NPS — Money debited but not credited to NPS

Hello Team,

I made a payment of 10, 000 towards the NPS account but it got failed on NPS payment confirmation page. However, the money has been debited from my account. I have attached the screenshot of the payment confirmation and error I got on the NPS payment confirmation page. Please help!
