Hello!!
Today i tried checking for my earlier pan card request so in case it was rejected i try for a new and found even after getting made my pan card never reached me so is it possible to try and send it now? There was never a call or anything done by courier company regarding the same and it just got sent back without any notice.

Your pan card dispatched by courier was returned undelivered to nsdl after which it was re-dispatched by registered/speed post. However, the pan card was again returned undelivered to nsdl on 04-jul-2016. Please contact nsdl or the tin-facilitation centre (Tin-fc) where application was made by you.

        I have applied for new pan card on 13th oct 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i received message below.

        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

        When i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

            Dear All, I would like to draw your attention for the resolution of my complaint. As per this site my complaint has been resolved it is also highlighted in my user profile. I have mailed through this site to NSDL regarding my PAN card. No reply either via mail or call came from that side but complaint has been marked as resolved. Complaint was marked as resolved thats why I thought that I am gonna get my card now or they have resend it but they have not even considered a single mail which I wrote to them that why I am egarly waiting for my card. They are not getting my problem. If someone is reading from their side I again request you to re open my complaint and make it resolve. This what digital India meant for if a single small complaint will be left un attended and marked as resolve then this will not potray a good image. I think you people understand why I am writing this. Kindly check my mails I have sincerly mailed in an interval of time. I showed my believe on your portal now this you turn Sir.             It is been around three months and still no resolution has been done from your side. On this site complaint has been marked resolved before one month I thought you people must have re-sent my card but still I am bare handed. Sir its a sincere and a gentle request please send my document as I need it on very urgent basis. Please take this matter on priority. It will not take you to suffer to resend my PAN card. Please help me.

            Still I am bare handed and in this portal this showing that complaint is resolved. Can you tell me where have you sent my PAN card. I am sincerly asking you to resend my card. If can't then kindly say it clearly arleast I will try for the next option. What is the actual problem? I am not getting it that why yoy guys are prtending as such. And whats my fault?

                      On 16/09/2017, i used nsdl website to create a pan card. I have paid an amount of rs.115.90 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 16/09/2017 but as aadhar verification was not completed so website cancelled my application and i was directed to a page were it said that my amount will be refunded in 7 days. I have waited a long but still my money was not refunded. It is almost one month now. Kindly help.

I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                          Hi, As per NSDL new PAN Ack [protected] tracking status, it says PAN allocated and the PAN Card dispatched through Blue Dart express with AWB [protected].

                          But the tracking number mentioned wrong as per courier company..

                          Please let me know how to track this and when I will be getting this one. I need the PAN card urgently

But i had not received any acknowledgement number because my registration had failed some cause. I had done call nsdl number [protected]. I said all details. Customer care agents said your amount will be refunded 7 days. But after 10 days no amount has refunded.

                                  My name is mohammad waqar s/o havildar taufique alam, 24 assam rifles, c-company, my father died in october 2014 in command hospital, kolkata after an operation for the injuries in an accident when he was on duty.                                       Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.

                                        I have complained previously also. I got only 120 i. E. For one payment whereas i had applied twice and i did pay twice. I only got 5 rs for another refund.
