I am a jobseeker. I am getting regular calls from NowNaukri. So far I haven't registered myself as they are not able to satisfy my initial quarries. I am sharing this for the benefit of others :

1) On getting initial call-Ask them to send the link in their website the charges they will take is mentioned against the services provided by them. So far I haven't receive no such link.
2) Even if someone gets the financial details in the mail body don't trust this as email is considered as informal communication in the court of law. In order to prove the financial proprietary they should provide T&C with financial values in the company letter head & signed by the authorized signatory. The mobile number/office contact number of this person should be mentioned below his signature or on the letter head itself.

(I know a letter head can also be a fake one but to satisfy someone extra pains will have to be taken & don't forget the risk involve in making one.)

So far no body agreed to provide 1 & 2.

3) Take a good interview of these contact persons. Most of them lacks depth & pass the phone (buck) to his/her senior; who also not able to technically convince you.

Beware of the tall promises, as one proverb says "their is a lot of slips between the cup & the lips".

Take reference to the reputed job portals- timesjjobs/shine/naukri/monster w.r.t. their payed service webpage & you will appreciate what I mean.

They know "beggar is no choosers" & easy to trap one with the "only lip service" they provide without fetching any concrete proof of the financial commitment before registering somebody.
The fun is everybody knows what they cannot commit - "the job"; but al least we can ask them to provide in black and white about the remuneration they charging against the service they offer.

I am sure if we question their rationale of taking charges they will get trapped before registration itself & then we can save the trauma to prove what was committed verbally in the court of law.

Trust yourself & don't get trapped.
