[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — applied for new pan card

Respected sir,
I applied for my pan on 1st july and still status says your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/[protected] where the application was submitted by you.
My acknowledgement no. Is [protected]. Please let me know the why is it taking this much time?
I tried calling on the mentioned contact number nut it doesnot exist
