NPS — payment gateway pending problem

I am getting "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime." when i am trying to pay and not allowing me to login for nps contribution through online. Please resolve it. Acknowledgement id 11871332 acknowledgement date 11/05/2019
Also, is it possible to make payment through net banking of other bank, than the one that is mentioned during registration?
