Corporation Bank is going to open a new branch at Uphraul chowk, Desari vaishali on major Public Demand. For this branch, bank had applied 15kw new connection on 09.03.2015 through receipt No. 573881. But J.EE. Desari directly refused to give connection without explaining any reason. He told, I have many technical reason for not giving connection to you. Sir this is Developmental work with public interest. JE(Desari)work against the Policy of Govt. and Public interest.Bank wants to Open branch on 15.06.2015. Kindly take appropriate action at earliest for this Connection.

      Dear sir, Today I visited electric office chini mil and submit a request for corrections miter reading and my monthly bill. Consumers no.SMU/808/DRL73. On 5th of august 2015, deposited Rs.1478.00 but that was not updated with my account yet. Now i query about current bill status it showing Rs.20000.00 how wer it's in 10 month The application was received by Mr.Rajeev today. Kindly providedd me the wright solutions. Regards, Jitendra pd.         I am days shankar shrivastav, resident of Ambika nagar Motihari having electricity consumer no[protected]. My bill is paid till April 2015.After going through the meter reading it is found that my meter is not functioning well. Because previously when we have seen the reading it was 8272 but on date it was eight hundred some thing. I am employee of S B I and presently posted in Giridih. There fore I request you to kindly change the meter. Before changing the meter plz advise me befor 10 days so that i will be there.           Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Subhash Agrawal, consumer ID: MT 49945, ectricity supply division motihari. I have complaint about the " inefficient billing company " hired recently by the "north bihar power distribution company". This company has not carried over previous readings of meterfrom previoys billing company, of more than 50% consumers of Motihari and also had not issued electricity bills of past few months. Resultantly electricity bill arrears appearing on internet of various suffering customers are like Rs.11000/-, 8000/-, 7000/- approx. For example i am attaching here my online bill. If my complaint is not being taken seriously then i am claiming for harrassment Rs.500/- per day. Infact billing company is harrasing huge number of customers and asking for service fee for rectification of bill.

                I applied for an new electric connection on 19.06.2013. On 15.01.20114 meter no. 201440 installed at my house and i was provided consumer id HZ154576 and consumer no. AP0129. The first bill no. 154576 dated 14/08/2014 amounting rs 978 paid by me. After few days i got a second bill amounting rs 1071. which has same address same meter no. but a different consumer id HZ167997 . I made a written complaint in this regard to subdivisional electric enginner Mahnar(Vaishali) on 23/09/2014. to stop the dublicate billing on same meter no. with all required enclosures. But still i am receving Two bills every month. I am paying th bill regularly for consumer id HZ154576. Hence i request to stop billing of same meter with a different consumer id

                        विषय:- पिता (स्वर्गीय) अब्दुल रजाक (Consumer Number: 965/JPK/DS1/12) के नाम पर 20 वर्ष पुराना बकाया राशि को आधार मानकर छोटा भाई मो. मुस्ताक अहमद के नाम से दिनाक: 22/03/2015 को बंद की गई नया बिजली आपूर्ति (जो मात्र एक सप्ताह पहले दिनाक: 15/03/2015 को शुरू की गई थी) पुनः चालू करवाने हेतू।

                        आदरणीय महाशय,

                        मेरा छोटा भाई मो. मुस्ताक अहमद ने बिजली कनेक्शन के लिये विद्युत आपूर्ति सब डीवीजन सरायरंजन, समस्तीपुर को एक आवेदन अपने पिता अब्दुल रजाक के स्वर्गवास (दिनांक: 10 अप्रैल 2014) के बाद दिनांक: 11 जून 2014 को दिया। नये कनेक्शन के लिए मांगी गयी सभी प्रमाण-पत्र और अग्रीम शुल्क दिनांक: 11 जून 2014 को जमा करा दिया। किन्तु विद्युक कार्यालय ने 14 मार्च 2015 तक बिजली आपूर्ति नही करवाई।

                        दिनांक: 15 मार्च 2015 को विद्युत-आपूर्ति आरंभ कर दी गयी। ठीक इसके एक सप्ताह बाद बिजली विभाग ने हमारे पिता (स्वर्गीय अब्दुल रजाक) के नाम से दिनांक: 22 मार्च 2015 को एक 'ANNEXTURE II LEGAL NOTICE’ जारी किया(AEE का मोहर लगा पत्रांक: 234 दिनांक: 14 मार्च 2015)। इसमें राशि रु.23, 334/- बकाया दर्शाया गया। इसी बकाया राशि को आधार मानकर बिजली आपूर्ति बंद कर दी गयी। साथ ही विद्युत मीटर भी जप्त कर ली गयी।

                        आदरणीय श्रीमान,
                        हमारे पिता स्व. अब्दुल रजाक (Con. No.965/JPK/DS1/12) के नाम से लगभग 20 वर्ष पहले विद्युत कनेक्शन था। विद्युत कार्यालय से प्राप्त बिजली बिलो की का भुगतान हमारे पिता द्वारा कर दिया जाता था। सन 1995 ई. में ट्रांसफर्मर जलने के साथ ही विद्युत आपूर्ति स्वतः बंद हो गयी थी। सन 2003 ई. में नया ट्रांसफर्मर लगाया गया। किन्तु हमारे घर दोबारा बिजली आपूर्ति के लिए आवेदन बिजली विभाग को नही दिया गया और न बिजली विभाग द्वारा ही ठप परी विद्युत आपूर्ति दोबारा चालू करवायी। फिरभी, विभागीय रिकॉर्ड के मुताबिक हमारे पिता के नाम पर यदि कोई बकाया है तो कृपया हमें उस बकाये राशि का सही सही पूर्ण विवरण मासिक विपत्रों सहित उपलब्ध करवा दिया जाये। यदि हमे AEE का मोहर लगा पत्रांक: 234 दिनांक: 14 मार्च 2015 में अंकित राशि रु.23, 334/- का सही-सही पूर्ण विवरण मासिक विपत्रों सहित उपलब्ध करवा दिया जाये तो हम यह राशि विभागीय कार्यालय में तुरंत जमा करवा देंगे।
                        और, आदरणीय महोदय से आग्रहपूर्वक सविनय निवेदन है की मेरा छोटा भाई मो. मुस्ताक अहमद के नाम से लिया गया नया विद्युत कनेक्शन शीघ्र-अतिशीघ्र पुनः चालू करवाने की परम कृपा की जाये। इसके लिए हम आपका सदैव अभारी रहेंगे।

                        हमे आशा है कि आप हमारी समस्या को समझेंगे। इस आवेदन को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर गंभीरता से लेंगे और हमारे घर छोटे भाई मो. मुस्ताक अहमद के नाम से बंद पड़ी विद्युत आपूर्ति पुनः चालू कर हमे अपने कृपा से किर्तार्थ करेंगे।

                          I Bishwa Mohan Kanth, resident of village –Bishath, P.O. Baghant, P.S: Manigachi, District: Darbhanga had applied for electric new connection at Manigachi Station camp on 15.12.2014. Registration No. 310, Sakri, Manigachchi Several times I requested to J.E.E. Manigachchi and Asst. E.E. Sakri for the same. But they did not respond properly. Therefore, I would like to request you to kindly instruct concerned person to give me new electric connection. Previously I could not get any electric line.

                            To The Sub-Divisional Officer Sub-Division Name Subject: Low Voltage and Irregularity in the Supply of Electricity. Sir, We, the following consumers of electricity belonging to the Village Shahpur Dahibhat Madhopur purbi, Madhubani, beg to inform you that there is frequent failure of electricity for hours together in our Village. We have been complaining it since a year but there is no result. It fails regularly in the evening hour. If at all it is supplied late at night, low voltage does not permit our fans to operate. It puts us into great difficulties. The children who are going to face their examination the next week are the first victims. Due to low voltage, rice mills are not able to function, it also causes troubles for the all. We, therefore, request you to kindly take early steps to check this problem.                             Low voltage due to low power transformer and consumer is more than the capicity of transformer. 63 kva transforer (12 years old) and consumer more than hundred. Transformer may be replaced with more power transformer to overcome this problem.

                                I Mr Baban Singh am customer of your company my customer no is 1762/SW47529. I have taken energy connection since 02 Feb 2009 for 1KW. According to that area, minimum 40 Unit is permissable for Use and Rs 200 generate Per month. Up to Jan 2015 there are 72 Month X 40 Units = 2880 unit Min should be use and I have use 1924 Unit till date. But in that period I have deposit much more amont against that bill. I have given written complaint to Sahayak vidyut abhiyanta, B R Awar pramandal Maharajganj on 28 Jul 2012 But not yet get any response. In view of above you are requested to please investigate the same and do the Needful.                                       Dear Sir, My consumer ID-RAM/BP-84335/BM-53, last two years from AUGUST-13 to till date my electricity bill is not being corrected by concern officer. They always reply come next day, we are facing so much problems last two years.Nobody is interested to correct it. Your positive response is highly appreciable.
