I completed the registration process for NPS Tier I on 18-Dec-2022.
The PRAN number has been generated and e-PRAN also has been received.
I also have made the initial contribution amount.
The money has been debited, but I am unable to log in.
When I try to log in or set the IPIN it simply says:
"PRAN not found in Database"

Please Look into this

    Finally, i have facing much problem to sing in CRA NSDL cite.

      I applied for instant e pasn last week and i got pan number. But when i try to reprint pan card its showing card not in itd master instant pan . What should I do now?

                    I got a call from a pan card distribution person. Person didn't reach my address and asked 50 rs for courier charges i denied so he ask me to get pan card within 10 mins in the place where he is.. He not even reach my address and didn't ask me the route to reach my address. Please take necessary action on this issue as soon as possible. I need my pan card at my address

                        I registered with NPS in septemeber and made payment twice in Septemeber and October. I had received the successful registration mail with PRAN[protected], I was able to login with it make payment but in third month I got error message "PRAN details not found in the database".

                        I am unable to login grievance on its official website as it is asking for PAO, DDO reg number which I don't have available with me.

                        Please let me know how to get it resolved.

                          Account Locked and not RESET

                          I was not able to login and then I tried to reset my IPIN. After filling the details and trying to log in again I am getting "Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN".

                          I'm trying to login to nsdl site (https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/) using my pran number[protected].
                          However, the system throws an "invalid user id" error, while login using the pran number. My company keeps making contribution to the PRAN but I am not able to access the statement. Also, l'm not able to reset the password and getting the same error.
                          i'm not able to contribute or access my statement online using my pran. Please help.

                                  I was tried to update my pan card from minor to major through online. I have completed filled the application and did the payment via paytm wallet. But Aadhaar verification failed and asked to try some time later. Again I tried few days back with paytm upi. This time also failed. Again 3rd time I tried in different browser it worked. But amount is deducted 3 times. Please refund the amount for 2 failed transactions

                                    I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the physical pan card option
                                    I have filled all the details and when ever i paid there is an error comes "Your request cannot be processed.Please try after some time using returing user option in Login page"
