Y pan acknowledgment number is [protected]. I applied for name change for pan card on 26th of march, 2017.

My pan status is still 'your application is under process at tin facilitation center. Kindly call[protected] for further processing of your application.'

I have applied for the the modification in pan details at a nsdl agent in bangalore and enclosed both aadhaar card as a proof.

I was unable to connect to the aforementioned number as it always seems busy. Kindly help!

    Almost one week ago i applied for correction on pan card and i got the token number & the number is - [protected].in this token number i paid the chargeable amount but transaction failed and money will not back my account. Second time again i paid but same not success.
    Please check and refund my amount. Two times my account will be debited but till now debited amount not will be credited.
    Please credit my account shortly.

    My PRAN No.[protected]. I am a NRI working in Oman. I opened account online in Feburary and sent all hard copies required. Still without any intimation my account has been freezed.

        I had applied for "request for changes or correction in pan data for pan allotted" using online facility on 28th may 2017.
        Acknowledgment number is [protected]
        Pan number: azfpm1428c
        And i have digitally signed my application using e sign/e kyc through otp sent to my adhaar linked mobile number

        On completion i received this message,

        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.
        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

        But now when i check my pan application status it shows

          Dear, sir

          I applied for pan but it was not successful because of otp .aurhority has show this msg "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days" but i have not get my refund I have apply on 10th May 2017.so please refund my balance as soon as possible.

            I had applied for a new PAN Card on 29th April 2017. I sent the relevant documents at the address provided, which is :

            5th Floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No. 341,
            Survey No. 997 /8, Model Colony,
            Near Deep Bungalow Chowk,
            Pune - 411 016.

            From the last 20-25 days, there has been no change in the status of the application. It still displays : "We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL".

            I tried contacting the specified number, but the call is not getting connected at all.
            Kindly look into this and issue the PAN card for which I applied.

              I have submitted my updates to PAN card on 16th of May online, till now I have not received the new card and status is not changed till then.

                  Sir having some issues regarding nsdl ekyc pan card. Main aadhaar Ucl chalata hu, to jin customers ka mobile number registered nehi hain unka register karne k bad v kuch kuch customers ka update ho cuka hain lekin e kyc nehi ho raha hain. Kuch kuch customer ka ho raha hain. Jinska nehi ho raha hain unka bol raha hain mobile is not link with aadhaar. But adhaar ka website main dikha raha hain mobile number register hain. Please tell what is the problem.

                      I wanted to apply for PAN for my sister. But I faced a problem because she had all her documents with the First name and Initial attached to it. But online PAN application was not accepting the format.

                      So, I tried submitting a query on url- https://www.tin-nsdl.com/customerfeedback.html . I was able to fill in all the fields but I was not able to SUBMIT. Nothing happens, and the page does not proceed when we click on 'SUBMIT'.

                      Following this, I tried calling on the NSDL Toll free number and also the Call Centre number. Despite trying several times to call on both the number, I could not get in touch with the customer care executive even once.

                      I cannot find any other way now. I somehow want my query addressed. Only then I can proceed with my sister's PAN Application. Please resolve the error on the website so that people can post their queries. People have the right to have their queries answered.
                      If not, have a call-back mechanism on the call centre, so that people who have been trying for 2 months on the number and still unable to get through can be helped.

                            I have applied for pan card correction with the above stated acknowledgment number on 4th may 2017. The documents were sent through post and was delivered on 9th may. The status changed to "we have received the documents with reference to your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. Your application is under process with nsdl" 2 days after i made an inquiry call on 15th may.

                            From that day onward's my status remains the same.
                            There are no information on the duration to process these changes.
                            Unable to contact customer support as it never stops saying "all lines are busy".
                            When tried to raise a complaint through the nsdl site, there is no response as to know whether the complaint is registered or not.

                            Please update the status as what is happening at the background.
                            Does it really take a month duration for a simple document verification?

                                      The status showing that documents are not valid & contact TIN Call Center at[protected]. We try to call their customer help line number[protected], we get the engaged toon all time, also sent request/reminder mails to [protected]@nsdl.co.in but no response.

                                      I have never have a pan card and never apply before this.
