Dear sir

I already complained about our wrong meter reading and exceeding amount of electricity bill for the months of 3 may. The officers came and investigate this matter and they foung wrong meter reading. They promise me that they will revise the bill with currect meter reading
As per his reading, the meter reading was 156 units as of 15 may 2019.
Just now i check my electric bill which not corrected and meter reading wrong too. Now current meter reading is 156 units instead of 156 units.

Therefore kindly request you to improve your service y billing system, assign professional and educated bill reader. Please correct my bill and revise it. Please find below information

      Sir,
      I have not got my electricity bill yet. It has been 4 years after connection.
      I have visited many times electric department of my area for bill generation.
      Each time they asked me to write an application. I have given them application many times. But inspite of this they are not responding.
      Once they asked me to bring a short video of your meter. I have shown them video and they said that your application will be sent to patna. Each time they excuse with the same reason in a very harsh voice.
      Please fix my issue.

                          My neighbour vinod kumar singhania s/o late badri prasad and rupa singhania w/o late lal bahadur singhania r/o behind bharat jalpan hotel ward no. 20 lal bazar bettiah west champagne 845438 are using electricity without any proper connection or using ac directly from the main connection with the help of some electricity board staff. They have also not taken commercial electricity connection and running a shop with household connection. As a sincere civilian i let you know about all these wrong doing. Rest is on your part.

                                      This is to inform that, we are live at village. I have received bill of 1339 rs. However is it possible. On monthly average exceed 400 rs. It is very high charge for last three month (Jan-feb-march 19). Please check in your side. I think reading mentioned on 400 unit. It is unbelievable value.

                                        Address: Village Bhatwaliya Post Khabasi District Saran Bihar 841443, Saran, Bihar, 841443

                                        Sir, there was wire (11000v) breaking happened at about 1100 hrs at village namely bhatwaliya near baniyapur. It is necessary to mention the said wire is passing through the dense population area of the village. So it is a threat to the people over there. It is requested that the wire is to changed into the secure cable or the route is to be shifted to remote areas.
                                        Power supply may be disconnected since any bad incident can happen at any time.

                                        Sir every time this message has been conveyed to distribution company but they have done nothing except assurance. Customer care number is not responding. When calling 1912 waiting message can be heard through ivrm but there is no response. Please convey this message to change the naked 11000 v cable in dense population area.
