Respected sir,
I m from Sonalika housing colony, ranipur paijawa . Since 4 months there has not been connection of electricity from the transformation. Electric pole and wiring work has been completed 4 months ago but electricity is not available through transformer. Hope you will understand and solve this problem as soon as possible.

    Dear sir,
    This is Regarding consumer number[protected]

    I have been nbpdcl customer since decades and I'm paying all the bills on time.

    Problem started during this year February when I suddenly received the bill of 3200.

    That time I was in a immense shock why I received that much amount of bill.

    Later I raise a complaint and they took almost 2 months to resolve it and finally reduced few bucks.

    Problem again occurred in April,

    I received the bill of 2093 rs in just 2 months.

    I want to clear it you - in my family there are only two are there and I don't use any of higher consumption equipment like-Refrigerator, Washing machine, Tv, Ac etc.

    Now the big question is how one can get 2100 just by charging his phone and using 3 bulbs, and by charging phone?

    I wrote a letter to R.o Araria almost 100 days ago and still I haven't heard anything from him.
    Later I decided to lodge a complaint at national consumer forum but again no help provide and complaint number given by them is-2765205.
    I have been trying to meet him since 30 days but he denies to meet any public, the guards are not allowing any o[censored]s to enter the gate.

    Also I want to highlight that I was getting fair bill till last year July and August

    During those summer days I only consumed 80 units whereas this year I consumed more than 400 units in 2 months, isn't it strange sir?

    Kindly help me sir, I'm too poor to bear this high bill

                            The bill amount for the month of SEP 20 was extremly unusual. Normally it ranges from 300-500. But for the month of Sep 20 it was nearly 5200. When I tried to register a online complaint, it showed the message invalid CA number.

                                  Sir I am from LAXMISAGAR SAIDPUR DARBHANGA, BIHAR NEAR D.A.V. PUBLIC SCHOOL.
                                  In my area the electrician name RAVINDRA is continuously cutting electricity without the permission of head branch ghausala.On 30/09/2020 he shutdowned the electricity of my area for more than 5hrs, when I called nearer branch the authority said the power is okay from his side but the mentioned electrician is doing some cabel related work near D.A.V. school junior branch but when I visited the respective place there was no work going on then I called the RAVINDRA on his mobile number and he said no work is going on and power supply is okay but when I said "no ! Power is not coming in my area" then he dropped my call but I called him again then he said call gaushala branch. I called again gaushala branch and he said " no! Ravindra is doing some cable work there" then I said gaushala branch that "he told me that he is not doing any cable work and supply is okay".Then I said the authority that "I will complaint against you"
                                  He said "okay! Do whatever you want to do"

                                  Kindly look at this matter, I don't know why they are cutting supply specially RAVINDRA the electrician guy.From then this is happening daily and they are giving reasons like wire fallen, short circuit etc.
                                  People are suffering lot in these days of corona and they are cutting supply unnecessarily.
                                  Please solve this problem as soon as possible
