    Hi sir,

    I want to bring your concern towards my incorrect billing. Each month my maximum bill is around 800-900. But this month my bill was 2130 which is incorrect according to my load of equipment.

    No one came to see my meter at my home. This incorrect billing is due to laziness of your employee.

    So, i would like you to correct my bill regarding ca number[protected].

      My bill amount of july is 6.19 lakh. The actual unit consumed is 123 but in the bill generated its shown as 81100. I have a domeatic supply and bill of such huge amount is impossible.

      I have made a complaint already to jee via complaint number[protected] but no action has been taken yet.

      Kindly rectify your mistake and solve my problem at the earliest

        अतः आप से निवेदन है कि मेरी माँ श्रीमती उषा देवी की 11000वाट का बिजली के तार गिरने से अचेतावस्था में थी तो उनकी पोती उन्हें हटाने गई तो वो भी current के चपेट में आ गई वो दोनों की अभी ईलाज chal रहा है। था इसी गांव के एक व्यक्ति कुशेश्वर राय (पिता स्व धनेटर राय)के ऊपर तार गिरने से तत्काल मौत हो गई फिर भी हम ग्रामवासी बिजली विभाग से अनुरोध करते है कि मेरे गांव में 11000 वाट के बिजली की जरूरत नही हैं गाँव जहाँ से शुरू हुआ है वहीं तक रहने दिया जाए तथा गाँव मे 440 वाट का covering wire लगाया जाए ये घटना दिनांक13.06.18 शाम 8:20बजे घटित हुई है जो पेपर में भी आया है लेकिन बिजली विभाग से कोई भी अधिकारी सज्ञान लेने तक नहीं आया।बिजली अधिकारी महोदय से निवेदन करते है कि 11000 वाट की विधुत तार को गांव से हटा दिया जाए ये हम ग्रामीण से निवेदन है सभी ग्रामवासी डरे हुए हैं अतः आप इस पर संज्ञान ले और इससे ग्रामवासियों को छुटकारा दिलाए। contact नंबर [protected]

          With ref to above cited subject from last few months i am facing the problem regarding excess bill amount raised by you, in this regard i would like to bring your kind notice the followings are the details:
          (1) in the month of may 2017, you have raised an excess amount of rs 13840/- however, it has been paid by me, but till date you did not reimburse the excess amount which has paid by me,
          (2) in the month of june 2018 you have again raised an amount of rs 37009, which is not acceptable by me.
          Sir, i am having house hold connection and this type of excess billing raised by you is not correct.

            I want to electricity connection by it is difficult that i m only 300 mitre so from pol... And i want immediately connection...
            I want to our nearest power house... And it's officer jee and sdo also energy house gopalganj distric but all are nutral for this work and... A heavy demand for this arrangement.
            Sir, we are belongs to rural area and i have a home as used for residency but due to profession for bread and butter a shope are running by me at our house...
            Also i want to take commercial connection but the extravagant for pol and connection is not possible for me...
            Behalf of pm saubhagya yojna... I went to camp bt no any chance for my connection..
            When our cm nitish kumar announced that a connection are going on every house that this is also my house without connection and light??

              Good morning sir
              I am consumer of nbpdcl div dalsigsarai sub division mohiuddinagar section patory my concern is that rong reading units and too much higher bill my current units are 1668 but company shows 3633 units and bill charges 30000 approx. And my current bill details from 14/10/14 to 30/5/2018till, units 1668 bill 30000, and i live in rural area but paper shows urban area charges, i went to all departments but results are nothing, during this investigation my 2000 spent. Due date 14 10. 18 so please help me sir.

                I would like to inform you that i am a user of nbpdc just rescived a bill from electricity department bill amount is 2800 approx i am bpl user and also mitter not installed in my house but on the bill there is mentioned bill number, i am very confuse what is the paramiter of charging the amount in such cases if mitter not installed.                         My electricity have obstructed from pole since 10/04/2018. You know its a summer season and there are to many problems related to electricity like study, light, fan, etc. I have also complain to customer service and they provided me jay number but that number is getting off. My all wiring is proper but whenever electricity Obstructed which means problem with electricity pole.

                          Regarding: electricity bill generated too high without reading meter
                          Dear sir,
                          I would like to inform you that i am a consumer of your power supply company & bill paid on 4-5-2017 – nb-ad791025 up to may – 2017.
                          Further, we have small family & our previous bills average 45 to 73 maximum unit during one year (Nov – 2016 to sep 2017).
                          Now, i got a real shock when i saw the bills are too high for the months of october-2017 – 1818 units, november-2017 – 387 units & similar high every month till now, because nbpdcl generated electricity bill without reading my meter, which are totally unreasonable & unacceptable. Please note that similar too high electricity bill received by our neighbors & almost complete village due to same reason.
                          Therefore, this is my kind request to you to check my problem & reissue me the rectified electricity bill after reading the meter. So, i can make the bill payment without delay.

                          Your immediate action will be highly appreciated.

                            Sir,
                            -your dept has sent me dec 2017-january 2018 reading of 1613 unit while normally unit consumption in my home was b/w 400-500unit/month
                            -i have complaint regarding reading error of meter and requested dept to make correction.
                            -department has assured me that we r working on it on the basis o[censored]r complaint whose patrank no. Is 132 date : 01/02/2018 after 10 days of hard effort.
                            -they told me that it will take 10 days to address the problem and after 10 days when i visited dept they told me it will take further 10 days and lastly after multiple time of 10 day interval visit on 20/04/2018 they issued the judgement on their own conscience w/o verification of meter that as meter is giving correct reading now so their was no any jump in meter reading.
                            -surely i have raised objection on his conscience then they r telling me the procedure that 1st consumer have to take a coupon of rs-590 to verify the meter
                            - again i have taken the coupon by paying 590 rupees on 21/04/2018 and department assured me that within a week ur new bill will released after lab testing of meter.
                            -a week has passed, no one visited to test the meter but surely they sent new bill of amount 14336 with warning of power supply cut.
                            I am attaching the relevant documents kindly see the issues on urgent basis. And plz think about people of state too. Kindly develop easy mechanism to address such kind of problems for at least those who are even unable to address their concern in front of you. Kindly nab the corrupt officials and plz don't waste the time of people unnecessarily in such kind of irrelevent issues. Their time can make something good for state's economy.

                                I have paid my north bihar power distribution electricity bill at canara bank, eventually i had received electricity bill seven months ago and surprised to see none of the amount is paid, the current bill amount is summed with previous month amount, as arrears. When i visited to my nearest canara bank branch to update my pass book, there is printed a transaction of 2, 000 rupees with no. 89838127. Inspite of numerous complaints over phone on helpline number 1912 but no action has been taken. Kindly help to resolve the issue asap. The details are given below for your reference.

                                  Please be informed that, we are a regular customer of your esteemed company and living in a rural area village Pakari. From August 2016 we did not receive Energy Bill to do payment on monthly basis. The Old consumer Id has changed to new Id and we did not receive any notice for such change. The Existing Mobile number is also not belongs to me so we are unable to get any notification in the form of message/Sms. Fortunately, I realize why we are not receiving our Bill and visit NBPDCL site. Once I visit NBPDCL website for making payment but unfortunately there is some error in site to unable to support google chrome and could not make payment through online.

                                  Our day to day activity we are totally depend on agriculture where limited income to run our 06 members family including old age father and Mother. The amount of Bill to Rupees 6405/-( Six Thousand four hundred five only). This is such a huge amount including interest on principle amount is a financial burden on our family.

                                  Request you to please look into this to waive off this amount as we are not guilty for this fault. In addition to the above please correct request details in your system to avoid any further delay in future.

                                    Sir,
                                    I am from vill-bishanpur, po-basaha, ps-pipra, dist-supaul, bihar-852131. Problem in supply of electricity in whole village is since one year. The complaint has been repetedly made to line main, je and sde of bseb (North bihar electricity board). But nothing has been done by the said officers.
                                    So please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      An electric pole is dangerously fixed very near to the wall of my house just recently, in my absence by private company east india. We put a complain to the authorised govt. Official j. E. (Chandan kumar), one month back. They gave assurance, but no action is taken place yet. Now the private body is misbehaving. This is very serious for my family.
                                      I request to plz get it removed.

                                      An electric pole is dangerously fixed very near to the wall of my house just recently, in my absence by private company East Although rules of Northern Power grid & Indian Electricity Rules, 1956, No. 77 clearly specifies that there must be atleast 3 feet building clearance of overhead wire. We put a complaint to the authorised govt. official J.E. (Chandan Kumar), one month back. They gave assurance, but No action is taken place yet. Now the private body is misbehaving. This is very serious for my family.
                                      I request to plz get it removed.
