Respected sir,

I am baijnath pradhan, i have a small mobile recharge voucher and cold drinks shop in gillation bazar madhubani, my shop is made up of ply wood and albester roof.

I had taken electricity connection on 23rd september 2015, but he didn't get any electricity bill up to august 2018.

In august 2018, one person comes to check reading and gives bill of approximately 55, 000 rupees, and also disconnected electricity.
I really shocked to see such a huge amount of electricity bill, as my shop electricity consumption is very low.

After that, i had checked bill details online and seen there is extreme variation in last eleven months readings,

I make a complain against wrong reading and incorrect billing amount.

I went electricity office so many times to complaint regarding "incorrect bill amount" and "wrong reading",
And approximately eleven months passed but failed to get any solution.

Sir, in such hot weather, i am facing too much problem without electricity.

I have also tried to register complaint on nbpdcl website complaint section but its always denies or failed due to some technical reason.

I have also attached electricity bill copy for your reference.

Sir, i kindly request you to please co-operate and look into the matter.

Please review the bill generated for the due month because it has extra amount added which is very unusual considering the fact that we have consumed extra power. It is same as consumed in previous months, but bill is having heavy money.

Please correct and re-generate bill .

    Sir i am a normal consumer in muzaffarpur. My merry reading is very high that causes excess electricity bill. I don't use much electricity but it shows very excess. So please resolve this problem. I am anayalising it for more than 3 months, but it doesn't resolved till now.

        I have a electric connection with nbpdcl in name of amar bakery having consumer id.[protected]. Having personal transformer.. But 11kva phase not reach proper several times. Due to my motor burnt. Here is inadequate power supply. And power flactuation is much more at least 3 to 4 times in a hour. For last 2 months i felt that in rainy days there is a power cut for 24 hours to 48 hours. Due to lack of power our factory expenses increased 300% due to use of generator set. And we had to stop our production due to non supply of electricity. The electricity supply is better in period when essel vidyut vitaran company operates. At current in nbpdcl electricity supply get worst.

          People not getting electricity properly. Electric bord not listen anything
          Sir, i'm from jhapha minapur bihar. The people of jhapha not getting the light properly.. If we complaint about it then bijli bord creating a new issue.. Ex power holding or wire break.. Any worker of bijli bord not listen the complaints of people.. It's a day of summer, how people survive in this season without fan or other things?? Please take the action as soon as possible.

Irregular supply of electricity with very low voltage. But you will charge full for this.                 Sir there is electric shortage supply from chakia branch. They never provide electric current during day or night. Whenever region asked about power cut they start giving silly reason like there is transformer problem or wire has tone or work is going on. If we go see the site according to them where problem was there, you won't find any person who is working there. They only fool to the people. I don't understand why the government is not taking any action to such an irresponsible people who is not doing there work properly. Where the government on the other hand promise to the people to provide electricity 24*7. I think it's high time to take action to such against such person who is not devoted to there work. At last i would like to draw ur attention towards other sub division like kalyanpur and piprakothi they are providing electric current minimum 15 of hrs but chakia sub division is worst in respect to electric supply. Pls look into the matter sir.

                Unauthorized disconnection of power supply.
                As the dues amount is only about 4000 rupes and system generated bill has given time of 15 day and even after promising to same day the electrician from your end has disconnected the power supply from pole .
                Since yesterday many times he has been called to resume the connection and collect the dues amount but he has not come for the same yet.

                  I would like to inform you that a electric pole and wire at paiga bazar area in such a bad condition that it could fall any day/time and cause a major accidents. There is electricity in the pole and wire. It might fall any day and can cause death of people. Who is going to the responsibility of the death if ever happens due to falling of the pole and wire. So please change the pole and wire because dangerous condition of electric pole and wire can cause accident anytime... Thanks.

                          I have applied for electricity connection in my house with name of Rambhu Bhagat, at Raghunathpur, Motihari Bihar and I have got my consumer No[protected] through message on my registered no [protected]. My house provided with electricity meter however connection has not yet been done. I am unable to register with the said consumer no. I am a combatant member of Indian Air Force and presently posted to panjab boarder. I could not come every time to the office of NBPDC. So please provide electricity connection to my house. thanks.

                              I am a domestic consumer[protected] of nbpdcl. Two-thirds months ago there is a new transformer installed and charged behind my home. Poles are fixed too. But work of wiring and supply haven't been started yet. At present the transformer by which we are getting power is overloaded and very far from my home. Every second third day i am facingproblem in this transformer and power cuts for whole day and whole night.

                                  I md asim residency of sidhauli village and a consumer of nbpdcl. Since from the month of oct 2018, my electricity bill is coming on the average permise lock basis. Why is it so?
                                  I paid the bill amount 506 rs for month of october receipt no (Nbpd[protected]). But in the month of february when i check my bill on your site it shows 2111 rs for average unit 18 bill no was ([protected])....

                                  I would like to inform you that a electricity pole near my house is in such a bad condition that it could fall any day and cause a major accident. I have made several complaints to the barauli electricity dept but they are not listening. There is electricity in the pole and it might fall any day and can cause death of people. Who is going to toe the responsibility of the deaths if ever happens due to falling of the pole. For last 6 months i have made several complaints but the electricity dept have turned deaf ear.                                     Since last two months, my electricity
                                    Bill is coming on the average premise lock basis. Why is it so?
                                    Meter reader also not visited my house last two months. I thought the bill is not adequate and proper. Also i had paid the bill. But the access amount must be refunded back to my account.
