For the month of nov 18 rs 17198/- (Seventeen thousand one hundred ninety eight only) has been charged by the electricity authorityand it is continuing since september as in september also i was charged high amount of rs.3653, whereas previous month bill average amount seems to be quite low in range of rs 500-1000.
Since we arenot consuming so much of electricity there as the bill amount cannot be more than rs.1000.
I request you to kindly check in this matter and let us know...

Dear sir

Since last 1 year i am receiving very high electricity bill from noth bihar power distribution co. Ltd. Actually we are not using ac but still the electric bills are coming above 600/month which is very much high than what it should be.
I have a doubt in my mind that either electric meter is not working properly or we are unable to check what exactly happening. I have already complain, my complain no is[protected] but without any visit my complain has been resolved, after that i have already paid meter testing amount of rs. 348/- dt.04/12/2018 but till date my problem...

Sir/mam unhappy i am writing this complain due to high voltage i loss my appliance (13 led bulb, 1 samsung j7 mobile with charger, 1 led 32 inch tv). This is only in my family whole of my village and other loss lots of appliance in last night around 8 o' clock. Who is responsible for this, who pay for this loss. Till now at 10:50am voltage is 420. I attached some photo please see that. This show that where is bihar in list of progress also show that irresponsible department and his employees who get job due to corruption. Prode to say that i am from bihar where gdp growth rate is above 10....

Meter Not On location Even Then Bill Generate Last 2 Years `many times complaint against this issue but not response. Many times called JE Ekma, RO Chapra Regarding meter but they didn't Received any call then tried to complain on toll free number (1912) it was not valid No. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

I applied for new connection in my villege home. When lineman comes and after installaion of all work took connection from pole db box then he found that in db box power supply not properly. So my connection not started.

Pls solve the issue of pole db box concerened so that my new connection start and i avail the facilty of electricity in my home.

Sir. I'd [protected]. I am presently staying in visakhapatnam city. I am using electric for 15-20 days only in a year when I am going to bihar. In 2 and half years I have used only 019 units. This reading sent to nbpdcl on 26 June 2018. But I have already paid rs. 3460 till to date without using electric. I applied for connection on 28/07/2015. I got my electricity connection but didn't received my consumer number. I also visited industrial area "barauni" few times and talked about consumer number but they didn't gave any. And i am not getting any bill. That's why i am unable to pay my bills. Please try to react on my request. I have attached a photo of my receipt of domestic connection. Please send my consumer number to my mail id. I work in hyderabad that's why i managed to go only few times so please send my consumer id so that i can pay online.

Dear sir / madam

Since 25 sep 2018, i am running behind electricity office, gopalganj for new connection.
At beginning they told that, when next camp will installed, then you will get new connection, after waiting few weeks they told, no next camp, you register your no., electrician will contact you for new connection.
Now, it is more than one month, no electrician called nor thawe je aware of this. My registered mobile at gopalganj electricity dept is:[protected] & [protected]

Sir, i am running electricity office (Gopalganj) since september, 2018, for new electric connection. Concerned authority told me that: wait for next camp, to be fixed in your area. I waited upto last october, 2018, for nothing.
Again i visited your office (At gopalganj). Concerned person told, the camping program has been canceled, as few people are left, you give your mobile no. The electrician will reach your home. I gave my no. & still waiting.

Dear concerned, i'm jaykishor sharma from doghra jalley. I had 2 meter connection ay time of connection and after 6 month i have closed one meter through by written application at gangwara darbhanga office in 2013. But still 2 meter is working and now from one years i have not received my bills. And suddenly one person come (Saddam) and told your bill was rs 23000 wich was not paid so your connection has been cut without any notice. And his person cut my electrict connection since 23/11/2018. So i'm not in home town and at my home only ladies is leaving. So my mother not able to go anywhere for...

For the month of nov 18 rs 1340/- (One thousand three hundred forty only) has been charged by the electricity authority, whereas previous month bill average amount seems to be quite low in range of rs150-200.
Since no one is living there as of now bill amount seems to be quite suspicious.
I request you to kindly check in this matter and let us know for the discrepancies occurred at your end.

I want to pay 36000 at this time
But i paid 36000 through paytm

I am a small businessman. Thereafter
83543 rupees paid by me by mistake at this time. I am in pressure in my business because i have no money for business activities. Pls return my payment at this time. I pay your rest bill after some time. Now i have too need this amount for running my business

I have leave from my house for approx 6 months out side. So, i want to disconnect my power supply on that duration. Because i leave for all india tour with my whole family. So i want to plz disconnect my connection on that duration. If you not disconnect the power we have fault on bill. After resolving my problem i have not get burden of extra payment. So plz help us for this situation.

Due to damage meter nbpdcl sent average bills that is very high according to my usage. The meter is defected and showing wrong units. However complaint has been made at power house regarding this long ago but still it has not been corrected. Today after 3-4 months again some electricity bill provider came and thretened about over charging but i am paying the bill online each month regularly whatever the bill is being provided by the company online. I tried complaining through official website but that's also not working as when i tried to submit it appears i choosed the wrong section however that is correct. Kindly do the needful....

Sir, i have taken connection of electricity before more than 2 year ago, but still i am not receiving my electricity bill yet. I also not given my consumer number yet, so i can't find my bill online also. I met many times the local employee of electricity board and they always assured me that my bill will be come from next month. But there is no action have been taken and still i am waiting for that. It is hurtly requested to look into my matter and kindly resolve it at earliest, so that i will be able to pay electricity bill on time.

I gita devi my consumer no is -[protected]. My section is bhagwanpur (Muzaffarpur) and my sub division is ramdayalu. I receive regulalry bill which is more than 6000 rs and it shows ambiguity in my bill. I complaim 2 time with written application and personally met with assistant electrical engineer 5 times but he each and every time not given the full details of my bill and payment and her behaviour is very bad. I am very much dissatisfied with your company behaviour towards custiomer grivances problem.
So i requested you to take suitable action on this matter....
