I am bpl connection consumer only 3 bill receiving in my house in 7 year without light disconnect without any information
I was given this fir without any notice from the power office. I came to know from the station that this fir was lodged. If i went to the office, i would tell you that the lights were cut off when no light was cut and then we after saying this, the light has trusted, then they said that on the basis that you have been fir, my electricity bill was coming wrong and my villages have owed more than me, their lights never cut them and i ray has direct fir kerr no information without yoour jee sir talk with the street does not have manners in which they speak

In my villages, i have owed more than my bills till now till no such light has been cut and my lineman who has this gives me money by giving money to burn theft

    Sir
    My last electricity meter reading was 1001 on dated 13.01.19 and for that period i have submitted all bill vide receipt no. Nbpt[protected] on dated 31.01.2019.

    A fresh bill received to me on dated 25.03.19 in which meeter reading is again 1001 but consumption shown 95 unit and accordingly my bill amount is 384. While there is not difference of meter reading. Actually no one has residing at my home during this period. It is not first time where concern department has produced fake bill for harassment of consumers. This department always harass true consumers by producing unfair bill.

    Please take legal action against the department.

      We are using only one 15 watt bulb in our house. Last month we have paid rs. 777/- & current month bill of rs. 735 is received today.
      Your new electric meter was installed in month of december 2018.
      We are feeling uncomfortable electricity bill without meter reading ending/starting consumed unit.

      Request you to rectify the faulty meter & correct the bill.

        I want to tell you sir. My complaint is against the nbpdcl staff. There is a electricity pole in front of my house ward no.-02, mal godam road - 851204. Pole is just at distance of 2feet from our house's outer wall and this place electric wires touched to my windows.
        As i request you to please shift electric pole which is very near to my house and its very harmful to family persons.

        I am paying every month bill on an average of Rs 110.March-2019 Rs 654 but in Apr.2019 suddenly I got a bill amount of 927 for current month. Please do the needful and correct my bill ASAP because I don't want to pay fine on payment.

            Sir, i am a new consumer. I take connection 01/01/2019. I have proper receipt but no meter. Staff said that there is no any one meter in that time. You use electric and we attached meter when available. My consumer a/c no is temp [protected]. Receipt no-0099647 nb-cmb-gog[protected]n0009. But some day ago some officer come and disconnect my electric because my brother, who taken electric in my father's name, is not paid electricity bill. Sir, i fully diconect my brother and divide all property's. So this is out of indian rule that's he not paid bill and disconnect my connection.

              My home is closed from several months and I was getting a bill of roughly around 106-108 rupee per month and the unit of consumption used to be around 10-14 unit per month as few light bulbs may be on. But this time I saw a bill worth 407 and the unit of consumption around 72 which is not possible as the house is closed and no one is there.
              So I request you to verify the bill once and correct it.

                Mai ghar par pichale kuch dino se nahi rahta hu. Iske wabjud mera bijli bill bahut adhik aa raha hai. Mera bijli bill ko sansodhan karne ki kripa ki jai taki samay par apna bill chukta kar saku.

                I have to say that consumer no [protected]is not getting power supply from the pole. In spite of several visits no heed was paid. Even tried to contact on 1912 but not picked up. Please ensure the power supply immediately as a lot of problems is being faced.
                I am a resident of Phulwariya Block .Gopalganj District. Our village does not have electricity at all. Many times after complaining, people are still unable to solve the problem.

                    Sir, i beg you to complaint about the meter defective problems and also the wrong bills of three months jan, feb and march 2019, which is increasing day by day. My monthly bill should come around rs 600 but they have generated the wrong bills of three months. Written complaint was also given to the concern electricity office about the meter defective problem and wrong bills but the problem of not solved and not given any response till now. So i request you to please solve my meter defective problems and improvement of my previous wrong bills, so that we can pay the genuine bills on time. My consumer i'd[protected].                     Problem not solved till now .Concerned electricity Office has ignored the problem. I have also paid the fees of meter testing whose Receipt No is -945266. My wrong bill is increasing day by day . S.D.O of Electricity office and staff are involved in the Electricity corruption .

                    We rarely lives in village but then also bill is generated at large amount . In the month of April 2019 we are not in the house and everything was switched off but then also they have generated the amount of around Rs 1000 rupess . They are doing the electricity corruption with us as well as government too .
                    Sir want know.is electric bill take advance from NBPDCL? . Beques recently I paid my bill .and than send bill again from NBPDCL.plz I waiting your answer.thank you..

                        Many complaints to consumer id [protected] for north bihar power distribution company ltd from three months. It is connection to my father’s sri babu lal mahato but he is living only one not live any others person. There is not use access bulb from last three months. Please verify consumption history september, november, december and february 2019 which is wrongly reading from outsource agency. There is very corruption from private agency whiteout trained and verify send average access billing amount to display billing. I have done many complaints to this matter but no action. My billing amount due date after payment of january 2019 1165/ but latest without proper reading february 2019 sending billing amount 1527. I am very sad that there is no hearing my consider application. I have done rti and written file to transaction billing related indian audit department for review and audited. Outsource agency told we are sending access billing for high commissioning. Please i request you to kindly verify this matter urgently.

                              Sir, i have taken connection of electricity before more than 06 months ago, but still i am not receiving my electricity bill yet. I also not given my consumer number yet, so i can't find my bill online also. I met many times the local employee of electricity board and they always assured me that my bill will be come from next month. But there is no action have been taken and still i am waiting for that. It is hurtly requested to look into my matter and kindly resolve it at earliest, so that i will be able to pay electricity bill on time.

                                  After continuous foll up my electric bill issue still not solved. My monthly consumption of electric is 12 to 15 unit. I am a common people, room having no plaster and only five cfl bulb in use for lighting. After getting electric bill i got shocked consumption shown 2225 unit from 01.10.2018 to 08.01.2019 which is not possible. For details electric bill attached and video pls solve the issue as soon as possible and correct the electric bill on the basis of what meter reading taken from 08.01.2019 to 02.02.2019.

                                      In my home a new elecric meter was installed on 1st sep 2017. I have got my first bill in jan 2019. The bill amount is 70000 rs and the company want me to pay this amount once otherwise they will disconnect our connection.in this period of 15 month i have not received any bill or bill related message. Whenever i asked for bill they told me that the new meter is not registered in their system thatswhy i m not receiving bill. I m not a so rich person that i can pay the bill once.in between the conduct of the staff and officers is so unhuman. They just behave like enfo rcers. Causing me and my family mental harassment. I need atleast 2 montths time to pay.

                                        Against the above details please note that we are not using any ac, frezze or any other electrical luxury item. How this much bill is getting generated.
                                        All our effort to reach the correct authority to resolve the issue has gone waste. Most of the time officer is not avilable. Even if avilable don't try to understand the problem or pass to its superior for correction.

                                        Yesterday (28/02/19) technician n other person of electric department said today (01/03/19) complete all as incomplete work...
                                        Now today saying wire in not sufficient in office...
                                        What the issue?
