NPS — "pending reset ipin/re-issue of ipin request is already present for this user id/pran." —[protected]

I'm trying to reset password for generating I pin and I'm getting the below error.

"Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN."

Looks like the request pending with the nodal officer and the PRAN number is[protected]

Hope this get resolved at the earliest.
