[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — application status error | |
Name: Gajraj Singh Rathore I have applied for PAN card online and my acknowledgment number is [protected], through e-KYC/e-sign mode. I havee made the payment and recieved my final pdf doc of acknowledgment. The acknowledgment was received on 8/9/2018 and there is no need to submit documents as it was made online. I wanted to check my application status but it shows "no record found". Please resolve this issue at earliest. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Sep 12, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) for allotment of PAN. We are following up with ITD for earliest resolution.
