I have purchased a nokia 216 mobile phone through flipkart 3 months back. The main reason behind my choice is its big phonebook facility. But i regret to find that the sound, reception, clarity of the phone very bad. Also while talking occasionally the phone stops. I have been using samsung ordinary phone previously for years and its call clarity always superb. Now what i want is to replace the phone (Tested fully from your lab). Or else would you give details of your nearby service centre in kerala. I am from kozhikode side. Expecting your prompt satisfied response. This is really surprising that, Nokia phone 3 is not working properly, net is surfed very slowly, other person on phone is not able to hear voice.
voice quality and camera quality is very upsetting.
. Net is not working or when it is working, it is working damn slow, only 4 G is working, whenever it is kept of 3 G mode its doesn’t work at all.
. Battery back up is not good, it gets drained in 3 - 4 hours and for charging also it is taking much time, almost 3 hours or more.
. Other person is not able to hear our voice when we are on call.
. Cell is getting hanged most of the times.
. Whats app messages and text messages, whatever we are typing, many a times at least after 4 times of typing it types what we want, else it goes on a different word text.

Please take your product as I have purchased this 1 day before only.

I taken a nokia 3 before 1 week and the performance of the phone is so bad whenever i am playing a game and using net it was hang and there's one more problem in the set that is its colour of the body means the wax is coming out with its own i complant this in the service centre of nokia in the barrackpore kolkata but i dont get any service from them they are not replacing my set. I am facing so much problem in the set. So please sir take some strict action for them so that i can get the replacement of the set. Still we are using our nokia mobile even though there are other mobile's available in market.
You are concentrating on launching new ones but neglecting the old one's is highly discouraged.

Sir i have bought this phone last week but it isnt working properly. It has many problems.1. The back button doesn't work mostly many times.2. It is always hanging i mean stucking. Takes long time to charge battery.4. Consumes 40%of the battery at night. At day times if left unused for 4 hours it may not function and may switch off often. I have informed about this phone to the supplier but they didnt do anything. So i want to its service center but not got any answer. They just updated and have said if any problem come again but it isnt possible for me to go there daily. So please help me. I[censored] exchange this phone to a new one i may encourage others to buy this phone. If not then i will discourage others from buying this.

From the starting there was some technical issues in the handset we have visited service centre for the same in the month of may'17, they have informed to replace the set due to manufacturing defect. I purchased the nokia 130 (Dual sim, black) handset from amazon and it stopped working after 3 weeks. By that time the replacement date which amazon provided had expired. After that i went to nokia service center, kochi. But they mentioned that they are not providing any service for this basic handsets. When i reached out to amazon seller, they mentioned at least they need the service denial letter/email to process the return/refund. But agency is not even ready to provide me the same. I am just getting mad to run behind this for more than 2 weeks. Please solve the issue as soon.

Dear Sir,

I am omkar kadam. I order nokia 230 mobile phone from amazon on 28 th march 2017. It's having network drop issues from last 3 month. I contacted Vashi service center on dated 03.07.17 but they refused to repair by saying that this phone comes under guaranteed replacement and not under warranty. They suggested to replace the device with the online retailer. Again i contacted amazon customer service for same issue but they also said that service center only can replace the module. We are facing lot of issue because of that kindly response from both. Kindly help with the solution my replacing or refund my money.

I brought brand new Nokia 3 on Sunday 25th of June (2017), now after 4 days its screen automatically became disrupted. i went to the retailer the same day on 29th of June there their staff suggested me to go to the service center and replace the set(7 days from purchase date policy), on approaching the service center staff told me to surrender the whole box with mobile to get new one within two days. There i informed the staff about my departure from the city after two days which is must. Then on the decided date i went to the service center to pick my phone up, there they told me that website is not working properly and they are unable to make a request paper to allow my retailer to give me a new mobile phone. then one from them personally suggested me to blame my retailer that how can he sell Nokia phones when service center hasn't been established yet and to ask my retailer for the responsibility to give me another phone but he was on one note that mobile is out of stock. Now i am running out of days i have to leave the city and i purchased a phone because i don't have another please help me.

I am facing issue in newly purchase nokia 3, same was logged with nokia care at cooper road, amritsar. They are satisfied with the problem that i am facing in mobile.
But they are not providing any solution to the same. Executive over there are saying approval is pending from her senior. Does it take 3 days to take approval? Or they are harassing the customer?

I have received my order #da[protected] nokia1600 mobile phone which i want to return because the speaker of the mobile phone is not working and it is not getting charged when plugged in with the charger as the charger of the mobile is not working. Actually recently i have bought a mobile from amazon.in i. E, nokia lumia 820, it has manufacturer warranty so i went to nokia care here but they are saying that the mobile has been banned, so we cant service it here. So i have contacted amazon, they are asking me, service denied letter, but nokia care is not providing me here. I want a service denied letter for my nokia lumia 820.

I have found that nokia is selling the phone with price inr 3310 ruppes in india. But we can not able to shop from nokia website. (There is no option to buy.)

Moreover, the other websites selling same phone with double price. Same prices are also in markets and nokia phone selling stores.

How can i believe is company is selling in inr 3310 ruppes?

Please share calculations to consumer for doubling the price.

Nokia 130 handset bought from amazon. It's within one year.. Dust inside display issue. Your okhla phase 2 delhi service centre is saying they don't provide any service/support for this model.

Handset is within one year. Amazon denied to support stating warranty is from nokia.

Your service center is not ready to give in writing that they will not provide any solution for this model handset.
