I have opened instant nps account in icici mobile banking they have deducted 500rs from my account and given pran is if I try to login to nsdl using that pran to make payment getting unauthorised or invalid user id. Please resolve my problem ASAP

    After updating all the details for PAN address update, payment from PAYTM also deducted but after submitting status displaying as your request can't be processed..

            Dera Sir/ Madam,

            I have completed e-nps registration on 02/01/2023 and received pran card with no.[protected] on 04/01/2023 but after that when l am generating IPIN it is showing invalid pran no or incorrect acknowledgement no.

            How can I proceed ? It's been 7 days, still same issue and my money is deducted already and I need to submit the proofs as well.

            Please help on urgent basis.

                Hi,

                I have created my NPS account yesterday and i paid my contribution successfully. Also, i have received my welcome KIT for the confirmation.
                But whenever i try to login by my allocated PRAN number, system shows Invalid PRAN or Not available in Database.

                          I am getting erorr "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #" while trying to open my application.

                            I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

                              I have successfully registered on NPS Tier 1 and Tier 2 account and made the first contribution as well. i have received mt PRAN details as well after that i am rying to login and while reseting the ipin it is showing error messages "PRAN not found in Database".

                                    I applied for the pan card approx 15 Days before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
                                    Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
                                    now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
                                    Please refund my money.Details are given below:

                                      After successfully generated PRAN and downloaded all kit, am trying to set password and pin for the same PRAN - but am getting error message as "PRAN not found in Database"

                                      Even when am try to find the status of my application form using link -"Status using Receipt number" still getting some error message instead of status of my application form.
