[Resolved] NSDL E-Governance Infrastructure — application status error

Name: Gajraj Singh Rathore
I have applied for PAN card online and my acknowledgment number is [protected], through e-KYC/e-sign mode.
I havee made the payment and recieved my final pdf doc of acknowledgment.
The acknowledgment was received on 8/9/2018 and there is no need to submit documents as it was made online.
I wanted to check my application status but it shows "no record found".
Please resolve this issue at earliest.
