Sir,

This is regarding my pan card bearing no. Adppp0121r allotted to me by income tax department. The same pan is being used by me while filing income tax returns. And is also submitted to various authorities and departments wherever the pan is required.

I had shifted my residence, therefore to get the address updated in the records, i had applied for modification in the above vide acknowledgement no. N [protected] dt. 27.03.2017.

But till date modified pan card has not yet been sent to me. On enquiring from internet site of nsdl, message is reflected that the above "your application is under process with nsdl”.

I therefore request you to look into the matter and activate the same and arrange to send me the modified pan card at your earliest possible.

    When i m applying for my pen card i fill all the details and the last step is payment the pen fees. I paid to times the fees one form the net banking and one time from my debit card.       I am srikanth, i applied my wife pavani veldandi pancard at online, payment has done but their is no application successfully applied. Amount has detected for 2 times, amount 00000112.75 has detected for 2 times from account.

          Hi, i have opened atal pension yojana (Apy) with sbi online banking and contribute regularly. I have even got my pran no through sms but when i try to create i-pin it says "pran not found in database". I have also downloaded my pran card.

            Hi,

            I have applied for change in pan card data online for the pan babpr9486d through temp token number [protected] and made the payment via
            Ref no sbi[protected]igabjhbvv4.

            Amount dedbited but the update failed and got a message saying money will be refunded back to the account.

            It has been more than a week but i haven't got the payment.

              Y pan acknowledgment number is [protected]. I applied for name change for pan card on 26th of march, 2017.

              My pan status is still 'your application is under process at tin facilitation center. Kindly call[protected] for further processing of your application.'

              I have applied for the the modification in pan details at a nsdl agent in bangalore and enclosed both aadhaar card as a proof.

              I was unable to connect to the aforementioned number as it always seems busy. Kindly help!

                    I had applied for "request for changes or correction in pan data for pan allotted" using online facility on 28th may 2017.

                    And i have digitally signed my application using e sign/e kyc through otp sent to my adhaar linked mobile number

                    On completion i received this message,

                    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.
                    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                      I applied for pan but it was not successful because of otp .aurhority has show this msg "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode.                         I had applied for a new PAN Card on 29th April 2017. I sent the relevant documents at the address provided, which is :

                        5th Floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No. 341,
                        Survey No. 997 /8, Model Colony,
                        Near Deep Bungalow Chowk,
                        Pune - 411 016.

                        From the last 20-25 days, there has been no change in the status of the application. It still displays : "We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL".

                        I tried contacting the specified number, but the call is not getting connected at all.
                        Kindly look into this and issue the PAN card for which I applied.

Main aadhaar Ucl chalata hu, to jin customers ka mobile number registered nehi hain unka register karne k bad v kuch kuch customers ka update ho cuka hain lekin e kyc nehi ho raha hain.                                   I wanted to apply for PAN for my sister. But I faced a problem because she had all her documents with the First name and Initial attached to it. But online PAN application was not accepting the format.

                                  So, I tried submitting a query on url- https://www.tin-nsdl.com/customerfeedback.html . I was able to fill in all the fields but I was not able to SUBMIT. Nothing happens, and the page does not proceed when we click on 'SUBMIT'.

                                  Following this, I tried calling on the NSDL Toll free number and also the Call Centre number. Despite trying several times to call on both the number, I could not get in touch with the customer care executive even once.

                                  I cannot find any other way now. I somehow want my query addressed. Only then I can proceed with my sister's PAN Application. Please resolve the error on the website so that people can post their queries. People have the right to have their queries answered.
                                  If not, have a call-back mechanism on the call centre, so that people who have been trying for 2 months on the number and still unable to get through can be helped.

I have sent all the documents to the concerned and that has been received by them as well. But still pan card is not issued. The status of the application says

                                      I have applied for pan card for partnership firm in mumbai.

                                      Status on the nsdl website is showing
                                      Your application is under process at tin facilitation center. Kindly call[protected] for further processing of your application.

                                      Tried calling on[protected] but call does not connect.

                                      Today is 30th may 2017 and i have not recived my pan card.

                                        I have applied for pan card correction with the above stated acknowledgment number on 4th may 2017. The documents were sent through post and was delivered on 9th may. The status changed to "we have received the documents with reference to your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. Your application is under process with nsdl" 2 days after i made an inquiry call on 15th may.

                                        From that day onward's my status remains the same.
                                        There are no information on the duration to process these changes.
                                        Unable to contact customer support as it never stops saying "all lines are busy".
                                        When tried to raise a complaint through the nsdl site, there is no response as to know whether the complaint is registered or not.

                                        Please update the status as what is happening at the background.
                                        Does it really take a month duration for a simple document verification?
