    Request you to kindly look & rectify my Aug21 bill. I have received a bill of Rs 36280, however if you look at my past 6 month electricity bill it has been much lesser than what I have received in Aug21. Hence there seems to be either error in bill or meter. Our Jul21 bill was Rs 2704, Jun21 was 683 (avg bill), May21 was 983 (avg bill), Apr21 was 991 (as per meter reading). Hence suddenly unit consumption can't be 6251 unit in the current month. So request you to kindly check whether is properly working or not and get the bill rectified at the earliest, so that I can make payment against the rectified bill within due date. Thanks &. Regards

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      This is to inform you that we are residing at Rojitpur, Katihar and there is new pole installation is going on in our gali/lane as there were around 8-10 consumers were facing issues due to not having any single pole and nearest pole is about 100 meters far away.

      Thanks that new pole is being installed but problem is contactor has put the pole in the middle of road/gali (8 ft wide) and did not installed. Poles are lying there for last 10 days and were facing difficulties for moving the things and people passing through as road is only 8ft wide other vehicles like water carrier, garbage collector etc. are unable to enter to our place.

      Request you to please do the needful and install the pole ASAP.

        We have complaint again and again at the office of executive engineer and sdo of power distribution co, purnia from 2019 till upto now for 5 polls, but they are not taking care. Sir we live in a town area from 2010 and they provided polls further area from this, but then are not providing is this street.
        Sir we attached one of our complain.

            Hello sir,

            We the people of bardahiya, marhaura, saran is totally hesitated due to frequent and regular power cut issue. We are facing damages like lights, fan, tv and many mores. Unable to understand why frequent power cuts is happening and who will take responsibility for household damages.

            If power cut is requirement then without any notice how they can do such things. Many people's are doing work from home. Your frequent power cut will hamper their daily task and they are facing issues from their respective offices. If power cut is requirement then schedule and inform all consumers with timing. When going to complain to customer care they are trained to say we are facing technical issue. They have always technical issue then you have to think that which kind of technician you have that they can't even resolve all these issues. We are submitting electricity bill on time, you are taking service charges as well. But what kind of service you are providing. Please look into these matter and resolve the frequent and regular power cut in bardahiya, ward no. 8, marhaura block, saran

                Subject:related wrong billing

                I savita Jha, consumer number:[protected], meter number:4865505 is writing this to complain you about wrong reading on an average I use to pay 300 after every 3 months but this (july) month the unit consumed is given more than limits its given 125(LK, A) but last month (june)it was2(OK, N) and in the month of may it was 6(OK, N)

                Therefore I request to recheck and provide a correct bill.I will be forever greatful to you for this

                          My Complaint related to wrong bill:

                          I am paying every month bill on an average of Rs 250 but suddenly I got a bill amount of 1009 for current month. Please do the needful and correct my bill ASAP because I don't want to pay fine on payment.

                          My Complaint related to wrong CA Number:

                          When I search info for paying bill with CA number it come fine but when I am trying to launch a complaint it says Invalid CA number

                          I tried calling to toll free number but never got connected .

                          I am not using electricity since 1 year, but suddenly I got a bill amount of 12526  for the current month. and the total unit is showing 632, so can you explain how 12526 rs comes fo the 632 rs.once check  do the needful and correct my bill ASAP because I don't want to pay fine on payment.

                              I had lodged a complaint regarding it earlier, vide vide complaint status Id: 2920983.
                              Sir, my complaint has not yet been resolved. In fact, no action has been taken by NBPDCL till date. I have received neither any phone call nor any e- mail from the company till date.
                              Whenever, I see the status of my Request vide No. [protected] dated 17 /06 /2021, it shows the same thing- Application has been forwarded to local supply office.
                              Acknowledgement No. [protected].
                              I fail to understand why this unnecessary delay in providing me a new connection when the live pole stands just in front of my house. My brothers have already taken new connections by the method I do not know. In fact, they know the technique of getting things done. But I don't like it.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  My consumer number is[protected].

                                  With reference to above mentioned subject I would like to inform you that from last 2 months electricity bill given to me is wrong. In second last month I paid for 77 unit and this month 335 unit.I stay with my family in patna whole year. So it is not possible for me consume a single unit of electricity still I am paying. I tried to complain online but my CA /Consumer number is showing invalid. Please add my consumer number to your dbms so that I can compain online because it very hard to go and compain there is no one hear you properly and just say pay your amount which is totally wrong.

                                      My request for a new connection vide my request No.[protected] dated 17 June 2021, is still unattended to, even though the live pole stands just in front of my house. Others who know the art of getting things done easily, have already been provided connection from that pole.
                                      No barrier or problem stands in the way of providing connection to me.

Whenever I see the status of my request vide No. 52104808927 dated 17 June 2021, it shows the same thing- Application has been forwarded to local supply office. Acknowledgement No. 14514821400.                                         My house meter (ca no [protected]) is not displaying anything from april. i had given written complain in office but due to covid they not give any receipt and told to drop the complain in box. the problem not resolved. again i register online complain with ref no[protected] on nbpdcl.co.in. but i get my complain status closed the very next day without resolving the issue.
