I am having account at Sbi hartopa branch and I have linked my adhar no. there but I am unable to get scholarship due to inactive adhar in npci. I have been visiting branch for several times to get mapping done but they are saying all the time that its not our duty to do all that and our work is just to link not to activate. Its been a long time since i was about to get scholarship Kindly solve this matter at earliest.
