    As far as the bill came from time to time by the company, I kept paying. In December 2020, I received a bill of 38596 online on 15 December 2020, for which I complained online. Complaint Number- NB_22565. On 4 February 2021 told in the resolution of the complaint, the customer was charged 3907.20 on 4 February 2021, Rs 42491 was charged from me for delay in making online payment on 1 Feb 2021.The bill up to date from June 2018 to January 2021 was shown which mentioned taking 3907 rupees in Resolution.That is,[protected] = 38584 has been cheated from me

          Hi Team,

          This is to bring you in notice that there is short circuit took place in portion of electric meter and caused completely burned to it. somehow we were able to safe the house from burning and heavy causality.

          Same incent was highlighted to local office and it now more than 2 month and no action being taken yet. Requesting authority to please look into my grievances on high priority and address same in fix electric meter.

            Hi,
            When searching payment status with CA number then system does fetch the detail however, in Complaint page keying the same CA number and clicked "Get details" does throw Error Message as Invalid CA Number.

                          मेरे उपभोक्ता नंo [protected] और [protected] है। मैं यह कहना चाहता हूं कि मैं हर महीने बिजली का बिल समय पर चुकाता हूं। लेकिन इस महीने में 22193 और 6994 रुपये का बिल मिला है। मुझे समझ नहीं आ रहा कि इतना बिल क्यों जेनरेट किया गया है, जबकि मैं समय पर बिल का भुगतान करता हूं। मैंने मीटर रीडर से पूछा कि ऐसा बिल क्यों आया है, उन्होंने कहा कि बिल शुरू से अभी तक का आया है और आपको इसका भुगतान करना होगा। मैंने का मैंने तो हर महीने का बिल जमा कि उसका क्या हुआ तो फिर उन्होंने बहुत rudly बोला कि मुझे नहीं पता कि आपको पूरा बिल जमा करना होगा वरना आपका बिजली काट देंगे। कृप्या मेरे बिजली बिल कि जांच कि जाए उसके बाद ही मै बिजली का बिल देने मै सक्षम हो पाऊंगा।

                            I did payment through bill desk for AFCAT (I) 2021 cycle via paytm. The amount was debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status is showing NIL in the website.
                            The amount was succesfully deducted .
                            Kindly refund me my money back that I paid via. paytm at the earliest.
                            The paytm payment receipt has been attached with the complaint.
