NonStopWears — material not yet received (order no : nsw0002437)

Hello,
I had placed an order to your web site (Order no: nsw0002437) on 2nd july bu madhuri shivangi.
I even got confirmation from ecom express courier that my tracking number
([protected]) but when i checked in their status and called them they mentioned the product was called back to the shipper.

I don't understand why shipper will call back if the shipment is done. I hope there is a valid reason as i had paid in advance payment.

I hope i will get my refund or at least my product soon.

I tried your contact number as mentioned on the website but it switched off.

I hope you don't follow a fraud practice or else i need to take it to the cyber complaint department.
