Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — about pan card fee refund | |||
I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of mine. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.116.20 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 10/05/2019 but aadhar verification was not completed. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. But" i didn't get any refund till date I need all my money or create a new pan card... Was this information helpful? | |||

My online nsdl pan card isn't sucsesful
I had applied with NSDL online for a change in my PAN details. My PAN no is ALKPB7805P. The acknowledgement no for my online application is [protected]. My application was rejected stating that the proofs submitted did not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in the application. Kindly refund my PAN processing fee ...
