Dear Team,
I have purchased Nokia Purebook S14 from Flipkart on 26th September 2022. Now 2 days ago my Laptop got Hang while working and is stuck on NOKIA Logo, I went to NOKIA Authorized Service Center at Moksh Plaza, Borivali West, Mumbai. However the Center completely denied offering me Service that there is No Service Center for Nokia Laptops.
I tried contacting support Team (Onsite) they told that there Service Person will come and diagnose the issue and will take to the Center for Repair and it will 7 Days .
My concern is that, even after buying such a Great Brand the SERVICE is why so pathetic.
The PureBook has got just a Basic Software issue for that why they need so many days.
I am working professional and without my Laptop I am like Handicapped.
My overall request is, please get it done on the same Day.
I don't want to Bombard about NOKIA Service on the Social Media Handles and I do have a Friend of mine who is Running Tech YouTube.
Don't want to share such a Pathetic Service Story on Social Media.
