Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for PAN card on NSDL portal, token number : [protected] and also paid the payment of Rs: 106.90. After the payment is complete, suddenly a window appear like this "Your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time using returing user option in Login page". so I need all the money. I attached my paytm receipt with this

    Today I have done one payment for correction in my friend pan card - AJSPT9974D (Kumar Kant Thakur), payment is deducted from my account and showing successful in my Google pay app but on NSDL website message showing payment not received, I have done this payment via Bharat QR. So I request you please check and help me.

        Unauthorised user while setting up IPIN for the first login

        I have recently signed up for NPS and have been allotted PRAN[protected].
        I have done verification and first time contribution as well.

        I am unable to login as i don't have a password yet. when i try to reset password using my pran, I'm getting error saying 'Unauthorised user' or 'User not found in database '...

        I have applied for the pan card on 23rd January and the application is failed due to ekyc failed and i got the message that your refund will be credited in 7 working days but still it is not credited in my account and also didn't get any correct response from the customer care of NSDL.

          I'm not able to complete the NPS registration due to following message:-

          "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #"

              I have successfully completed the Individual Pension Account opening process using enps. The Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) allotted to you is[protected].

              but, when i am trying to create 1-PIN: login through the NPS website, I am getting are getting" unauthorized user"

                Hi,
                I am not able to create iPIN in NSDL portal it showing Unauthorized user
                my PRAN and DOB provided properly
                I tried 2-3 times not able to set pin

                      Ekyc failed as maximum number of otp limit reached

                      Hi, I was applying for my new pan card through ekyc and while authenticating aadhar no otp was generated so i regenerated it multiple times and after that message said maximum number of otp limit reached and reapply pan with physical mode.
                      but it wasnt my fault that I didnt get otp.
                      I want to take the benifit of ekyc pan card from home.

                                I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

                                Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran.

                                Unable to reach helpline numbers as getting automatic message 'PRAN is not valid'. Unable to raise grievance in the system as there is no such category. Please help.
