मैं नारायण प्रसाद साह, Division-Electric Supply division Purnea, Sub division- purnea (rural), customer id-PU075947, का विद्युत उपभोक्ता हूं, अक्टूबर 2016 के बाद मुझे बिल नहीं भेजा गया है। दिनांक 5 जुलाई 2017 को पूर्णिया (rural) इलेक्ट्रिक डिपार्टमेंट से एक ऑपरेटर आए और वह मुझे बताने लगे कि आपका इलेक्ट्रिक बिल 16000 है और आप अभी बिल जमा नहीं करेंगे तो आपका कनेक्शन काट दिया जाएगा।हम लोग ग्रामीण विद्युत उपभोक्ता हैं हम लोगों का विद्युत खपत बहुत ही कम मात्रा में है। और 16000 का बिल उचित नहीं है।मैंने उनसे पूछा कि आप मुझे हर महीने का बिल दिखाइए लेकिन उन्होंने कुछ नहीं दिखाया और मेरा विनोद कनेक्शन काट दिया।

      I receive wrong bill for may &june month.
      And always pay 180rs pr month. I also paid 180rs for April month. But how it can be possible to generate 1102 rs for 2month. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Always in 8-10 month bill generate wrongly. I complained and you resolve. Why i suffer such type of issue.

        CONSUMER ID - SW171861

        1) Electricity Bill was generated for the month of Dec 2016 for an amount of 3367 which was fully paid and settled on[protected].

        2) Electricity Bill generated for the month of Jan 2017 shows arrear of 3658.43 and billed for 843 units for 6965.72. I paid for the 843 units an amount of 6900 on 28/02/2017. Arrear was not paid.

        3) No bill were generated for Feb, Mar, Apr 2017

        4) Electricity bill generated for month of May 2017 shows arrear of 10642.15 which is wrong. The billing was done for 2058 unit whereas I had already paid for 843 units in the month of Feb-2017.

        After several applications to the electricity office and running from pillar to post no result yet. Kindly look into this matter and make the necessary correction.

            मेरा नया मीटर लगा था और मैं रेगुलर अपना बिल जमा कर रहा था मेरा मीटर मार्च में लगाने के दो महीने बाद मेरा मीटर नंबर अपलोड किया गया महीना 05/2017 ओर उससे पहले मैं मार्च ओर अप्रैल के बिल जमा कर दिया था लेकिन जब मेरा मई में बिल आया तो बहुत ही ज्यादा था मेरा दो महीने का बिल भी नही घटाया गया और मुझे 205 यूनिट का बिल भेज दिया गया
            और इस महीने का बिल भी ज्यादा आ गया है

              I receive wrong bill for april and may month. I am using only 2-3 bulb. And always pay 99-100 rs per month. I also paid 99 rs for march month. But how it can be possible to generate 651 rs for 2 month. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Always in 8-10 month bill generate wrongly. I complained and you resolve. Why i suffer that type of issue.

                  I wish to submit that one pole, which has no wire on it, has been placed in my farm land which is just behind mr. Kumbhkaran mahto's house. I have requested to nbpdcl workers to take out the pole from my farm land, because it is there without any purpose, but they are asking money for doing the same.

                  In this regard, i have also given a written application to surpunch of my village. I also tried to give a written letter to nbpdcl official at power house (Mubarakpur), post - chainpur, siswan, dist-siwan - 841203, but he refuse to take the application and advised me to go to siwan to submit this application.

                  I request you to please arrange to dig out the pole from my farm land, since it is creating problem for doing farming work.

                    For cosumer id cw94905 in division chapra west and sub division chapra (Rural), i have received bill amount of ₹ 1923 though i have paid all previous bills and last bill paid was on 17 may 2017.
                    Usually bill amount is around rs 100 for each month, but for this month bill of ₹ 1923 is unexpected in which arrear amount is shown as ₹1345.

                        Dear sir,

                        I am gautam kumar village & post - pirhi, block - babubarhi district-madhubani pin-847224. My village electric wire not chage after 40 years, wire is in very bad conditions and earthing wire 100 % destroyed in all village area. All people and electric user use self earthing it is very dangerous for people in rainy season and also i efforted in all village lighting but it is not success with out earthin cabel.
                        So, i requested to you please chage all electric wire in my hole villge.

                              I have made a payment of rs. 3456 but in the next bill this is not updated and again i need to pay rs. 3580/-. I want to know what the hell is happening here.
                              I need my money back. St31335 is my id under sitamarhi division in runnisaidpur area. I don't understand how the energy arrear for one month would be 2651/-. I just want to resolve it as soon as possible. This gives me headache.

                                  This one i'm writing you on behalf of my father. He is having nbpdcl connection in his name with consumer id: 'ros8513044' under 'rosera' division and sub-division.
                                  This matter is regarding incorrect electricity billing which has not been resolved even after series of complaints following the most appropriate hierarchy. This issue still to be resolved since ages. We have kept continued bill payments without failing any month as per the meter readings but those payments were not updated in the bill generating system. I find it very hard to understand how can this small effort to update the paid bills in the system be such a big overhead which the concerned authorities fail to perform. After chain o[censored]nsuccessful attempts of getting the issue resolved we have almost lost our faith in nbpdcl grievance redressal system. We have been asked to pay almost 8 lakhs which i believe should be nill (0.00) as of now as we have paid almost more than the genuine billing amounts so far. This epic customer mismanagement has triggered serious mental harassment.
                                  Please help.

                                    Connection id:gp49758 ram ayodhya sharma near dharmshala dtr2. Due to loose connection supply of my house is frequently cut off. Lineman says db has destroyed and it is now about to change. Except my house other house has supply while i am felt cheated bycompany. Because bad service. No concern athourity take quick action on my complaint. Pls replace my meter so that i can pay bill according to my uses. Now bill comes by fixed used charge or without reading checking.
