They are trying to scam people by telling about things that are not even faulty with the phone.
I wanted to repair my charging port which would cost 1500. The guy at the reception said he will have to replace back panel too for 3000. When i refused for back panel replacement he said that it will take him 1 week to repair my phone and i have to leave my phone with him for no reason

I have do complain on 20th december, but no one giving proper respone by email or toll free number, still pickup is not arrange for replacement gaurranty, so please help about proper serivce. Mobile model nokia 150ds
