NPS — Acknowledgement Number is not found

I want to complete the pending registration of my NPS Account. After entering the acknowledgement number and other details it is showing record is not found. Please sort this issue asap.

@NPS is there any update on same. Still I am not able to complete my registration as record is not found for my acknowledgement number.
