Unable to login to my nps cra account

I am a government employee and i have account on tire i - on nsdl central record keeping agency.
My user id =[protected] but due to some wrong attempts my password is not working and i have tried resetting my password through forgot password link but i am not getting any otp, therefore my account has been locked.
Kindly plz give me a another new password and unlock my account so that i can see my account summery.

I registered my mail id and mobile number. I registered my aadhar card number also.

Plan selected was atal pension yojana, half-yearly payment mode. I don't have any details regarding details to log into portal.

    I have submitted application online through e-kyc e-sign paperless aadhar card method. I got acknowledgement number but status of my pan card using that acknowledgement no is showing 'sorry, no matching data is found'.

    Please tell me the solution. Do i need to send acknowledgement slip now?

      I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign/e-kyc aadhar verification process. I wanted to update my name and few other details in my pan card.
      I made the payment and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp many times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'
      I have tried it after few days as well but it still gives the same error

      Customer care was also of not great help.

      No, I haven't got any solution. Still they updated the complaint as resolved. The customer care is also not picking up the calls.

      Hey I have been trying for past 2 days and they haven't answered any call or revert back my emails how can be this site not working properly i have paid money for pan now at last step they are saying this.

      I have the same issue.
      At a stage, I was given option to click authenticate button / submit button. I clicked the authenticate one. Did you guys also clicked the same way. Is this error because of this ?
      Guys, I had the same issue.
      It got solved when I tried after some time. Yours will also get solved if you try after some times.

      I cannot see anyone who updated that there issue got solved. Kindly do it for others. Don't think of getting support only.

        "Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name"
        for Acknowledgement no [protected]
        but we have never applied our firm's PAN Yet. Please Respond immediately as this application was made on 06.03.2017 and we are still waiting for PAN.

                I had applied for pan card correction using online facility on 4th july 2017 acknowledgment number is [protected] and i have digitally signed my application using e sign/e kyc through otp sent to my adhaar linked mobile number

                On completion i received this message,

                "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                But now when i check my pan application status it shows

                "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]"

                Please check my application... And reply what i need to do..

                      I applied on 23rd june 2017 for new pan card online. But due to some technical issues after the transaction, the website couldnt generate an otp. Therefore, it asked me to take a printout of the form and submit it offline to pune hq. And it also mentioned that failure of submission of form along with documents within 15 days of applying, will result in money refund. I still haven't got the refund. Kindly look into the matter.                             I have applied for correction in PAN card on 25/05/2017 wide ack no. [protected] but still it showing as Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at NSDL.
                            May I know how much time you need to issue me a fresh pan card after correction.This is totally unprofessional response from NSDL I have mailed 2-3 times to [protected]@nsdl.co.in but no response I have called so many times on customer care but all lines are busy.
                            Pl let me know the status of the same as it is passed almost 1.5 months from the date of application.

                              I apply for correction in pan card baepm9381h on date11/7/2017. Acknowledgement n0-[protected]. I pay pros-sing fee twice for same application. I pay fee from debt card but security no fee accept.. After some time i pay by air tel money fee rs.119.44 accept. But after 2 hours message from sbi 118.90 debt.
                              1. 1st transition from air tel money id[protected] rs 119.44

                              2. 2st transition 0n 11/7/2017 from sbi debt card. Id - sbipgjt [protected]nsdlpanmumbai.
                              Same application pros sing fee double submit.

                                I have submitted pan card name change several times on the above site and paid inr110/- several times. They reject with some reason and when i contact them on the email they provided its either rejected or no response. Lastly the ack number was ack. No. N-[protected] and they have rejected with reasons (Manual correction). I have a copy of the form and there are no manual corrections.

                                  Full description of incident: try to correct pan card details, and somehow it fails (May be mismatch between aadhar card details), so 118.90 (Fees + service charge) is cut from bank account, it is showing me, amount will be refunded, but not get refund up to now.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    My name is shila and my date of birth is 01/01/1974 i have applied for the pancard with acknowledgment no [protected], status is showing as

                                    "income tax department (Itd) database shows that you may have been issued pan in your name. Itd yet to inform status of your application."

                                    However please note that i have never ever applied for the pancard earlier. Please do the needful at earliest as its been to long and we are in urgent need for the same.

                                      Sir/madam,

                                      I have applied for pan card changes through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number : [protected].

                                      On completion of the process i have received message like below.
                                      "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                      If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                      But when i checked my application status, it is shown "sorry, no record found."

                                      Please check my application
