North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] — High charges wrong meter reading bill generated | |||||
This is very sad for Bihar that very huge corruption in NBPDCL. How this is possible in the rural area for BPL meter you charge such a high amount for only one bulb and fan, last year nobody was there (door locked )but you still charge a very high amount for that I have paid 4k in April Month. After that every month I am paying on time but August month charges are so high not justifiable. Last month my father went to the electricity office your executive said the meter is not working correctly and this is fixed and from next time charges will not come so high but again in August month very huge charges. My father again went to the Bijli office and your executive said the meter is still damaged not fixed and the August month changes are high because you didn't pay the last 6 months' bill. How strange but I am paying every month on time. I have proof. I have written proof from the NBPDCL executive were written your meter was damaged and it was fixed and from next month your bill will come normally as a BPL meter. NBPDCL online complaint website is not working and also any customer care phone number. All are involved in Bijli corruption.
