IMEI No. of Phone- [protected].
I would like to draw your attention towards following:-
(1) On[protected], while using, the phone suddenly went "OFF "and wen I again switched it "ON", screen turned blue colour and again went the Phone went "OFF".This happened repeatedly, when i tried
to Switch "ON" the Phone.
(2) On approaching your NOKIA Care at Rudrapur(Uttrakhand) I was told that its software, need rebooting and on my further asking that they should check the phone properly and rectify the defect, if there is any other too, I was told that after rebooting, I will have not problem.I paid Rs.166.00 and collected the phone back on[protected].
(3) The same problem reoccurred, on[protected] and on my contacting personally to the above Nokia Care Centre, I was told that I must choose selected web sites for surfing and I should get some anti virus loaded etc.etc.(irrelevant to the users, becoz phone was being used byme alike from last about 10 monhts).The phone was again handedover to me.
(I may mention that no job sheet etc. was given to me, because the person there took phone in workshop and brought it back, in about20 minutes).
(4) The above problem reoccured after about 8-10 hours, though I did not use web or memory card. I again approached your above centre and phone was taken by them on 26=6=2008; I was given a job sheet, the No. of which I was told 18 dated 26=6=2008.
On 4=07=2008 the phone was delivered back to me, and I was told that it has been rebooted again and now it will work perfect.
(5) To my utter dis-satisfaction, On 5=07=2008 a new defect was noticed by me, that my voice is not being heard on other side by the caller.
(6) On 6=7=2008 I again sent the phone to the above centre and on my inquiry in the evening I was told that it need some strip replacement, which will cost me something about Rs. 700/- or Rs.800/- (I don't remember the exact amount).On my insistance as to why they do not rectify defect in one attempt? because it consume my time and money to approach above centre, which is in nearby city, I could not get any satisfactory reply.I told that they should check it throughly and tell me estimate, if I approve the estimate and phone is repaired, I want to be sure that it will work properly for few months, no satisfactory reply was given.
The job sheet No. is[protected] dated 4=7=2008.
In above regard, after many phone calls, i have also lodged the similar complaint to your No. +[protected] and I am sorry to mention that in one attempt I was never told what information they need to register the complaint, rather in piece meals i was told(after many STD calls on 5/7/2008) and finally i was given complaint registration No.2-35R44D and was advised to seek feedback after 48 hours.
When I tried to obtain the feed back in the evening of 7-7-2008 your Mr. Ramesh informed me that so far they have not received the feed back and I must contact again on 8-7-2008 evening.
You will agree that services of your Nokia centre stated above appear to be most unreliable and utilizing service at above centre is very tiring, besides wastage of money and time.I would like to suggest you to ensure quality work at NOKIA Centre and in the meantime, I shall be happy to know, the estimate after thorough checking of Phone by technical persons at NOKIA CENTRE RUDRAPUR, with utmost care and if estimate is approved by me, they should carryout the job, with the assurance that the set will function properly at least for few months, thereafter.
Since, so far i have not confirmed your NOKIA Centre, RUDRAPUR to carryout the job, for the amount verbally told me and told them that I will confirm shortly.I would request you to please look into the matter and reply me expeditiously, by E-mail or call to my Cell No.[protected].

i feel very sorry for you but i dont think NOKIA is going to do anything about your problem...thats what i have always seen so far...so de best advice i could give you is to switch to sony erricson brand..
