NPS — NPS payment gateway issue - Ila Nautiyal

I started the NPS registration for generating PRAN number. When I reached to the Payment option, it will gave me error -

The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #

Below is the Acknowledgement Number and Acknowledgement Date -

Acknowledgement Number[protected]
Acknowledgement Date - 15/07/2023 (15th July 2023)

Please help me for the same.
