complaint is as under. following emails will explain nature of complaint & what nokia is doing to resolve the fault? nokia is delaying.

i have given 5310 for repair 3rd time on 28/4/08 Job sheet no.[protected] but till date i have not got back replacement. i think 5310 is having design defect & that is why is asked for technical team to examine this model 5310. till date no satisfactory reply has come from nokia. u may like to go through history of emails with your officials below. what is your comment/advise to me?
