I have submitted an application for currection of my bill, but the currection not don as per actual.
My new meeter #1526691, placed dated august 2017, and the average meeter reading is 37 unit in a month, but you can see old meeter average reading is 91 units. Why we pay extra reading charges, while our old meeter is wrong.

So, request to you please re - correct my bill according to new meeter avarage reading.

    It is to mention that on several occasion the live supply wire is touching my boundary grill and electric shock is being felt to the entire house and even the iron grills are melted. While up-gradation the transmission wires were converted into covered wire but the one above my house was temporarily left and was promised to be removed next day but it is still left from last 6 month. On 1st january 2020 also one of the family members has felt the electric shock. The same has been conveyed to the eb officials but still it has not been resolved. Please look into it on urgent basis before any mis-happening.
    Previous complain no.-[protected] (04/01/20), [protected] (07/01/20), [protected] (08/01/20), [protected] (12/01/20), [protected] (13/01/20), [protected] (17/01/20) (Even though its an accidental case, it was resolved in software without solving). It seems local officials are waiting for any fatalities. Its just a reminder that in case of further accident, the whole responsibilities lies to electricity department. Even call center executives are not re-opening the complain and giving different excuses and in response i have to raise a further new complain. It is to mention that as a consumer, my only responsibility is to inform the authorities and any further resolution is under the purview of eb department and it cannot give the excuses of their internal divisions of different sub department. It is to further mention that on 11th january also there was a case of electric shock to a worker. If this is not the portal to resolve these kind of minor maintenance issue then i will go to consumer grievance redressal forum (Cgrf), vidyut bhawan with all the previous complain and details. Its really unfortunate that with all the local support and information the issue is still pending.
    With all uncovered lines converted into covered lines, why few of the small stretch is kept uncovered which is creating so many issues such as short circuit, overloaded phase, electrical shock etc. Just because of that my family (Small kids of age 3 year and 8 year) is in continuous danger and even after informing officials they are taking it as a casual case.

      We are facing low voltage problem since more than a week. Complained many times for Low voltage problem. But the complaint is marked as resolved. But practically Issue is same. The SR i made was[protected] and[protected]. The address where this issue is vill post harnathpur block Raghunathpur dist siwan. Pincode 841504. One thing i want to mention here . When I called to reopen my previous complaint., The person didn't reopen my complaint. He made a new.

      No one is looking in this issue. All sleeping after taking weed. You think, We are not the consumer. Who are us.
      Service wire from pole to meter is connected with iron wire which is breaked due to rust and I am complaining several times but problem is not solved

        Sir/madam
        I m mr. Shatrughan bharti and my consumer no is [protected]. I beg to say that my electricity bill is calculated through average bill i want to know why and ur staff for meter reading don't come at time it's depends upon his mood.in previous month my consumption is so less respect to another month but in only 22 days my electricity bill is more than one thousand.
        So i want to calculate my electricity bill through my meter reading and also check my meter that's working properly or not. And one more request to you please send the authorized person for meter reading at the time with punctuality.

          Employees working on ground/office level take money more than the charges for new connections without issuing receipt. When connection gets started the customer knows that they get meter installed freely and they should have to pay charges in column "other charges" of rs. 950 in installment including in bills. This malpractices done by employees insist the customer to pay more than the double.

            Generating a wrong bill, it's very surprising that i am not using electricity from the last seven months, occasionally i come to my home town (Bihar, jhanjaharpur-godhanpur). What is the meter charges are agreed but generating the wrong bill not acceptable even nobody living at my house and electricity not consuming? Could you please take action as soon as possible.
            While complaint to their site (https://nbpdcl.co.in/(S(qp4rzt0psimoe0pwdjpysqoa))/frmGrievances.aspx). its always sowing invalid ca number. But in the bill, the same ca number is mentioned and every month i am paying the bill with that ca number.

              Sir jab se meter laga hai. Tab se abtak mera meter reading nhi hua h. Or na hi hme energy bill mila h. Mere ghar k meter ka bhi bill aabtak nhi aaya h. Kam se kam 10 bar palasi power house me v junior electric engineer ko bhi hm complaint kiye. But abhi tak reading karne koi nhi aaya.

                I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy bill for domestic power consumed during the last two months. I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy bill for domestic power consumed from the last two months as my family and i live somewhere else and we came there once in 3 months. If you compare it with our bill, you will clearly see the gross mistake your department has made. While in the last bill meter reading were 111 units, but the actual reading is 25 units.

                Do something about that.

                    I want to inform you that your field worker has connected the electric wire with any other pole which was not currently in use, so that this wire has now come right on top of my house which is made in private land. Which has become a threat. Whereas he wanted to install the pole from which the old supply wire was going.

                    You are requested to please direct the concerned officer to wire the pole which was in immediate service so that no future danger arises.

Daily unit nhi utha rha hai. 1 month ya 1.5 month me ek baar he pura utha raha hai or jyada utha raha hai. 1 kw ka meter hai, or mere yaha na ac, cooler, heater ye kuch nhi hai, bs freez hai, fir bhi unit jyada utha rha hai, 100unit, kvi 65 unit uthata hai.. Bahut baar complaint kiya lekin koi help ni ho rha hai.. Plz solve this ploblem as soon as possible..

                              विषय - बिजली बिल (50000.00) रपये की शिकायत के लिए आवेदन

                              मै भितभेरवां वार्ड नंबर -१४ के इलाके का रहने वाला हूँ। मैं आपका ध्यान मेरे घर में अचानक बढे हुए बिल की तरफ आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ। मेरे मीटर का नंबर 25081 है जो की घर के कार्यो के लिए दिया गया है जिसका एरिया रूरल फिटर में आता है लेकिन बिल टाउन एरिया के हिसाब से दिनाक १२. १०.२ ००३ से लेकर ५.६.२ ००९ आ रहा था जिसका मैंने समय - समय पर भुगतान किया। जब यह बात मेरे संज्ञान में आया तो मैंने लिखित में आवेदन दिया की मेरे से जो अधिक पैसा वसूला गया है उसको आने वाला अगले बिल में जोड़ दिया जाये लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ। दिनांक १ ६. ०५ २०१९ को मेरे घर पे अचानक से ५०००० (पच्चास हजार) का बिल आ गया जिसको देख मै और मेरे परिवार सब आष्चर्य चकित रह गये । मुझे प्रतीत होता है की शायद यह बिलिंग विभाग की गड़बड़ी से हुआ है। अतः महोदय मैं साधारण निम्न मध्यवर्गीय परिवार से हूँ जिससे मै यह ५०००० रपये का बिल जमा करने में असमर्थ हूँ।

                              अतः महोदय, आपसे आग्रह है की मेरे बढे हुए बिल व टाउन फिटर का अधिक जमा राशि की जाँच करके वास्तविक बिल भेजने की कृपा करे तथा दोषी कर्मचारियों पर कड़ी कार्याही करे जिससे मेरा जैसा अन्य उपभोक्ता परेशान न हो।

                                  I have to complain that my meter shows incorrect reading from last 2-3 months. I checked it personally by switching of main line of my residence. My consumer no is [protected] name hemlata thakur wo r. N thakur, account no is ramd [protected] and meter no is sm 102579.
                                  You are requested to check and repare or replace it as soon as possible.

                                    I have applied for a connection online and also paid 89 rs for that, and then i receive a temporary ca number which is[protected] but i didnot get any connection related to that, so after waiting for 2 months for the connection i had again applied for the new connection by visiting office and get that.. So now i didnot need the previous applied connection. So kindly remove my temporary ca number from my name. I already submitted application in nbpdcl office dumra sitamarhi before 1 month. But still i am able to see my name in the ca number[protected]. No action has taken in my application from any officer. Kindly look after it.
