In my house on one educated to read any receipt or bill. On behalf of the electricity board, some cut the bill and also collecting money for paying it. Before 6 months he is coming for money but i am not giving after that always he came to cut my bill with wrong reading. At that the present time i may give 25 to 30k money for paying bills.in the month of may or june, i cleared my whole dues through my sister's son. The next month's bill is generated and that was 22 rupees. The next bill is generated in the months of august and that was 760 which is not right. On the august 29, my actual meter reading is 827 but the bill is generated at 1033.

    This is to request you that a high voltage wire fall down in from of my gate and my lane.
    Request to removal of high voltage wire in front of my main gate and lane.
    This is very dangerous for all person living near by.
    Kindly send your person on urgent basis, resolve it asap.

      I live in inamipur near dharan bazar, jalalpur. In this area there is very poor supply of electricity without any reason. We regularly pay our bills but supply of electricity is not upto the mark. This has to be stopped.
      In summer days it's impossible to sleep without a fan and what will we do with fan if electricity is not here.

          1st complain-
          Respected sir, my consumer no is [protected] and linked mobile number [protected]. I am residing in rural area with less consumption of home utility electricity appliances and a minimum and maximum unit consumed by 85 unit (January 20) and 239 unit (July 20) respectively in a whole month, since last 12 month but I am quite surprised to see my last bill of 31.08.20 for Rs 2309/- (after adjusting Govt subsidy, actual amount Rs 4328) for 640 unit utilization in a month (30.07.20 - 8150 unit, 31.08.20 - 8790 unit), which is totaly wrong as per my utility.
          Furthur, only in 3 days, today on 03.09.20 I have seen 100 unit plus ( meter reading 8890 unit) as per meter, how it is possible within a normal use thats why I am filing a complain to please check whether meter is malfunctioning/fast and fix it please.
          Sir, being a farmer, August bill of Rs 2309 is very hard to pay and if prompt action not taken, September bill will be very high due to wrong reading by meter.
          So It is requested to look into matter as soon as possible. Thank you sir.

          2nd complain-
          When I try to register complain on nbpdcl website, they show invalid CA number whereas other services like bill view/pay using same consumer number is getting done. Furthur I have tried for user registration but that got also failed stating same reason. Toll free number also not working. Please fix it.

            received consumer number and bill after 4 years.. incredible bihar electricity department

            Dear sir/madam,

            I am resindence of noornagar kanhi. My father has applied for new connection in december 2016 from jalalpur block. Since then there is connection activated on my premise but we never received any bill on my residential address neither any meter has been installed at my home. Also, we were not provided with consumer id at the time of documentation. We are well settled in pune and visit bihar only during vacation...

              We have been a loyal consumer of north bihar power distribution company limited for years.We belong to the ideal village : Madhopur, barharia, siwan, bihar-841232.
              we beg to inform you that there is frequent failure of electricity for hours together in our Village. We dont get electricity for more than 6 hours in a day.The situation is worst at the night time from 12 -8 am.Many nights we have passed waiting for the electricity .We are in this situation since 1 month. We made several complaints on 1912 and at the JE's mobile number.The phone is either switched off/out of coverage area or never answered and if recieved its our luck. JE told there is total supply but we are not getting the right amount of electricity here in this village. We get electricity from LAKRI FEEDER (SOMEWHERE IN BARHARIA).
              We have been told that we will get light for 1 hour in every two hours but we dont get that too. There is town like area( the market connecting many villages) BARHARIA they get electricity for about 14-15 hours we know this as many o[censored]s have shops there or visit there for the supplies.
              In gopalganj the flood affected area the status is they get electricity for more than 22 hours but not here in my village.
              Sir, we are troubled so much more than six villages small and big are affected here connected to lakri feeder.
              Sir, we were told that this issue will be improved latest by 18th of august but still the issue persists.
              Sir, the officials are not even providing the right information that when this will be resolved.One official in the electricity office said this will persist for more than three months.
              JE NEVER PICKS UP THE CALL HIS NUMBER IS ALWAYS SWITCHED OFF IN NIGHT TIME EVEN RIGHT NOW. ITS BEEN SO LONG THAT WE ARE NOT GETTING A GOOD SLEEP AT NIGHT AS THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY IN THE NIGHT TIME .
              WROTE AN EMAIL TO ALL BIG DIGNITARIES THEY ALSO DIDNT REPLIED.
              Sir it will be a great help for all the villages here . Electricity has been one of the most important thing during this Pandemic as everyone is doing their job from home, students have their school exams and classes online and also universities are conducting online classes so electricity is very necessary . Everyone is at their home right now and doing all their work online so electricity is very much needed.

              Sir help us in this regard .Waiting for the issue to be resolved.

                      I am facing issues in the wire connecting my meter to the electric pole. The wire is too old and is always at a risk to catch fire whenever a little voltage is applied.
                      So, it is a request to change the wire to a new one.

                        Dear sir/madam
                        I have electricity connection on the name of jitesh kumar, consumer no[protected]. I have got a bill of amounting 823.00 for the month of august 2020.in this bill you have charged a extra consumer charge of 466.67. Please justify this charge because as a normal human being i just can't understand the meaning of this extra charge. Secondly please suggest if load capacity of my house is less, and it needs to be upgraded. Please do needful.

                              Consumer no:[protected]. Please reduce bill amount o[censored]m billing period, it's too much amount add in bill. Only one lady living in house in village. She will not be pay much expensive amount.
                              Your team was installed meter on aug'19 and earlier no any electric connection was in house. After meter connection every month unit using around 6 to 7 unit per month, than why are you added more amount in bill. Please remove um bill charges from current bill and send updated bill.

                                  Sir, mai vil-gonauli, p. O.- dumara, p. S.- lauriya west champaran bihar ka niwasi hoo. Sir, aaj pichhle ek week se hamare yaha light ka problem hai. Is garmi ke mausam me jab hume light ki jayada jarurt hoti hai tab hi adhikansh rato me light khatm ho jati hai. Mujhe lgta hai ki pure 24 hrs me light achhe se 4 hrs bhi nhi rhta hai.
                                  Aise me hume online classes krne hai. Kuchh dino me hamara exam bhi hone wala hai wo bhi online. Sir, aise me light ki aisi smasya hamare ghatak ho skti hai.
                                  Sir, kripya krke ispe karwai kre. Hum apke abhari rhengi.
