On[protected] paperless pan fee (E-kyc mode) for rs.117.35 got deducted from my account and then it returned back to the payment page showing message that "your previous payment request has been cancelled. Your money will be refunded back. Kindly make another fresh payment" but the amount deducted has not been refunded till now. Please either refund the amount or generate the acknowledgement number. Details of transaction are as follows:

      It still says that my application is still under process at tin facilitation centre

      When i called them they said that they will call another department for further processing of my application... But since many days they still say the same and my application remain unprocessed..

        Nsdl pan card fee online payment failed but not refunded

        I used NSDL website for a new PAN card on 30th May 2017 online on NDSL website.

        I got the temporary token number - [protected], and then filled all fields and at the final page went to pay the fee by online payment through Bill Desk and internet banking.

        After making the required payment, the amount got deducted from my bank account but when redirecting back to NSDL web site, got the below error message:

        I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of mine. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount 2 times of rs.116.20 using my debit card and second time with jio money. My balance was deducted 116.20+116.20 from the bank and jio money both on 01/06/2017 but payment was not completed due to any reason somehow i don't know. Now it shows me a message when payment failed "your payment has failed. You got your refund. Please make a fresh payment and try again" i haven't got any refund. Where is the amount of my pan application? This problem arises due to their payment failure. I need all my money to create a new pan card. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. Is this the true digital india. Do something for a change.

        I made my bank payment through debit card of indusInd bank which is not refunded yet..
        I have applied for PAN change request on 18.02.2017 but I could not take the print out of the acknowledgement receipt. My acknowledgement no. is [protected]. Can you send the acknowledgement receipt to my email id [protected]@gmail.com

Both time amount deducted from bank account through debit card i authencated my e-kyc. It failes both the time saying your previous payment request has been cancelled.                 I am shambhu nath tripathi from varanasi. I have applied for a correction in my existing pancard details vide using correction application form in the month of april-2017 last week. Since, till date i have not yet received my corrected pan card. Whenever i check the status on website it always show that my request is - ("we have received the documents with reference to your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. Your application is under process with nsdl"). My pan acknowledgment no is [protected], already one month hadbeen past still my request is pending. Please do the needful.

                    Hi,

                    I tried to apply for pan card for my mother (Chikkapura yalemene sowbhagya) and the token number for this application is [protected].
                    After submitting all the details, i went through the bill desk to pay the inr 112 and after sucessfull payment at the bank site, it came back to nsdl website and said your payment was cancelled and it will be refunded, make a fresh payment.

                    Can somebody help me on this issue at the earliest please?

                        २. आपका कस्टमर केयर सिस्टम फ़ैल है, आप कब तक कस्टमर केयर सिस्टम में सुधर करेंगे ?
                        ३. आप उन ग्राहकों को क्या करेंगे जिनसे आपने पैन कार्ड बनाने हेतु भुगतान ले लिया और अब यह कहते हुए, ऑब्जेक्शन लगा दिया कि Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application. जबकि उन्होंने कभी भी पैन कार्ड नहीं बनवाया है | जिनका पैन कार्ड पहले से जारी है उनसे भुगतान आप क्यूँ ले रहे हैं उनका पैसा आप वापिस क्यूँ नहीं करते |
                        ४. आप जिनके पैन कार्ड में ऑब्जेक्शन लगा है पैसा कबतक वापिस करेंगे |

                          I applied for new pan card one in first week of april, as i forgot to attach communication address, and status was: we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. However, the documents are not valid. I sent it via post a month ago. But status is still not changed from invalid proofs. Also, no one is attending call on[protected] and neither responding to mails i sent to [protected]@nsdl.co.in. Kindly look into this. My acknowledgement number is [protected]. Also i have posted this complaint different website and on your website too 15 days back but still no action from any one. Is every government office sleeping apart from pmo.

                            I had applied for new pan card from NSDL onlines but transaction had failed for some reason which temporary token no.- [protected] & showing on screen that" Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days".I have request to NSDL for refund my amount.

                            So, kindly request you to please look into the matter & do the needful and resolved my problem.please refund my amount at the earliest.

                              Dear sir /madam
                              I apply for 2 new pan card wide acknowledge no n - [protected] and n - [protected] on dated 26/02/2017 at nsdl
                              And submit all nessasory documents but till today no pan card no genrate i check status daily but always reply your request is under process at nsdl
                              Sir i want to know how much time nsdl want to genrate new no.
                              I want pan card at represantative assessee address and also submit ra address and name proof regarding above ack no. I mail so many time but no reply from your nsdl side i am very hassitted what they want i submit
                              Also throug mail and attachment send it earlier via post also.
                              Please consider my complaint and give me a favourable reply at earliest.

                                Hi team,
                                I have received my e-pan copy of my pan card in which my signature printed in 180 degree (I. E mirror image) i have called the team and informed regarding the same on 26th may 2017. The team told me that resolution shall be provided in 48hrs (Person name: azhar). But when i call them on 1st jun 2017, they do not have any update and one of the representative on call told me that we will provide you the new acc. Number in next 48 hrs.

                                The first acknowledgement number took around 2 months to process the pan card and know it is mistake of nsdl who printed my signature mirror image on the e-copy, which i asked them to get it corrected by rotating the signature by 180 degree.

                                At first still know i do not have any update and on top of that if they process the pan card again then it will take again next 2 months. Which is really not acceptable as this is the error from nsdl.

                                And when ever i give a call always busy and not all replying for the email.

                                Filled in all the details relating to updation of PAN details and made payment for the same but it said the same cannot be processed "try after sometime"

                                I want my money to be refunded and also the reason for not processing the request

                                No proper guidance is provided while filling in the details

                                  Status : income tax department (Itd) database shows that you may have been issued pan in your name. Itd yet to inform status of your application.

                                  We have applied in the month of feb 2017 still not received the pan. Also we have many times sent mail to nsdl but no response is received.

                                  Further we tired reaching over call but no one picked up the phone.

                                  Hence requested to kindly issue the pan card at earliest

                                    Toady i applied for a new pan card. I have filled all details correctly but when i made the payment with internet banking sucessfully and the refference no. Is
                                    Isbi[protected]igabkagfx8. And when the nsdl site reload it says your previous payment request has been canclled. Your money will be refunded back. Kindly make another fresh payment.
