Sir my mithilesh jha consumer no-[protected] hai jiska karib 6 mahino se meter change karne ke baad bhi MD bill aa rha hai jiski suchna kayi bar hmlogo dvara vibhag se lekar headquarter tak de chuke hai lekin vibhag ke dvara mnmana bill diya ja rha hain jiske karan hm garib log bill bharne me asamarth hai sriman se sadar nivedan purvak khna hai ki mere domestic bill maff karne ki kripa pradan kare.

After 6 month my meters are MD bill generated.

मेरा नाम अमरेश कुमार है पिता श्री योगेन्द्र यादव कचहरी चौक वार्ड नंबर 01 है मैंने नार्थ बिहार पावर डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन कंपनी लिमिटेड में बिजली कनेक्शन के लिये मैंने सहरसा बिजली ऑफिस में फॉर्म भर कर दिनांक 08/01/2020 को दिया जिसमे मैंने फॉर्म में विधुत्त भार 01KW भर कर दिया, जो बिजली कनेक्शन फॉर्म है उस में भी ये दर्ज है उसके बावजूद बिजली विभाग द्वारा मेरे दुकान में 02 KW का मीटर लगा दिया गया, जब मेरा बिजली बिल आया 08/08/2020 को आया तब मुझे पता चला, मेरा खाता संख्या[protected] है, और कंस्यूमर संख्या [protected] है, मुझे लगभग 10167 रूपया का जबरन बिल भेज दिया गया हैउसके बाद में बिजली ऑफिस कनेक्शन फॉर्म जिस पर 01KW LOAD अंकित था तो लेकर गया तो वहा कोई कुछ सुनने को राजी नहीं था वहां से मुझे जबरन निकाल दिया और बोले बिजली बिल देना ही पड़ेगा तुमको जहां जाना है जाओ, कृपया सर ऊपर लिखी बातों पर ध्यान देने की कृपा करे

I have filed the request for my quarters electricity disconnection, in the month of September only.My request I.D.is [protected].But till date, I am paying the bill and no one has come to got the connection, disconnected. I am paying the bill, just wasting the money.I am for the facility which I am not availing.
Kindly help me out of this.

The bill amount for the month of SEP 20 was extremly unusual. Normally it ranges from 300-500. But for the month of Sep 20 it was nearly 5200. When I tried to register a online complaint, it showed the message invalid CA number.

I am ramashray singh from siwan . My consumer number is[protected]. I want to tell you that I submit my September month electricity bill on 5 Oct 2020 . But it is not deduct on my bill .. also I submit some screenshot of my bill .

All my family members are leaving in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. None of my family members are living in the house. I am using only 8w cfl bulb on the varandah. I have received a bill of Rs. 454. The meter reading was shown 139 unit. How is it possible?

One more blunder mistake by electricity department;

Sir I am from LAXMISAGAR SAIDPUR DARBHANGA, BIHAR NEAR D.A.V. PUBLIC SCHOOL.
In my area the electrician name RAVINDRA is continuously cutting electricity without the permission of head branch ghausala.On 30/09/2020 he shutdowned the electricity of my area for more than 5hrs, when I called nearer branch the authority said the power is okay from his side but the mentioned electrician is doing some cabel related work near D.A.V. school junior branch but when I visited the respective place there was no work going on then I called the RAVINDRA on his mobile number and he said no work is going on and power supply is okay but when I said "no ! Power is not coming in my area" then he dropped my call but I called him again then he said call gaushala branch. I called again gaushala branch and he said " no! Ravindra is doing some cable work there" then I said gaushala branch that "he told me that he is not doing any cable work and supply is okay".Then I said the authority that "I will complaint against you"
He said "okay! Do whatever you want to do"

Kindly look at this matter, I don't know why they are cutting supply specially RAVINDRA the electrician guy.From then this is happening daily and they are giving reasons like wire fallen, short circuit etc.
People are suffering lot in these days of corona and they are cutting supply unnecessarily.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible

My ca no is [protected]. New smart meter was added to my shop replacing the old one in march 2020 just before the lockdown (18/03/2020). The connection was not done leaving the old meter hanging. The connection was done in august. The person who connected the meter did put only one seal inside and left all the seal blank. Now the people from the department come and torture us for the seal as we didn't know that the seal was compulsary on the outer box also.

Sir/madam my consumer no is[protected]{avinash kumar ray} my meter established in the month of june 2020 i have raised complain for new meter connection in the month of march 2020 complain no is [protected] dated 2/3/20 but my light bill is aggregated since november 2019. How it is possible bill before meter fixing. So please correct my first excess light bill and also waive interest imposed, so that i can pay genuine light bill

I have paid bill amount of rs. 939 today with my hdfc debit card for customer id [protected].

The amount is deducted from my account but it is not yet updated in your site yet. It still shows due as rs. 939. Please help to update the same.

With respect, i want to say that, i have submitted for correction of electricity bill to nbpdcl-siwan (Rular), so many times. But they have not taken any action regarding this. I am not able to go every day for same purpose due to our health issue.
So please regarding this matter.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am currently residing at PAKRIDAYAL, which is having electricity connection bearing consumer no.[protected], pin code 845428. I am receiving shocking amount of electricity bills from past few months. My current electricity bill (no.[protected] amounts more than 11000 rupees for 5 month which is almost 3 times of my regular bills. We have paid last bill amounting 5045 rupees for 6 month months which was much higher compared to regular month in one month and also last few month i am not here, and also billing is coming high .

I investigated the matter from my side to find out the error and I came to know that agent for meter reading is not consistent and proper meter reading has not been done for past five months. I have uploaded latest bill and receipt for reference.

I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.
