Npci — aadhaar-bank account linking status is inactive in npci

Hi Sir, I am K. Narendrudu. My Aadhaar no. is[protected]. I have a problem with getting LPG gas subsidy. I got this subsidy up-to 14-July-2017. But, from August 2017 on wards I didn't got any LPG subsidy amount for 4 gas cylinders. Gas distributor told that my Aadhaar is not linked with any Bank Account. But Bank employees told that my Aadhaar is linked with my Bank Account. Aadhaar-Bank Account linking status is showing as Inactive in NPCI. I attached a photocopy of it here. Please solve my problem.

So plz help me
My bank has linked my Aadhar through npci but the status in receiving subsidy of LPG is still inactive .
