My ca no is [protected]. New smart meter was added to my shop replacing the old one in march 2020 just before the lockdown (18/03/2020). The connection was not done leaving the old meter hanging. The connection was done in august. The person who connected the meter did put only one seal inside and left all the seal blank. Now the people from the department come and torture us for the seal as we didn't know that the seal was compulsary on the outer box also.

    Sir/madam my consumer no is[protected]{avinash kumar ray} my meter established in the month of june 2020 i have raised complain for new meter connection in the month of march 2020 complain no is [protected] dated 2/3/20 but my light bill is aggregated since november 2019. How it is possible bill before meter fixing. So please correct my first excess light bill and also waive interest imposed, so that i can pay genuine light bill

      Dear sir/ madam,

      I have paid bill amount of rs. 939 today with my hdfc debit card for customer id [protected].

      The amount is deducted from my account but it is not yet updated in your site yet. It still shows due as rs. 939. Please help to update the same.

        With respect, i want to say that, i have submitted for correction of electricity bill to nbpdcl-siwan (Rular), so many times. But they have not taken any action regarding this. I am not able to go every day for same purpose due to our health issue.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I am currently residing at PAKRIDAYAL, which is having electricity connection bearing consumer no.[protected], pin code 845428. I am receiving shocking amount of electricity bills from past few months. My current electricity bill (no.[protected] amounts more than 11000 rupees for 5 month which is almost 3 times of my regular bills. We have paid last bill amounting 5045 rupees for 6 month months which was much higher compared to regular month in one month and also last few month i am not here, and also billing is coming high .

            I investigated the matter from my side to find out the error and I came to know that agent for meter reading is not consistent and proper meter reading has not been done for past five months. I have uploaded latest bill and receipt for reference.

            I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

                Dear Sir,

                Kindly look into the matter as My shop has been shut down since lockdown from March 2020 but I've been getting Electricity bill from North Bihar Power Distribution Company at highly inflated rate & my CA No. Is[protected].

                I will report against you to the higher authorities if I refund of period 16.06.2020 to 30.09.2020 is not initiated.

                              Sir,
                              In day time, Voltage is moderate not high not too low but in night voltage gets too low. Even fan not works properly. We face damaged in our electronic appliances like fan bulb gets fused due to low voltage. We can't even study comfortably at night. This happens on regular basis. And we can't tolerate it anymore. Because most of students studied at night. They feel hot and stress on eyes.

                                  Dear Sir, please refer consumer number [protected].
                                  I have got wrong electricity bill for Aug 2020. Generally every month electricity charge costing approx Rs. 200-400. But, in August 2020, I got wrong electricity charge Rs.4985/-Meter reader comes to home every month and handover bill after checking meter physically. It may be noted that I am depositing bill amount on time regularly. All of sudden variation in meter reading is neither clear not justified.
                                  I request you to please verify the same at the earliest.

                                      Sir, I want to inform you that electric pole is bends towards my newly constructed house and it is dangerous for house as well as to the people whose house are near about it. Previously, in October 2019 already complaint in Electric office at Madhubani NBPDCL but no response from officials from last 11 months.If something happen then it's whose responsibility.who will take responsibility? Requested to please do it as soon as possible.
