Npci — aadhaar seeding

Address: AT-Station Road Sonardih, PO-Sonardih, PS-MADHUBAN, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, 828125

I have no any account in airtel payments bank, i deleted that account long time ago, but npci mapper is showing that my aadhaar is linked to airtel payments bank.

I want my aadhaar to be seeded to my active account that is in boi. For that i wrote applications submitted concent form to the bank. They say they have seeded my aadhar to my account. They also provided me with an acknowledgement with bank stamp but in npci mapper it is still showing airtel payments bank status inactive.

I complained in npci website they contected me but did nothing.

There is no any effective customer support survice in any of these organisation. They do have helpline numbers but there is no one to listen our problems.

I try to pay some amount by using the Google Pay app on 1st Jan 2019. amount has been debited from my account but not settled in to another account. Now my transaction status is failed but amount not reverse in my account. My transaction I'd is[protected] and amount is rs. 11632

Electricity bill Amount of Rs.2407 paid on 05.03.19 08.34 am, via Airtel money, is not sent to beneficiary account[protected], k.abulla, thereafter I paid cash manually in cash counter of E B office.
