    Dear ndpdcl I am nitya nand thakur s/o late Chandra mohan thakur sir actually my complaint is that my electricity bill march 2021 is very heavy pls check every month bill amount around 200rs but march bill amount 1200 why?pls check my bill & send me mail after clarification my actual bill amount

      I would like to request you to please inspect my electricity meter #34321 which is faulty and showing no reading.
      The latest invoice has been sent me for RS 309.00 (after 0 unit of consumption). I need your immediate attention to get this meter replaced and also refund the amount of RS 300.00 paid vide receipt number NBPD[protected] against the latest invoice #[protected].

        The situation of NBPDCL is worse and typical as well asymmetrical.
        The complaint helpline does not recoignize the CA number - consumer account number, while the same CA number is recognisable while making payments.

        So worst, that even calls on toll free number do not land to the company mostly. Either it is not in service or no it is switched off. For example i am unable to reach 1912 helpline.

        Only option remains to call the people like EE, AE and believe me, they are not enough to take all calls, so please make it correct, it is very wrong as impression for a private company to work like this.

          My name is Bechan Prasad Lal. My address - Bechan Pd Lal, North of Jagannath Temple, Barmasia, MIRCHAIBARI (Sub-division), Katihar Urban (Sub-division), Katihar - 854105.
          My meter is defective since 2017, I am paying my bill every month which is being calculated on average basis. I have been giving complaints regularly at the Katihar NBPDCL office, but there is no proper action taken till date.
          I have submitted several letters to the NBPDCL office in Katihar personally which have even been received by authorized personnel at the office. I will attach a copy of that as well (Received by Ekta Kumari, NBPDCL office, Barmasia, Katihar)
          Request to please look into this matter urgently and take proper action to change my meter as soon as possible.

                  This is to bring to your kind attention that I have opted for electricity connection 0n[protected]. Since then I don't have an electricity pole. Currently, we are managing the connection in the bamboo pole which is low height and it is very dangerous for all. Please install the pole ASAP.

                    Overall comsumption from december to mar is around 95 kwh but the bill shows that every month comsuption of 100 kwh and in feb the comsumption is shown 200 kwh.. hnese i request you to kindly makes the necessary correction in the bill so that i can make the payment.

                    When I search info for paying bill with CA number it come fine but when I am trying to launch a complaint it says Invalid CA number

                    I also tried calling to toll free number but never got connected .

                            Hi sir,

                            I consumer[protected]of north bihar power distribution limited Bagaha 2 region and I pay all my bills on time but in month of December they give me wrong bill with wrong meter no and the amount was approx 16000.

                            I complaint about that online and offline(12 January, I have reviving for same) both.instead of solving my issues they cut my connection.

                            Now they are not talking properly looks like they want bribe for same.

                            I talk to SDO of but he didn’t give any satisfactory answer. I don’t know what to do instead of going consumer court.

                            This is situation for all Bagaha region they didn’t taking meter reading correctly and they are giving wrong bill and cut the connection and connect the connection after taking some bribe. All staff members are involve in this syndicate.

                            Please take a look.

                              Kanti devi and Tara prasad Thakur old house have been made by without verification of electric plan layout in same building in favour of ANIL kumar sharma.
                              Due to this WRONGLY billing have been made of Rs 14784.

                                  As far as the bill came from time to time by the company, I kept paying. In December 2020, I received a bill of 38596 online on 15 December 2020, for which I complained online. Complaint Number- NB_22565. On 4 February 2021 told in the resolution of the complaint, the customer was charged 3907.20 on 4 February 2021, Rs 42491 was charged from me for delay in making online payment on 1 Feb 2021.The bill up to date from June 2018 to January 2021 was shown which mentioned taking 3907 rupees in Resolution.That is,[protected] = 38584 has been cheated from me

                                        Hi Team,

                                        This is to bring you in notice that there is short circuit took place in portion of electric meter and caused completely burned to it. somehow we were able to safe the house from burning and heavy causality.

                                        Same incent was highlighted to local office and it now more than 2 month and no action being taken yet. Requesting authority to please look into my grievances on high priority and address same in fix electric meter.
