Nokia India — Mobile handset replacement

I (Ajay kumar mishra) have purchased a nokia 230 dark grey mobile handset, serial. No.- [protected] from ganpati mobiles, g-5-8, shriram tower, ashok marg, lucknow on 15/11/2016. From the starting there was some technical issues in the handset we have visited service centre for the same in the month of may'17, they have informed to replace the set due to manufacturing defect. We have given the old handset to ganpati mobiles (Sachin) for replacement of new set. Still we are following up for the same since may, they are not able to provide us our handset. Kindly help me on the same.
