Sir mera consumer no :- st307822 hai. Sir mai 19 march 2015 ko nds 1 ka connection liya but after some month mera bill nds 2 ka bill aya. Abhi tak ka reading only 827 hai but bill 14981 ka aya hai. 05 october 2017 ko office ka clerck aya aur connection ko disconnect kar diya. Mane je ke pas verbally complain kiya tha to bola gaya ki sudhar ho jayega. Abhi tak problem same to same hai.

So please kindely help me...

    Meter number show in my bill is 869809 but still meter not install in my home.

    I dont know how your company charge without meter i only use 3 cfl & 1 fan.
    I requested to you please look the matter & resolve my issue.

    Sir, I am trying to pay my electricity bill online but everytime I am giving my consumer id it says that consumer id is wrong. But I am copying the same consumer ID that is printed in the bill. I havr tried many times but in vain.

      Complain for meter

      As per my complain No. [protected], dt. 15 Sept., 2017. meter was not installed. & When I check the status online it shows that it was resolved so, on dt. 22 Sep., 2017 I have reopened the case, but still my problem is not solved & again on dt. 28 Sept., 2017 the status shows that it is solved & same happened on 03 Sept., 2017.
      My problem still exists.

        Hii. Sir.., mai apna electric connection 13-8 2013 me liya tha uss time electricity government under me tha but jab private me convert hua to mere name se ek aur consumer no issue ho gya. And kabhi hamre purne wale consumer no se bill nikalta hai kabhi new consumer no se. Maine bhut try kiya ki ek ko band karwa du but kabhi band kar dete hai sab fir kabhi start... Jiske wajh se hame problem face karni hoti hai.. Plz sir help me.. And slove my problem.

          I paid whole bill upto february 2016 on29/03/2016 by receipt no. Nbu730820 but it adjusted in june 2017 and fine has not adjusted. So why shall i pay fine.

              This is to inform you that, i am a very poor person and my husband is died on 14.02.2017 and i have no any income,
              After that i received one electric bill of rs.22742/- bill month july 2017-aug 2017. I don, t know how can this amount is due, then i visit benipatti office and take a printout of the bill and find that my name is wrong in the bill and meter number is not mentioned, then i ask your person to check, then he told me please consult your area je for updation of meter number, after that i visit to je and taken a receipt for updation of meter number, & submit that receipt in benipatti office with perfect id proof for correction of my name also.
              I also complain online for give me discount in bill for pay my outstandings, but sir discount of rs.6163/- has given by him, but i am not able to pay 16352/- balance of hudge amount.

              Sir, at present i am very bad situation & i have no side income except agriculture productions.
              So you are requested to kindly rebate me at least 50% to 75% in the bill and update my meter number i. E 200367 and my correct name is bijul devi

              Please sir kindly do the needful in my favour & reply me all updation.

                  I am chandra ram, i am consumer of nbpdcl and my customer id mon7922446 and sub-division is mohiuddin nagar, my problem is our area payment collection agent is totally fraud he always collect payment to customer end but not submitted to electricity board and every month electricity bill is generating with due penalty, so who is responsible for this issues. Last bill i was pay by online mode it was is submitted, but june month bill was paying rs.1000 by collection agent it is still showing due no any payment in june month, so who is responsible for that.. So i request to you please resolve my payment issue and take the strict action for collection agent. For you reference i attached june month pay receipt snap.

                    Consumer id: sw195086, every month my bill is coming 13, 000 to 10, 000 which is wrong as per consumption. Despite several complains bill has been not rectified as per meter reading. Since i took connection from that onwards my bill is not as per my monthly consumption. Several times your people came and took meter reading and they said it will be corrected from next bill but unfortunately nothing happend

                      Area opposite to head post office, madhubani is deprived from electricity since last night 11pm. People are suffering for 24 hours. No water to house hold and not even to drink or for bathroom and toilet and kitchen. Nrarby area are availing electric supply. If there is problem in transformer then it should be rectified immediately

I had complain it many times to sdo chakia and je madhuban but no response has been taken yet always said it is under process.

                          Sir our family is poor and we are having two cell fan and two bulb and one tv.in the starting we are getting rs 200/monthly around and paid in next two month.
                          Later we got suddenly rs 5, 000 bill then next moth 8, 000 then next 10, 000 then increased to 25, 000 and we complained regularly but no listening from nbpdcl. Later after so many complaints they reduced it to 10, 000

                            There is an unusual increment in my electricity bill for the month march, april and may. Bill id[protected]. Till the month of february bill used to come around 200 to 400. But for march, april and may it is[protected] per month. Bill id :[protected]. I have also submitted a written complaint on 4/7/2017,
                            Complaint no : 1116 but not getting any update on the same. My consumer no. Is sw106198.

                              Customer id-hz28289 (Hajipur urban), account number - sd0115, whenever i pay through airtel money they asking consumer number for urban there is consumer id[protected] on bill can i proceed payment through consumer id or consumer number are different from this. One of other options for rural customers with con id - hz28289 but shows [protected] invalid mobile number you mentioned regarding this con id on airtel money. As i know there is no rural area for hajipur feeder connected people.

                              Don't believe on this fraud website consumercompaints.in, don't share any details of your Airtel money, paytm, mobikwik etc wallet even not share mobile number with them of own. Best way to go with authentic website. Awareness is precautions of your hard money.

                                      I birendra kumar jha consumer no [protected] from basudevpur darbhanga regularly pays my bill on time.in feb 2017 i paid rs 2450/ at ubgb branch chahuta madhubani on 23rd february. Still it is not updated in system. For this i visited the office of board two times and contacted mr pandit and submitted complaints in written. Contacted him on his what's app no. Via voice call and messages. His no. Is [protected]. But no action is taken by him. So kindly take the the matter seriously and refund the arrears which is taken every time since march 2017. Plus take the action against the concerned officials who is that much careless and does not value the precious time of others.

                                      I am ramnarayan mishra, consumer no.BHH/7417174/GR/DS2/356, a cosumer of NBPDCL, pramandal-barauni, feeder -teghra head office- bachhwara.meter is not connected with my connection i am paying authentic bill as it was 175 till 01/06 after 4 months i am getting a bill of 6000 above please give me a authentic pay sleep so i can clear my dues.
