      I have taken electricity connection on 30/10/2013. Prior to this i was never at this address. I claim the electricity bill that i received from muzaffarpur vidyut vitran ltd is not mine. I have attached the necessary documents below. I would request you to review my electricity bill and send me the correct one from the date of connection.

        It is intimated that my consumer a/c no is [protected]of vill-singahi, block-paru, distt-muzaffarpur. I am paying continuously elect charges since long time but not received elect power properly due to reason large nos of people of our village are thefting of elect power, which is not authorized consumer. I was already inform to elect board paru but no any take action by department. So please take action against unauthorised consumer which is theft large quantity of electricity, so that gets power of right consumer. Your reply is awaiting.

          On march-2020 bill, last meter reading was 21609 which was paid in amount 878 rs. For 159 units on 11th march. Then i got april bill in amount 922 rs. Through mobile message which was paid on 15th april.
          Now again i received may bill from meter reading 21609 mentioned on march bill to 22062 that is 453 units, although last payment 922 rs. Is mentioned on current bill but not amount deducted from bill.
          I want to know, what about 922 rs.. Kindly fix it and generate new fresh amended bill before due date.

Amount generated Rs 581 and previous months Rs 1086 which has been paid. I want to request to please cancel or less amount due to lockdown period not income. Warm regards

                MY name is Deepak kumar on the behalf of Ramotar Sah, I want to say that in Past date 15th Sep 2017 i was paid my light bill Rs-2573.00 (Two Thousand five hundred seventy three rupees). This amount is still not paid in My Account, still i am getting bill with late Fee, in Local office many times i complaint for it but they are not listen. they always said next month this will added and so on, for this cause my payment is pending from 2.5 Years.
                I requested to you kindly Look in to issue, and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                    I'm Ranu Kumar, from dalan Haripur block alouli under Khagaria district.
                    Sir, I want to tell you that the power goes on repeatedly at our location, especially in the evening and at night, when the mind of the operator gives the electricity, otherwise it remains asleep. If there is a rain, then the light disappears for 5 to 6 hours.

                      Dear north bihar power distribution company ltd,

                      Subject :- wrong meter reading ca n0.- [protected]

                      I am having a electricity connection of nbpdcl in the name of my mother (Aasma begum) which is falling in manjhi block, and my consumer number is [protected], earlier meter defection was there and je said chandan (Incharge or thekedar) to installed new meter in month of june. And as per new meter your old bill amount will be adjusted as per new meter reading.
                      It’s really unimaginable getting month on month reading when not a single bulb is on. When i give complain online than i got a call from your department that meter reading will be resolved as soon as possible but still it’s not happened.
                      How meter reading come when house is closed. Every month 32 or 22 unit is coming.
                      I humbly request nbpdcl team to resolve my concern, adjust my old bill as per new meter reading or disconnect my electricity connection on urgent basis. I am giving notice to you that even after our efforts the meter reading is not improving and old bill is not adjusted till date.
                      Hence please disconnect the connection with adjustment of old bill.
                      We are mentally harassed by manjhi block je and his team.

                      If this is not resolved then i will request my concern to marking cc with ministry and cmo.

                              This is to inform you that i am observing since two moth my meter no-286943/5-30a is not running. I came to know by the private electrician. It seems that the meter has burnt. I am quiet unable to visit electricity office personally due to gov.

                                Electric pole fixed on my land (4 to 5 days ago) located in behut (बेहट), jhanjharpur, disstt - madhubani (Bihar), whose detail is as below -

                                Undersigned left 6 feet (६ फीट) extra space (240 square feet) i. E. Part of private land (निजी जमीन का हिस्सा) in front of the boundary wall of my land for proper use of that space in future.
                                But two number electric poles has been fixed forcibly adjoining my boundary wall.
                                It is requested to please remove 2 nos electric poles fixed on the said location.

It seems that the meter has burnt. I have called to the govt. Electricity line man on phone. But he has not taken any permanent response or solution. Sir i am more than 86 years odd citizen of india. I am quiet unable to visit electricity office personally. So it is requested to please replace our meter with immediate effect. Otherwise i will have to suffer.                                   Umesh yadav At hasanpur Id[protected], Meter Number - NB5678259, Unit- 176 Hai. Mera Bijli bill Galat kar diya hai sir g. mera meter me Unit- 176 h. Lekin hmko bill 599 unit ka diya h. Mera Bijli bill Galat de diya h. Hm Meter Check Karne wala ko 1000 rupya jama diye lekin hmko rupya ka rasid nhi diya h.
                                  I am sorry to say that, I complaint dated 13 December 2018 electric pole and wire on my building for removing it, to SDO Bettiah and EEE Bettiah but they cannot remove electric wires and pole on my building. Please immediately remove electric wires and poles on my building thank you

                                    But on 9th of jan 2020 when i got another electricity bill
                                    The 'last paid date' was 30th september 2019. This new bill has also included
                                    Some additional charges as late fine.
                                    So i request u to look after my payment and provide me
                                    With proper bill (Without late fine). So that i can pay these bills.

                                      Aapke karmchari mr. Mukesh mandal, jo behariganj electricity department me karyarat hai jinhone april 2018 ka meter reading 4069 ki jagah 4969 yani total 992 unit ka khapat dikha diya.
                                      Mr. Mukesh mandal se kahne par unhone apni mistake accept karte hue galti ko sudharne ki baat kahi. Falswarup reading to sudhar ho gaya lekin atirikt
                                      Meter reading total[protected]=900 unit ka atirikt bakaya rashi har mahine aa raha hai. Jiski likhit sikayat 30 aug 2018
                                      Aur 28 aug 2019 ko bihariganj karyalay se ki gayi.
                                      Unhone aaswast kiya ki aapki sikayat nbpdcl udakishunganj ko bhej di gayahai. Lekin ab tak aaplogo (Nbpdcl udakishunganj) ki taraf se kisi bhi prakar ka action nahi liya gaya hai.
                                      Atah nbpdcl se anurodh hai ki 900 unit ke galat bakaya rashi se jald se jald mukti dilai jaye.

                                        Hi NBPDL,

                                        My consumerID- "[protected]". My electric meter is running fine and No one is coming to take the meter reading at my house and I'm getting average bill payment notification on regular interval. Once i have paid RS 510/- and then again last month i received Average bill amount of RS 667/- so, didn't pay the bill and i called the person who is taking meter reading today and he has generated the bill from the starting of my connection. which shows current reading-11(first reading). And the bill shows new bill amount and the remaning average (which is 667). Which means you are asking me to pay (510+667=1177) extra.
                                        So, i request you to correct the bill and punish your reading taker and improve this process ASAP.
