Nokia India — Phone not working properly in just 2 months

I have bought Microsoft Lumia 535 on February, 2015 from Umiya Telecom, Astron Chowk, Rajkot (Gujarat) retailer shop. But unfortunately within 2 months my device could not perform well. The problems are camera of the device has stopped and phone can not charged. I have meet the local Nokia service center of Rajkot (Near VIP Showroom, Yagnic Road) and they opened my device and show me some type of chemical/liquid in phone and they told me your phone is drown in water, so water damaged phone not in warranty and they charged me Rs. 3370 for this damage.
