Please remove the arbitrary bill amount of rs.82206 charged against zero unit consumed vide bill no [protected] dated 13.08.2018 of ca no[protected] nbpdcl begusarai. Despite submitting the proof of meter being bypassed and no connection of wire & meter, date of connection is 01.04.2010 falsely entered although no application was given earlier. Several written letter has been sent lastly requested to dissconect was also ignored

    My parents live in madhepura and have an electricity connection in the name of my mother smt bimla prasad sinha having consumer id[protected]. I am paying bills online as the bills come on my email i. E. [protected]@gmail.com. Last bill was paid on 09.07.2019 and next bill that came on my mail was for (-) 1289. Naturally that could not be paid. Thereafter i have not received any bill. I have an app of yours downloaded in my mobile but every time i open the app this is the only bill, n fresh bills.
    My parents are senior citizens and they can't go to office to inquire about the position. Sometime back a staff contacted them in house and told them that their connection could be cut as they are not paying bills.
    As we are not getting bills since august 2019, how can the same be paid? Please do the needful.

      Sir i am resident of village balaun maharajgang siwan district. I am constructing 1st floor on my old house. Open electric wire is passing through building which is denserous. The wire is passing near the teris one feet. Any children can touch it because it very well in reach by hand of children. There is other way to route the cable from where there is no house.         Sir/madam,

        I would like to inform you that my meter is not working for the last 1/2/3 months. There has been no meter reading and you are sending average bills. The meter is not showing the units i think the display is not working but still, i have received the electricity bill i will not pay the electricity bill i request you to resolve the issue change the meter reissue the electricity bill

        Under the circumstances, i request you to send your men to replace the defect meter at your earliest convenience, so that may be a correct reading of the meter and the correct electric bills are prepared thereof.

        So, i request you to install a new meter immediately.

            Sir, we are facing a serious low voltage problem for the last one week. Some minutes of good output is repeated by long hours of low voltages with fluctuations which is badly affecting our day to day life and damage of electric items..                 The power at my home has been disrupted from 1 pm today. It has been restored in other neighbouring houses at about 8 pm today which share the same line. But it is still not restored in my house. Upon contacting the concerned official, no reasonable response was accorded to me and no further actions were taken to restore it till now on the ground of lack of staff etc.

                However, i am about 80 yrs old citizen and have serious health problems. I have duly paid all my electricity bill in the past. Lack of electricity throws me into a pitiable and utterly helpless position especially in the night hours. Please resolve it immediately if possible.

                  I beg to state that the reference of our consumer No[protected], with name of Mrs. Ramdulari devi, punjabi clony, samastipur.I am getting a very excess bill that is above of average monthly bill.The bill appears to be inflated as I know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill . Our all previous bills were in between Rs. 400 to 1000. Meter running fast due to wrong connection made by department electrician on dated 08/06/2019 (by new cable connection) In this regard I was send many application (complain dated 16.9.2019/30.9.2019-online complain-[protected]/09.10.2019/13.11.2019-[protected] )to Assistant Electrical Engineer to get solution of above mention problem and amend the wrong bill which are false. But bill are not get correction till today. please take action on my problem soon and give wealthy environment to come out from suctions of electricity Department. This is my last pray to you otherwise I will go to court for sake of Justice.

                    3-in bill no-[protected] (272.00 same charge added)
                    4-in bill no-[protected] (16136.52 extra charges) added in bill???
                    5-in bill no-[protected] (32828.00 extra charges) added on bill???
                    6-in bill no-[protected] (32828 and 333.33) extra charge and excess demand charge added in bill???
                    7-in bill no-[protected] (384.00) excess demand charge added in bill.
                    Now you are requested to solve these serious issues as soon as possible

                      I have submitted an application for currection of my bill, but the currection not don as per actual.
                      My new meeter #1526691, placed dated august 2017, and the average meeter reading is 37 unit in a month, but you can see old meeter average reading is 91 units. Why we pay extra reading charges, while our old meeter is wrong.

                      So, request to you please re - correct my bill according to new meeter avarage reading.

                        It is to mention that on several occasion the live supply wire is touching my boundary grill and electric shock is being felt to the entire house and even the iron grills are melted. While up-gradation the transmission wires were converted into covered wire but the one above my house was temporarily left and was promised to be removed next day but it is still left from last 6 month. On 1st january 2020 also one of the family members has felt the electric shock. The same has been conveyed to the eb officials but still it has not been resolved. Please look into it on urgent basis before any mis-happening.
                        Previous complain no.-[protected] (04/01/20), [protected] (07/01/20), [protected] (08/01/20), [protected] (12/01/20), [protected] (13/01/20), [protected] (17/01/20) (Even though its an accidental case, it was resolved in software without solving). It seems local officials are waiting for any fatalities. Its just a reminder that in case of further accident, the whole responsibilities lies to electricity department. Even call center executives are not re-opening the complain and giving different excuses and in response i have to raise a further new complain. It is to mention that as a consumer, my only responsibility is to inform the authorities and any further resolution is under the purview of eb department and it cannot give the excuses of their internal divisions of different sub department. It is to further mention that on 11th january also there was a case of electric shock to a worker. If this is not the portal to resolve these kind of minor maintenance issue then i will go to consumer grievance redressal forum (Cgrf), vidyut bhawan with all the previous complain and details. Its really unfortunate that with all the local support and information the issue is still pending.
                        With all uncovered lines converted into covered lines, why few of the small stretch is kept uncovered which is creating so many issues such as short circuit, overloaded phase, electrical shock etc. Just because of that my family (Small kids of age 3 year and 8 year) is in continuous danger and even after informing officials they are taking it as a casual case.

One thing i want to mention here . When I called to reopen my previous complaint., The person didn't reopen my complaint. He made a new.

                          Service wire from pole to meter is connected with iron wire which is breaked due to rust and I am complaining several times but problem is not solved

I beg to say that my electricity bill is calculated through average bill i want to know why and ur staff for meter reading don't come at time it's depends upon his mood.in previous month my consumption is so less respect to another month but in only 22 days my electricity bill is more than one thousand.
                            So i want to calculate my electricity bill through my meter reading and also check my meter that's working properly or not. And one more request to you please send the authorized person for meter reading at the time with punctuality.

                              Employees working on ground/office level take money more than the charges for new connections without issuing receipt. When connection gets started the customer knows that they get meter installed freely and they should have to pay charges in column "other charges" of rs. 950 in installment including in bills. This malpractices done by employees insist the customer to pay more than the double.

                                Generating a wrong bill, it's very surprising that i am not using electricity from the last seven months, occasionally i come to my home town (Bihar, jhanjaharpur-godhanpur). What is the meter charges are agreed but generating the wrong bill not acceptable even nobody living at my house and electricity not consuming? Could you please take action as soon as possible.
                                While complaint to their site (https://nbpdcl.co.in/(S(qp4rzt0psimoe0pwdjpysqoa))/frmGrievances.aspx). its always sowing invalid ca number. But in the bill, the same ca number is mentioned and every month i am paying the bill with that ca number.

                                    I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy bill for domestic power consumed during the last two months. I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy bill for domestic power consumed from the last two months as my family and i live somewhere else and we came there once in 3 months. If you compare it with our bill, you will clearly see the gross mistake your department has made. While in the last bill meter reading were 111 units, but the actual reading is 25 units.

                                    Do something about that.

                                        Wire connected with incorrect pole (Need to use current running pole)

                                        Rectification required immediately to avoid any future threat

                                        Dear sir

                                        I want to inform you that your field worker has connected the electric wire with any other pole which was not currently in use, so that this wire has now come right on top of my house which is made in private land. Which has become a threat. Whereas he wanted to install the pole from which the old supply wire was going.

                                        You are requested to please direct the concerned officer to wire the pole which was in immediate service so that no future danger arises.

                                        Would be very pleased
