I am a resident of Kalwati Devi Village Jagdishpur Post Office Kaituka Lachhi Police Station Maker District Saran. I am one of your customer, my customer number is [protected]. Sir, I am facing a problem since last many months. My electricity bill is getting average bill again and again. When the electricity bill for February 2021 was average, I complained about it. The complaint number is [protected]. Which I found very difficult solution. Again this incident was repeated with me in June 2021, for which I lodged the complaint. The complaint number is [protected]. But I haven't found the solution yet.
Due to which I have not been able to pay the electricity bill till now.
So you are requested to solve my problem as soon as possible and I would request you not to repeat this incident with me again in future.

I am 68 years old, I live alone in my whole house because I have only one daughter she lives in delhi with her whole family. My health worsened on 20/09/2016. My ill health graduation increase, I went to Delhi on 04/10/2016 to 24/09/2019 get my treatment and because I am not there, I have not used any Electricity even I did not stay let anyone at my house. My electricity bill should be Reduces/Forgiven for my 04/10/2016 from 24/09/2019. I have also attached my document.
So, that I can submit my proper bill.
You are requested to do this work as soon as possible.

We are facing electricity line breakdown issues in our area. We are only getting 4-5 hours line supply a day. We want line supply atleast 20 hours in a day in our area. We tried to complain on phone no 1912 but didn't get response from customer care. Then we tried to register complain on NBPDCL but it is saying invalid CA number even it is right. So, please fix our problems and supply electricity line atleast 20 hours in a day. Thanks

My bill is showing 2800 amount so that I made the payment on their NBPDCL site with their UPI payment option. My 2800 rupees got deducted I get successful message from my bank but NBPDCL showing the bill is still pending.

We would like to inform you that there is a lot of power problem in our area, there is no electricity since yesterday, nor is there any reason why electricity cannot be supplied, when we are not getting electricity, what is the point of taking a connection in such summer season, and why should we pay the bill?

I had downloaded a online nbpdcl app bihar bijli bill pay app according to your instructions and I am using it from many months but the problem is that the bijli bill of only may month is showing 11000 plus which is wrong we don't had used this much amount of electricity so please fix it I had also calculated it from the meter but there is very high difference between both my metre is showing very very little amount as compared to the amount which is showing on that app please solve it
