over the set to them on 2nd July08, then what they were for.Why they are so unsystematic. I have only one set and the company has not provided me any set for the time being.I am afraid that God knows how long it will take to repair/replacement in such a careless service centre.

      I have one of this handset 2630 purchased on october 27 it had just shutting down then it stopped coming on all together I took back to the provider they opened it took out the battery and said to me look miss the inside is wet you let moisture get in it we cant do anything for you...OH I AM FROM A SMALL ISLAND IN THE CARRIBEAN SEA CALL BARBADOS.Personally I think the battery is leaking.
      I have nokia 2630 heand set but before two days i seeing a massage on my mobile display charger not supported and went a shop in rearing and he washing mobile mother board ac tone acid and my set is dead what should i do plz tell me

          I would like to draw your attention towards following:-

          (1) On[protected], while using, the phone suddenly went "OFF "and wen I again switched it "ON", screen turned blue colour and again went the Phone went "OFF".This happened repeatedly, when i tried
          to Switch "ON" the Phone.

          (2) On approaching your NOKIA Care at Rudrapur(Uttrakhand) I was told that its software, need rebooting and on my further asking that they should check the phone properly and rectify the defect, if there is any other too, I was told that after rebooting, I will have not problem.I paid Rs.166.00 and collected the phone back on[protected].

          (3) The same problem reoccurred, on[protected] and on my contacting personally to the above Nokia Care Centre, I was told that I must choose selected web sites for surfing and I should get some anti virus loaded etc.etc.(irrelevant to the users, becoz phone was being used byme alike from last about 10 monhts).The phone was again handedover to me.
          (I may mention that no job sheet etc. was given to me, because the person there took phone in workshop and brought it back, in about20 minutes).

          (4) The above problem reoccured after about 8-10 hours, though I did not use web or memory card. I again approached your above centre and phone was taken by them on 26=6=2008; I was given a job sheet, the No. of which I was told 18 dated 26=6=2008.

          On 4=07=2008 the phone was delivered back to me, and I was told that it has been rebooted again and now it will work perfect.

          (5) To my utter dis-satisfaction, On 5=07=2008 a new defect was noticed by me, that my voice is not being heard on other side by the caller.

          (6) On 6=7=2008 I again sent the phone to the above centre and on my inquiry in the evening I was told that it need some strip replacement, which will cost me something about Rs. 700/- or Rs.800/- (I don't remember the exact amount).On my insistance as to why they do not rectify defect in one attempt? because it consume my time and money to approach above centre, which is in nearby city, I could not get any satisfactory reply.I told that they should check it throughly and tell me estimate, if I approve the estimate and phone is repaired, I want to be sure that it will work properly for few months, no satisfactory reply was given.

          The job sheet No. is[protected] dated 4=7=2008.

          In above regard, after many phone calls, i have also lodged the similar complaint to your No. +[protected] and I am sorry to mention that in one attempt I was never told what information they need to register the complaint, rather in piece meals i was told(after many STD calls on 5/7/2008) and finally i was given complaint registration No.2-35R44D and was advised to seek feedback after 48 hours.

          When I tried to obtain the feed back in the evening of 7-7-2008 your Mr. Ramesh informed me that so far they have not received the feed back and I must contact again on 8-7-2008 evening.

          You will agree that services of your Nokia centre stated above appear to be most unreliable and utilizing service at above centre is very tiring, besides wastage of money and time.I would like to suggest you to ensure quality work at NOKIA Centre and in the meantime, I shall be happy to know, the estimate after thorough checking of Phone by technical persons at NOKIA CENTRE RUDRAPUR, with utmost care and if estimate is approved by me, they should carryout the job, with the assurance that the set will function properly at least for few months, thereafter.

          Since, so far i have not confirmed your NOKIA Centre, RUDRAPUR to carryout the job, for the amount verbally told me and told them that I will confirm shortly.I would request you to please look into the matter and reply me expeditiously, by E-mail or call to my Cell No.[protected].

          when I open ringtones option the phone's light get off and it get escape to starting condition .I think there comes some problem in programming of the phone

            Complain on nokia care services in chennai, india
            Dear all,
            I am one of the nokia mobile users for the past 10years.
            I had trust on it before but not now… i am sorry to say that…. Because you people made me to do so.
            I am really sorry to say that i lost all my confidence and faith with nokia..
            I never had such a worst experience from the nokia care..
            Let me explain the problem..
            " i purchases a new mobile nokia - handset - n91 8gb - black from one of your vendor on few montha before now. I came to see that it gets hanged or struck in between very often while using and the mobile becomes stops functioning, then i have to remove the battery and then reset the mobile and then only i have can use it. On june 01, 2008 i took to the nokia care at royapetta, (Near sathyam theratre) chennai, on 5th june, 2008. (Service center details - rocky agencies, new no:32, old no: 10, thiru vi ka road, royapetta, chennai. Asc : 124_343506, contact number: [protected], and my job sheet number: [protected] dt: 5/june/2008). At first they checked it and told it was a software problem, so they took the mobile and then asked me to come after 7 days, after 7days when i went to collect my mobile, they told me that since it a board problem it will take another a week, and i asked them please inform the correct date so that i can come at right time. (Because i work for an private company kalaigner tv as a editor, my home is at thiruvanmayur, chennai and my work place is at kodambakkam, i used to go my office early around 8 am and return home late nights in the evening, so i had hard time to track the status of my mobile) after a week (June 25th, 2008) when i especially took leave and approached them they said it will take another 10 days and it is a issue with board, so mobile have to replaced. Then i got annoyed and lost my control and i asked the customer technician over there... To get me the exact date so i will get back to you so that i don't have to come all the way and hearing some excuses, this make me more tensed. Then i requested the service person that please check with your head office and get me the exact information. And i don't know who to contact & what to ask them... (Because i got a information from one of my colleague these guys give the customer mobile to some local person for serving and they are paid cheaper and also i heard that these technicians uses the customer mobile for there own use saying that they are testing... I don't know how true so far).
            See i bought a mobile because of the durability and brand name but... I lost all the hopes and confidence that they will give my mobile today... Already one month of my warranty gone in service centre and i don't you please give warranty and guarantees of your products... I hardly used the mobile for less than 4 months only... But i had terrible and bad experience in customer servicing with the nokia... Care... Not only me i found most of the people who come for serving face a terrible experience... Like no proper response when we give a call... Or they disconnect the call while speaking... They spoil the name of nokia...
            Note: important: if i don't receive proper response from this mail i am going to take severs action against the company through legally and also i am going to publish an article on all the local magazines. And i going to forward this mail to all the over web and also through my company intra net to all of my colleagues those who are working in hp (Hewlett packard) to higher officials in and around world..
            And finally i kindly request you people all those who represent nokia to give right information to customer and commit yourself what you say... Or don’t spoil the brand name"...
            See the loyalty to the customer it not me suffered there are many customer like me….

            Nokia 6030 — Voice messages

            Sir,
            1. The "Voice messages " indicator cannot be disabled.How to disable voice message indicator?

            2. No clarity of the sound.I am of the belief that it is happenning since the "Voice messages" is enabled

            I have taken cell of model 3230 on January 2007, after taking this mobile i am getting lot of problems.when i try to use Bluetooth it is suddenly hanged up, when i took this to customer care they were formatting the software and again reloading software.Because of this i am loosing all my contacts and when i try to get the data through bluetooth i never get the data, some times no enough memory like this...please give me a proper solution to this product.i have completed 1 year product purchase date.so please help me in this regard for not loosing my contacts else replace me with new mobile.

            again a big problem is that the custumer care unit take much time for doing such its makes much trouble to me because i m an businessmen and most of the deals r made by mobile-conversation please solve it.

            I PURCHASED NOKIA 3230 SET AND with in one year its getting handed and automatic switch off . I went to Nokia care sector 35 A showroom and submit for cell phone check up .After one week they say our senior engineer yet to come so please come after one week later so when i went after one week they say its not booting so its not repairable. I realized that its less than one year of purchase and without any reason they are saying its not repairable.Further now they are saying there computer saying its out of warranty. I surprised when i purchased then nokia people said its one year warranty how they can say now its out of warranty. I need justice from nokia and need my cellphone replacement.

            I&#039;m writing this from Coimbatore about the standards of service provided by Nokia Care center located in 100 Feet road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore. I&#039;ve given my Nokia Lumia 720 mobile, which I bought in April 2014, on 28th of August 2014 for issues in the Mic &amp;amp; Speaker, Jobsheet #[protected]/140820/079. I was told by the service people here on 30th of Aug that they are not able to rectify the problem here &amp;amp; hence will have to send it to their head office in Chennai &amp;amp; proposed a lead time of 10 days to deliver it. I called them up on the 10th day for the status &amp;amp; when i could come &amp;amp; collect the phone. To my shock, these people didnt have any information on the phone &amp;amp; thats when i noticed that these clever people have not indicated the due date in the job sheet. I was so annoyed that i blasted at them after which they came up with a date thats 13-Sep-14, 15 days now. I called up this morning to again get an answer that its not still received in the office &amp;amp; that these people will call at 3 pm &amp;amp; inform me on that.

            I&#039;m sick &amp;amp; tired of them. These service guys in Nokia care, Coimbatore is nothing but a bunch o[censored]seless people headed by an incompetent &amp;amp; lazy service Manager. They go way down in terms of customer care, hence bringing down the entire brand. There&#039;s only one service center in coimbatore &amp;amp; hence gotta be dependent on this useless bunch without a choice. Annoying approach towards customers. I&#039;m surprised if Nokia could come up with such an incompetent team like they were challenged to bring the world&#039;s useless service people together under one roof. If I aint gonna get my phone today, I&#039;m sure to file a consumer case against this service center.

              dear sir i am using nokia mobile from the day i started using mobiles. after changing to new nokia 6300 i am realy disapponited from nokia mobiles as well as there service centers. i have purchased this mobile on 10th of nov 2007 and since than this set was with me only for three months till date that is jul 2008. i just want to bring out in light that this mobile set was with nokia care for more time than me. therefore it is making difficult to understand whether this mobile belongs to them or me.
              earlier IME NO of my set was. [protected] which was replaced by new set whose IME NO WAS [protected]. after replacement of first set second set also became unservisable within a week. again complaint was logged and mobile was replaced with another set of IME NO. [protected] and i m really sorry to say that condition of that set was as if it is two three yeras old, any one afterlook at that set could make out that nokia is making fun of there coustermors and not paying good attention to there problems. i am visiting nokia service centers all most thrice a week but not getting any results. nor i am getting any satisfactory reply from there side. i am a student away from my family and its making me very difficult for me to contact my family behind.
              and NOW I HAVE LEFT WITH NO OPTION OTHER THAN GOING TO CONSUMER COURT.

                I would like to refer to my recent purchase of N73 Music Edition handest from your priority dealer M/s Neuron Technologies, Opp. MSD School, Hanuman Chowk, Bhatinda(Punjab). I purchased this set on 2.7.08 vide reciept no.849 imei no. mentioned above. This is further to mention that the navigation key of mentioned phone got dislodged due to unknown reasons on 6.7.08. The phone didn't had any signs of dropping or any other type of mishandling(can be shown if demanded). I contacted the above mentioned dealer with proper purchase bill. But the dealer refused to do anything as he told me that panels are not covered in any warranty. He admitted that navigation key might get dilodged due to pressure in pocket. Now i would like to ask one question from No.1 brand in INDIA. I have used Nokia 3230 having navigation keys. My colleagues are using Nokia 6020 with navigation key, and normally everybody puts mobile in pockets. If navigation key of a set costing Rs.13000 are this much tender that they get dislodged due to pressure exserted in pocket. then how can we trust Nokia compared to local made chinese handset providing all functions equal to Nokia handsets. Further the dealers appointed by Nokia are of those type who don't even care to listen to customers complaints. This is further to mention that when i called on your customer care no.[protected] on 7.7.08 your customer care executive tried to explain us in a very technical & lucid language like the part about which i was talking was "Cosmetic" and is not in warranty from 5 days within purchase!!! I wonder if Nokia appoints any "customer care managers" if any customers want to clear up there queries. Reply by your executives is "Sorry we cant revert you to anybody senior then us". Rs.980 demanded by your dealer for so called "Cosmetic" part within 5 days of purchase is not a big deal, but it shows the real picture behind our belief in Nokia as No.1 brand in INDIA. My motive behind this mail is to divert your organisations attention towards real brand equity of your products & services. I am not hoping any response from your side but atleast keep this in your mind, so that you can really be No.1 brand in INDIA. I would also like to remind you that ultimately customers like me, others have trusted & made you No.1

                Nokia N73 Music Edition — Customer service

                I gave my nokia N73 music edition fo rrepair on 1st April 2008.I am from Bangalore The problem was that the vibration was not working correctly.My jobsheet number is[protected]/080401/38.I gave it to Nokia care centre, jayanagar 4th block, bangalore.After 2 days they said they are sending it to chennai for hard ware replacement.Then i got a call from them yesterday that it has come back.When I went to nokia care they said that it cannot be repaired and the mobile was in worst condition with full of scratches.I doubt the set i smine or not.When i put battery into it the mobile was getting on but the display was not coming up correctly.Now they have screwed up the entire thing.They first asked me to pay money for repairing the display problem.But i refused since this set is having warranty and they were the ones responsible for this. So they aske dme to ocme tomorrow evening.Since the past 2 days whenever i go to get my handset they are telling same thing "tomorrow".Now what I want is I need my mob back in previous condition or give me anew hand set.I am sorry to say that this company is providing some bull services for mobiles.This is really shameful for a world class firm like nokia.Please take necessary steps so as to assist me in this issue.
                It i sthe matter of 15000 rs somebody help me.

                      I have purchased a Nokia N73 in last November.
                      But Was disppointed by the functionality of the handset.

                      It had very bad audioability of the Incoming calls

                      I went to Nearest Customer care centre for 5-6 times but they failed to solve the problem.

                      Once my handset was even sent to Mumbai for repair for 30 days. But still the problem is untouched & unsolved.

                      I am facing great problem for recieving the call as its very difficult to hear anything without making loudpeaker on.

                      I really Dont know how to deal about this ..will somebody please guide me??

                            RE : Repair of mobile handset.
                            The said mobile handset has the following problems.
                            1} Chargeing not being done properly----> msg given as charger not supported, sometimes given as chargeing complete but the back up does not last for 10 minutes after complete chargeing.
                            2] once in a while, while recieving a phone call the screen goes complete blank of the handset switches off automatically.
                            3]now chargeing is absolutely not getting initialized.

                            note : phone was given to nokiya care at aurangabad ( maharashtra) as per my knowledge technicians are not trained because he replied that battery has been repair ( first time in my life i have heard that some one can repair sealed battery.

                            please help me in this regards.

                              dear sir,
                              i have given my handset for repair on 16th of june under the category to repair as it was water damage .hence on 27 june i was called from ur nokia center that it has been repaired when i went there i was told that it is water damage and can not be repaired .but still i said when i asked u to repair and i will pay for the repair cost whatever it should be .in between i would like to tell u that i had to wait for the recepionist girl for half an hour to collect my handset she was not on the table .and after collecting i had there for next 2 hours to give my handset at last all was well and ur care center said we will call u and tell u estimate and let this work done ..after that till today know one recives phone there i have few numbers with me [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] and till today i do not have any knowledge of my cell i have registered complain many times at the nokia care num that is[protected] they have given me a complain number to that is 2_35dd8j . any how i am not satisfied with ur services at the care center .the nokia care center where i deposited my cell is

                                Sir i did purchased nokia 6300 mobile from subhisha in feb, 2007 from faridabad..it's emi no is [protected]. the problem is that it's f.M lead is not working for last two months... Due 2 some critical circumstances i had 2 go to my native place where it fall from my hands and its steel case lock got broken.. and when i went 2 a local nokia service they told me that this is aphysical damage. so it can't be taken in warenty... but F.M lead's problem is not a physical damaged problem... i was not satisfied with their responsse...
                                My complete family of six members are using nokia brands for many years...and have cno complaints till last month. But with this mobile phone we are totally surprised with this type of poor service.
                                so please do something so that my trust would be failtful towards nokia in future...
                                Hope nokia will understsnd my feeling and arrange a better service for my nokia 6300 phone. i'll be very thankful towards nokia . waiting for your reply...

                                    Hi Nokia Care

                                    I am fed up o[censored]sing Nokia .I have purchase N2626 from second day of purchasing I am facing call drop/disconnected problem. I have replaced my Vodafone SIM 3 times. This is to noticed that I have submitted this set 7 times to nokia care but problem not resolved I have presented demo in front of nokia care team also. Atlast on 2nd July I took the set from Nokia care and is with me as a dummy. It’s useless to me.
                                    And I am very frustrated o[censored]sing Nokia. I will never recommend anyone to use Nokia. I had such a bad experience about Nokia. I have loss more than the cost of this handset for every visit it cost me 1000/-. Every time I make call to Nokia Helpline they just repeat the same line “Submit the handset they will escalate and do the needful”

                                    Now what to do with this handset.

                                      i have bought mobile N81 on 12 march 08 from sai telecom Gandhidham, Kutch(Gujarat).Aeter some days there occurin many problem with cell namely keypad doesnot working properly, handsfree does not working properly, hanging problem.Icontact with VLINK CARE Gandhidham([protected]@nokiacareindia.com) they format the cell two times third they sent cell to service center whose details are following

                                      Now what i do, I am not satisfied with service.I want you can take an action as soon as possible, replaced this instrument with other instrument or give gurantee of suitable service.i contact 6 to 8 times with both care center and shop but i am not satisfied with your service.
