    Dear sir, I, Ram Babu Jha serving in army am writing this complaint on behalf of my father Shri Ramesh Jha.My electricity connection consumer ID No LRS12287 and a/c No BDP 1411 at village Ram Pur Madan, Bahadur Pur, laheria Sarai, Darbhanga. All previous bill has been paid regularly and last bill paid in Jan 2014. New meter was installed in Nov 2013 and presently bill received fro Rs 25, 354.03 (Rs twenty five thousand three hundred and fifty four and paisa three only) and meter reading o[censored]nit 5540 dated 30 Apr 14 within 05months of installation of new meter. It is not understood and electricity connection has been disconnected on 12 Jun 14 from my house. In this connection my father Shri Ramesh Jha has been given an appliction to Electricity office at Laxmisagar, Ganj, Donar, Darbhang, Bihar office on 16 Jun 14 for meter checking, correction of bill and re-installation of electricity connection in house. However, staff has not yet come for checking. my father and mother is old age and my mother is suffering from illness and facing lot of problem due to disconnection of electricity. May I once again request you please early send your representation for checking and installation of electricity in my house. Bill ID 16938226. Address of my house is as under :-

        I am receiving an electricity bill vide bill ID- 15752 and consumer ID as 15752/GAN/KJ/761 from above company since last three years, but it is regret to say that I have never applied for any electricity connection. The bill is coming to my native place, i.e Village Gangapur, P.S/Block: PANDAUL, Disdt- MADHUBANI, BIHAR However, I am residing in Orissa state since last 35 years. In this regard I have submitted a compliant to Assistant Engineer, Madhubani, Bihar on 23rd March 2013. But no action was taken. Again another bill received vide no. MAD 15752 dt[protected], so I again compliant to Assistant Engineer, Madhubani, Bihar for North Bihar Power Distribution Co. Ltd. This time the Junior Engineer was deputed for enquiry at my native place. He recorded the ground reality, but not given any copy of his reoprt and further action is still awaited. Sir, I am in mental tension for such false billing by aboce company and also on compliant they are not taking any action. So you are requested to please intervene in the said matter so that I can get justice.

          We have the power connection bearing no. 24156/NSR/DS1/136. I am receiving the bill in the name of MD. MUNTITIR AHMAD S/O LATE MD. HUSSAIN. My full name is MOHD. MUNTAZIR AHMAD, S/O MOHD. HASHIM, I know this is a typographical mistake, but is should be in a corrected manner. Kindly correct my name.

          Secondly, in the month of march 2014, I have paid dues as Rs. 13861/- as a full and final payment vide receipt no. NBD630024, but recently, i have received monthly bill amounting to Rs. 756/- wherein Rs. 410.87 as an arrear. Is the amount mentioned in the bill is correct?.             this is to inform you that I RANJAN KUMAR MANDAL from Bihar.gets a wrong billing done.The most sad part is that we never get to know on what basis is the billing done, since every month they unit billed 80 and charge takes place more than 200 and its fluctuate sometime and this time for 84unit i got a bill of rs.430 which shocked me.So can you people please rectify my bill and can u let me know how much rs.is charged per unit.consumer id is JAY43853, bill id:13224521

            Hi Sir/madam,
            I have paid my electricity bill for the month April and May on 26 June, 2014.Receipt number is NB[protected], Transaction Id is MSBI[protected].But in the electricity bill for the month of August it is showing unpaid and it is added in the bill. I have register online complaint on site www.nbpdcl.in on 20th August 2014 and my complaint no-O[protected] is still open and not resolved. I tried to call on Toll Free Helpline[protected] and every time they told me to hold on line but never revert back.So i request you to please look into the matter and correct my bill so that o can pay as soon as possible.

            There are two types queries/Complain : 1st of all i am not getting regular bill & not regular meter reading. Due to i am facing lots of problem to deposit the bill amount. Right now i saw the bill that i have to pay the 13927 upto 30th Sept. How it could be possible at a time. 2nd is the billing not proper at this time. 3rd : Do i deposit-the bill in 2/3 installment.

              I have paid consumer bill dt 13.02.2014 (Account no ggl/e/ds/4686/a) online on 20.02.2014 vide transaction ref no 11044004 for rs 439.00 vide transaction id minb[protected] for consumer id 31519.
              It was billed for 100 units where present reading was shown as 7870 as on 01.01.2014,
              Naw i have rcd again a bill for same billing period 13.02.2014 bill id 12594351 for rs.1769.54, which perios was already paid by me.
              Here present reading is shown 7870 as on 01.01.2014 n past reading as 7472.00. The billing is wrong, totally.
              Kindly rectify the same, and dont bill again for the billed amount, which is alrady paid.

                To Mr. Bihar Electricity dept officers Hi, I Varun Kumar, logging this complaint on behalf of my Uncle, who lives at Khoda Nagar Motihari Place: Motihari Dist.: Motihari Pin: 845401 I have paid my bill through Internet banking of NOV, 2013 amount of Rs 1265.00on 02.01.2014 my Consumer ID is (Consumer Id :MT20310) in the name of VIJAYSHANKAR PRASAD residing at Khoda Nagar Motihari-845401 Again in the month of January 2014 they bill the same amount of Rs.(1265+DEC BILL with DPS) and is showing in the total bill . This type of mistake is very trouble some for me to contact your office an make it corrected. You are therefore requested to kindly improve your services and billing system so that unnecessary harassment to customer may be checked.                     I would like to Inform you that I Chandra Bhushan Jha village Barahaha , P.O. – Basuari Sub – Phulparas Dist. Madhubani Bihar -847402. Power connection at a distance of 200 meters from my house in the village has been available to people. But till the date unavailability of electricity poll in front of my house ward no 9 people not consumed any electricity provided by government. A policy of two-way in a village. Electricity Department shown mercy for electricity connection in ward no. 10. However Ward 9 people unwillingly into electrical connection is being discriminated. Ward no. 10 some political persons not want to give an electricity connection to ward no. 9 people .

                    So I request you to give electric connection to us by a power pole in front of my house.

                      dear sir/mam this is to be kindly inform you that i md.itatkar ahmad s/o ali ahmad resident of supaul bazar khewa tola p.o biraul dist- darbhanga bihar sir i am consumer of bihar state electricity board since 2003 now known as north bihar power distribution company ltd.in begining meter was running but no any one came to check the meter status and i paid bill regularly upto nov 2010 on the minimu monthly charge basis on march 2011 a bill come to my adress.my consumer id is 6843/SUP/DS2/1065.FROM DARBHANGA(R)electric supply divison belonging to sub divison birol .a bill come for the month 03/11 bill date 12/04/11 due date 27/04/11 with present reading 4438(31/03/11) and past reading with date is 4438(31/01/11) of total gross amount 6743 previously a payment was made on dated 27/11/10 of reciept no aat590718.of total gross amnt of 475Rs after that no payment is done when we notice this to birol SDO(electric)about wrong bill. after nine month another bill came for the month 12/11 bill date 12/01/12. due date 27/01/12. of total consuming unit 4619 present reading with date31/12/11 and past reading with date 4593 (30/11/11) with gross total 12129Rs/ .after this i wrote a letter to SDO BIRAUL-(electric)to notify about wrong bill he receive on dated 20/01/12 but no action was taken they also refuse to listen.next bill for the month 11/12 bill date 16/12/12 due date 31/12/12 of toata unit in present reading 4892 dated 30/11/12 and past reading with date 4863 dated 31/10/12 of gross total 15916.bill month 02/13 bill date 16/03/13 due date 31/03/13 of consuming unit of present reading with date 4956(no date avail)with past reading 4956(31/01/13) of gross total 16917.now bill for the month 02/13 bill date 16/03/13 due date 31/03/13 of present reading with date is 4956 and past reading with date 4956(31/01/13)of gross total 16971.bill month 03/13 bill date 12/04/13 due date 27/04/13 present reading 4956 past reading 4956 on date 31/01/13 with gross total 17327.bill for the month 04/13 bill date 16/05/13 due date 30/05/13 of total gross 17742 and 18729 for 06/13. now a warrant letter come from north bihar power distributin comp.ltd for immidiate payment of rs 18738 on date 25/07/13.for continuity i have paid total amount of Rs5000 on date 30/07/13. sir please solve my problem i have no any consuming appliance like telivison freeze washing machine heater cooler etc how can i pay it thanks.

                      i sir,

                      I consumer[protected]of north bihar power distribution limited Bagaha 2 region and I pay all my bills on time but in month of December they give me wrong bill with wrong meter no and the amount was approx 16000.

                      I complaint about that online and offline(12 January, I have reviving for same) both.instead of solving my issues they cut my connection.

                      I talk to SDO of but he didn’t give any satisfactory answer. I don’t know what to do instead of going consumer court.

                      This is situation for all Bagaha region they didn’t taking meter reading correctly and they are giving wrong bill and cut the connection and connect the connection after taking some bribe. All staff members are involve in this syndicate.

                        Sir, i would like have your attention towards the cutting of electric wire. My village is jalalpur po Baghara dist Samastipur. Here electric supply is too poor. In my area,easten village, electric supply is cut from the transformer by some anti elements. Another east village Dashara had already disconnected our area therefore we are not getting power supply and nobody of authory is looking concerning the matter. Somtimes it remains disconnected for few days. We are paying fixed bill every month but we do not get proper electricity supply. It is 21st century.                           Sir, in my vill-Jalalpur po Baghra Dist Samastipur Bihar, there is no electricity since few days and nobody is listening regarding the case. We are still paying the bill without get electric supply. I dont understand why the authority is not taking the action regarding the case.

                            I have get wrong electricity charge.But, I got every month electricity charge approx Rs. 200-300 but, in November I got wrong electricity charge Rs.42230 because of wrong meter reading. I complained to J.E.E for that but till now No one action has been taken.So, I request to you that please verify my electricity bill immediately.In the month of November my meter reading was 949. I paid electricity charge every month,but now I am not paying electricity charge because of wrong bill.

                            past reading 5592 the past reading of this bill is not correct because after meter reading on april 2012. I have deposited total 820units of bill, so the past reading of October 2013 is 6278 unit. but the assistant engineer office say me to deposite the bill and the complain for correction of bill and then I have regularly deposited my bill. but the correction of my bill is not done by office till date. kindly correct my October2013 past reading and reduce my deposite amount.

                            Sir,
                            I have get wrong electricity charge.But, I got every month electricity charge approx Rs. 200-300 but, in November I got wrong electricity charge Rs.11000 because of wrong meter reading. I complained to J.E.E for that he told pay the bill Rs2040 but till now No one action has been taken.So, I request to you that please verify my electricity bill immediately.. I paid electricity charge every month, but now I am not paying electricity charge because of wrong bill.
