To The Sub-Divisional Officer Sub-Division Name Subject: Low Voltage and Irregularity in the Supply of Electricity. Sir, We, the following consumers of electricity belonging to the Village Shahpur Dahibhat Madhopur purbi, Madhubani, beg to inform you that there is frequent failure of electricity for hours together in our Village. We have been complaining it since a year but there is no result. It fails regularly in the evening hour. If at all it is supplied late at night, low voltage does not permit our fans to operate. It puts us into great difficulties. The children who are going to face their examination the next week are the first victims. Due to low voltage, rice mills are not able to function, it also causes troubles for the all. We, therefore, request you to kindly take early steps to check this problem. [Mar 27, 2015] North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Low voltage due to low power transformer and consumer is more than the capicity of transformer. 63 kva transforer (12 years old) and consumer more than hundred. Transformer may be replaced with more power transformer to overcome this problem.

    My Consumer Id is FAAB0009. i have paid bill, the amount is already debbited from my account but it shows that i have not paid the bill. i didn't got the payment receipt. Please help regarding this.

      I Mr Baban Singh am customer of your company my customer no is 1762/SW47529. I have taken energy connection since 02 Feb 2009 for 1KW. According to that area, minimum 40 Unit is permissable for Use and Rs 200 generate Per month. Up to Jan 2015 there are 72 Month X 40 Units = 2880 unit Min should be use and I have use 1924 Unit till date. But in that period I have deposit much more amont against that bill. I have given written complaint to Sahayak vidyut abhiyanta, B R Awar pramandal Maharajganj on 28 Jul 2012 But not yet get any response. In view of above you are requested to please investigate the same and do the Needful.         Dear Sir,

        This is bring to your kind notice that since july 14, i am getting too much of high amount of billl for my residence .

        I had already given a written complaint to the S.D.O. (Darbhanga Division) in the month of November 2014 and hence paid Rs. 100/- for the correction of charges of bills and old meter.

        He promised me that within a week time someone will visit to my residence and check the meter and replace it with new meter and even he will go through my bills & rectify the wrong amount and adjust it. But till now noone had visited my residence and solve my electricity problems.

        Therefore, you are being requested to kindly look into the matter and solve my issue at an earliest.

              महाशय, मै शशि कुमार उपभोगता संख्या -२२५३५, जिला - अररिया, दिनांक ४/२०१३ को मीटर इनस्टॉल बिजली बिभाग के द्वारा किया गया । उसके बाद मै प्रति माह बिजली ऑफिस के अधिकारी को मेरे नए कनेक्शन के बिल के लिए पूछता लेकिन वो यह कहकर टाल देते की अगa ले माह तक बिल आएगा । इसी तरह से एक साल बीत गया और आज दिनांक १९/११/२०१४ को मुझे १८३७७/- रुपये का बिल आया है । १८३७७ रुपया मेरी महीने की आमदनी नहीं है मै इस बिल का भुगतान कैसे करू, मैं मानसिक रूप से इस बिल के कारन बहुत परेसान हूँ कृपया मेरी समस्या का निराकरण करें । धन्यवाद
