NPS — Facing payment gateway issue in NPS

Hi Team,

I am facing payment gateway issue with NPS. My details are given below.
Acknowledgement No: 11442334
Acknowledgement Date: 04/01/2023
Date of Birth: 01/03/1996

Error Message: The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #

I have been waiting for 3 days to resolve this issue but no luck. Kindly help me fixing this issue so that I can proceed further.
