        This is to inform you that i am observing since two moth my meter no-286943/5-30a is not running. I came to know by the private electrician. It seems that the meter has burnt. I am quiet unable to visit electricity office personally due to gov.
        Job or leave issue. So it is requested to please replace our meter with immediate effect. Otherwise i will have to suffer. I cannot bear any charges for this delay.

          Electric pole fixed on my land (4 to 5 days ago) located in behut (बेहट), jhanjharpur, disstt - madhubani (Bihar), whose detail is as below -

          Undersigned left 6 feet (६ फीट) extra space (240 square feet) i. E. Part of private land (निजी जमीन का हिस्सा) in front of the boundary wall of my land for proper use of that space in future.
          But two number electric poles has been fixed forcibly adjoining my boundary wall.
          It is requested to please remove 2 nos electric poles fixed on the said location.

            Paid that bill on the same day through 'net banking' of hdfc bank. I am
            Submitting a copy of that transiction.
            But on 9th of jan 2020 when i got another electricity bill
            The 'last paid date' was 30th september 2019. This new bill has also included
            Some additional charges as late fine.
            So i request u to look after my payment and provide me
            With proper bill (Without late fine). So that i can pay these bills.
            I have alredy complaint in your office 1 month ago

              Aapke karmchari mr. Mukesh mandal, jo behariganj electricity department me karyarat hai jinhone april 2018 ka meter reading 4069 ki jagah 4969 yani total 992 unit ka khapat dikha diya.
              Mr. Mukesh mandal se kahne par unhone apni mistake accept karte hue galti ko sudharne ki baat kahi. Falswarup reading to sudhar ho gaya lekin atirikt

                Hi NBPDL,

                My consumerID- "[protected]". My electric meter is running fine and No one is coming to take the meter reading at my house and I'm getting average bill payment notification on regular interval. Once i have paid RS 510/- and then again last month i received Average bill amount of RS 667/- so, didn't pay the bill and i called the person who is taking meter reading today and he has generated the bill from the starting of my connection. which shows current reading-11(first reading). And the bill shows new bill amount and the remaning average (which is 667). Which means you are asking me to pay (510+667=1177) extra.
                So, i request you to correct the bill and punish your reading taker and improve this process ASAP.

                  Please remove the arbitrary bill amount of rs.82206 charged against zero unit consumed vide bill no [protected] dated 13.08.2018 of ca no[protected] nbpdcl begusarai. Despite submitting the proof of meter being bypassed and no connection of wire & meter, date of connection is 01.04.2010 falsely entered although no application was given earlier. Several written letter has been sent lastly requested to dissconect was also ignored

                    My parents live in madhepura and have an electricity connection in the name of my mother smt bimla prasad sinha having consumer id[protected]. I am paying bills online as the bills come on my email i. E. [protected]@gmail.com. Last bill was paid on 09.07.2019 and next bill that came on my mail was for (-) 1289. Naturally that could not be paid. Thereafter i have not received any bill. I have an app of yours downloaded in my mobile but every time i open the app this is the only bill, n fresh bills.
                    My parents are senior citizens and they can't go to office to inquire about the position. Sometime back a staff contacted them in house and told them that their connection could be cut as they are not paying bills.
                    As we are not getting bills since august 2019, how can the same be paid? Please do the needful.

The wire is passing near the teris one feet. Any children can touch it because it very well in reach by hand of children. There is other way to route the cable from where there is no house.                         I would like to inform you that my meter is not working for the last 1/2/3 months. There has been no meter reading and you are sending average bills. The meter is not showing the units i think the display is not working but still, i have received the electricity bill i will not pay the electricity bill i request you to resolve the issue change the meter reissue the electricity bill

                        Under the circumstances, i request you to send your men to replace the defect meter at your earliest convenience, so that may be a correct reading of the meter and the correct electric bills are prepared thereof.

                        So, i request you to install a new meter immediately.

                                The power at my home has been disrupted from 1 pm today. It has been restored in other neighbouring houses at about 8 pm today which share the same line. But it is still not restored in my house. Upon contacting the concerned official, no reasonable response was accorded to me and no further actions were taken to restore it till now on the ground of lack of staff etc.

                                However, i am about 80 yrs old citizen and have serious health problems. I have duly paid all my electricity bill in the past. Lack of electricity throws me into a pitiable and utterly helpless position especially in the night hours. Please resolve it immediately if possible.

                                  I beg to state that the reference of our consumer No[protected], with name of Mrs. Ramdulari devi, punjabi clony, samastipur.I am getting a very excess bill that is above of average monthly bill.The bill appears to be inflated as I know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill . Our all previous bills were in between Rs. 400 to 1000. Meter running fast due to wrong connection made by department electrician on dated 08/06/2019 (by new cable connection) In this regard I was send many application (complain dated 16.9.2019/30.9.2019-online complain-[protected]/09.10.2019/13.11.2019-[protected] )to Assistant Electrical Engineer to get solution of above mention problem and amend the wrong bill which are false. But bill are not get correction till today. please take action on my problem soon and give wealthy environment to come out from suctions of electricity Department. This is my last pray to you otherwise I will go to court for sake of Justice.
