We refer to our PAN application vide acknowledgment number [protected]. Walton SPL Holdings V LLC ('the Applicant') had filed a PAN application (in Form 49AA) on 4 October 2022 which is yet to be processed.

On tracking the PAN application status, NSDL has informed that as per Income-tax record, a PAN has already been issued to the Applicant previously and hence, the attached PAN application is on hold and Marked for Core Duplicate Resolution. In this regard, the Applicant would like to clarify and confirm that no PAN has been issued to the Applicant anytime before this.

It may be possible that the name of the Applicant could have been misread with some other entity having a similar name in the Income-tax Database.

Given that the due date for filing the income tax return/transfer pricing Form 3CEB was 31 October 2022, obtaining the PAN by the Applicant in a timely manner is extremely important. Accordingly, the Applicant humbly requests you to recheck the database, process the attached application and issue a PAN to the Applicant at the earliest.

Mujhe jankari hone pr 27/04/2023 ko sahi application form upload kr diya huin. lekin abhi tk kuch paridam nahi mila hai. mujhe us pan card ki atyant awaskata hai. jiska acknowledgment number P - [protected] hai. kripya mujhe eske pare me update kare. mera email id- [protected]@gmail.com aur contact number [protected] hai.

    We refer to a PAN application (in Form 49AA) vide acknowledgment number [protected] filed on 6 February 2023 for a foreign company viz., APAC Company XXIX Limited ('the Applicant') which is yet to be processed. We have attached herewith the PAN application acknowledgement.

    On tracking the PAN application status, NSDL has informed that as per Income-tax record, a PAN has already been issued to the Applicant previously and hence, the attached PAN application is currently on hold.

    We have enclosed herewith the latest screenshot from the NSDL portal. In this regard, the Applicant would like to clarify and confirm that this is the first and only application filed for obtaining PAN. Further, no PAN has been issued to the Applicant anytime before this.

    It may be possible that the name of the Applicant could have been misread with some other entity having a similar name in the Income-tax Database.

    We request your urgent assistance in this regard as this entity is exploring to make investments in India and needs the PAN to open custody accounts in India.

    We have already mailed the protean tech team and did not hear back from them, and hence, we have also filed this grievance on the income-tax portal.

      I have applied for the pan card using ekyc. I got my deatils on my email that my pan card is issued but while searching. It shows no record found.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I applied for PAN card on NSDL portal, token number : [protected] and also paid the payment of Rs: 106.90. After the payment is complete, suddenly a window appear like this "Your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time using returing user option in Login page". so I need all the money. I attached my paytm receipt with this

                      My saved registration form is not available to edit for completing registration

                      I filled up my registration form and saved online at every step right from my personal details and uploading all my document proofs. And I have been assigned an Acknowledgement number through email as 11383774.

                        When I am trying to Add Nominee for My DEMAT account which i am keeping in HDFC Bank, it is taking me to verification for NSDL site. In the NSDL after clicking on the verify the OTP is not getting sent to my Mail Box. Even the Mobile number registered is OLD one and i am not having it now.

                        Please check and let me know why i am not receiving the OTP.

                            I hav registered for nps account today and i have successfully completed the registaration process. i have received the pran card details. but i didnt yet get the ipin and tpin mailer. when i try to reset ipin on my own using pran number. it says 'unauthorized user'.

                                  I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.
