Dear sir, I have many time request & submitted apy closer form for closed my atal pension yojana account but not any positive response me. So, please i request you please closed my atal pension yojana account asap. I am already 3-4 time form submitted form in sbi bank, dilshad garden. Branch. But ata; pension account not closed & daily month cut my amount in my account. For proof i have attached apy closer form receiving. I am very tied because if i manage my account then cut 1200/- per month atal pension yojana amount. If i not maintain own sbi account then bank take penalty a/c not maintenance charge. Atal Pension Yojana is a central Govt. scheme.
i have open a account in this scheme & submitted 1196/- per month in this APY scheme. this month auto dabit my State Bank of India, Dilshad Gaden. I want closed this scheme & refund my money.
so i have feed & Submitted APY closer form in own SBI, Dilshad Garden Branch, last 3-4 time per month, but not positive response me because Bank Manager said to me i have send your A/c closed application for Govt. (npscra.nsdl) but not any response other side.
Sir I am very tide for this routine. & sir i want permanent solution this problem, so i give some important Information you for related this scheme please check below. & attached own closer form you take & sea bank receiving stamp.
Sir finally I request you please help me for closed APY A/c & refund my money ASAP.

Acknowledgment Number : N-[protected] Name :SAMAN BANO Category:Individual Status : Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application. why nsdl shows my apploction status pending??
